System malfunction
In classic words my game froze with part of the board isnt visible. Cant scroll up. I switched from Words 2 to Classic words. When Classic words appeared only the top half of the game appeared. Was not able to scroll up to reveal the bottom half.

I wanted to make a 29.99 purchase via my debit card, it ASKED ME FOR AN AUTHORIZATION PASSWORD, I clicked CANCEL, SO WHY DID IT STILL PROCEED TO CHARGE ME!? Whats the purpose of authorization passwords then? So now Im wondering if they did this every time it asked me to put my authorization password. So I called customer service and theyre insisting that they granted me my purchase and that I used it all! They refuse to refund me my money! Theyre scam artists!

I play the Zynga poker app religiously, and when I ran out of chips, I was directed towards a part where I complete tasks in order to earn chips so I completed the tasks but never received my reward
My Zynga poker app offered me a reward. I completed the reward even download the app SurveyJunkie and was told a representative would get back to me but it's been a day and a half and still haven't seen a response

They said I got them even after I gave screenshots that I have none. They won't give them to be or my money. Don't use them.. They customer service don't listen either.. I've spent a lot of money for them to lie and steal

I deleted my account, then wanted to reactivate it, and these people just dont know how tho do their job, I was told to repeat the same process like 3x to 3 different people. I have people emailing me back but they keep jerking me around telling me redo the request. Like what? So what in the end, NOBODY WAS ABLE TO HELP ME OUT ON RESTORING MY ACCOUNT. HELPLESS AND USELESS IS WHAT ZYNGA IS. And a SCAM!

Your customer support is terrible
I had issue with my game resetting emailed customer nonsupport that said it would be corrected 4 days ago got email back but have not gotten resolution. I have sent 12 follow-up emails with no response and no way to get in touch with a human

They could not find my original registration from 2015 when i first started playing words with friends and had accumulated a huge amount of tile styles and all the rest of my stats I earned!! Cant even find my friends that I have played with in the past. Everything ALL GONE!

I am all ready so deep into Zynga, over 6 years!! That I only am staying because of that. I do want to warn others to find a different company that has good customer service & NEVER SPEND MONEY ON ANYTHING THAT YOU CANNOT WIN ON!!

I lost rainbow rush 12 days ago and yesterday they gave me a new ID but did not transfer over all my stuff from 6 years as a vip like my 2.0P tokens, 56 scratchers 800 bonus buddy bananas, still no Rainbow Rush, my daily streak of 2,600+ straight days of playingetc. I have spent $3,000 & been a Elite VIP since Chad H. was my first vip manager. No one will help me?

When I was playing yesterday I started to notice some of the players use their time circle to manipulate the cards to their advantage. I dont think that that is fair to everyone. So I myself thought that I was crazy until I tried it for myself and it worked I was controlling the cards to my will and I did not like the that. It isnt fair to the other players.

Hi, Conclusion: You are aware of the existence of a black market for your poker chips and you take no action, yet you it encourage by giving a blind-eye. I have an email from the support mentioning the receipt of reports from third party resellers, referring to the black market. Details: My zynga poker ID is 809********. I got a 3 day suspension, which is not a big deal only if there was any wrong-doing, which is not the case. Anyway, I wanna be specific through a couple of questions: 1. A player called "Yvonne" who was behind my temporary suspension, claimed that she will get me banned because she knows someone inside of zynga, is this true?. 2. Are zynga employees, or their families or even who they *** are allowed to play the game and talk with the company's name? 3. This player had around 300B of chips the time she sat with me on the table, in less than 3 hours she had around 1.2T, she had multiple accounts where she funneled all to her main, is this normal? 4. There are zynga accounts with any balance you want, that's why she had multiple accounts, and funneled all to her main account, so my question is, why would I buy chips or gold from the store, if I can get it from the Turks with a fraction of the cost from the store? 5. Do you only consider the count of reports against any account without looking into the facts, even if those players didn't play on the same table?

Zynga has yet to stop the cheating in wonka slots and wizard of slots. 2,300 players are collecting outdated coin links as often as they want. They are collecting trillions and quadrillions for FREE. Some players are at the highest levels and have yet to spend a penny. All of us paying customers need to file a lawsuit to get all of our money back. I have screenshot after screenshot for proof. I am currently in the group. I do not collect the links. I joined for tips on different slot games. Customer support doesn't care. I have sent pictures and proof now close to two years. Some in support I am sure are cheating.Below you will see a big portion of the links they collect The higher your level the more you collect. A diamond player like myself is getting 7X the amounts. Some of these links are 20 billion. It would not take a person longer than 30 minutes to collect enough free coins where it costs us the legit players $99. And if they want to collect 24/7 they can. I see these cheaters banks. They have several hundred quadrillion. Stop it Zynga

2,300 Players in wonka and wizard of oz slots are gaining unlimited free coins in a private Facebook group. They click on unlimited amounts of expired coin links. I joined the group to get tips and learn ways to keep my coins. I see the list everyday. Unsuspecting players I the thousands have no idea this group exists. I called zyngas HR dept and left a message. If you have spent any money on the site contact them asap. I have screenshots for proof. I have been contacting customer support over two years and they refuse to look into it. I am sure some are or were in this group. SHUT IT DOWN ZYNGA! Below is part of the lists they collect from. Again they can collect 24/7. I added pictures of a recent weekly dash. Ken H and Tom are pictured. The pictures of them come directly from the groups photo gallery. Sheryl and Michael I are also in the group. They keep letting in more and more players. The entire game is corrupt.
