Can't cancel my Zin!

They subscribed you to Zin automatically which charges 45-55 dollars a month and then you can never cancel it! First, you don't know you get subscribed to it! Second, you must call to cancel it! Third, the call would almost be never picked up! Fourth, if they answer the call, they would either increase the price of your membership or just do nothing! But your membership just could not be canceled! Anyhow, it is very disappointing! I like Zumba before, but now I would neve touch it!

Zin membership

Hello, Id like to cancel my zin membership asap. I am so disappointed about the process, the phone listed on the website for Switzerland is not a real number! It feels like a scheme, not to have a cancel button on a form its unthinkable for a brand like Zumba. Unbelievable Id like it solved before I take it to social media. No feedback in my request

I have been a I member since 2011. During Covid, I canceled my membership because I was not working, the gyms were closed and I could not afford it. Whew I renew my membership my zin status was changed to new member. I requested my zin status be updated to my original membership of 2011 due to the circumstances with the Pandemic. I have been a loyal member for all these years and as courtesy, I asked to be granted my original zin status. I also asked for access to download the earlier zin playlists. I was told a manager was not available to assist me but in three and five business days I was received a solution/answer. I have not received any feedback regarding my requests. Ask about membership

I have called and called just being put on hold trying to cancel my membership and they will not answer. They called me back I told them why I was calling and they put me on hold. Would not recommend so hard to get in touch and still haven't gotten my membership cancelled. If I could rate in the negitives I would!

Payment declined

Credit card was paid in full 7 days ago. Capitol one thought it was possibly fraudulent . But they immediately took the money out of the checking account but would not pay any auto payments . I called and complained my Zumba was not going through . And a payment could not be made anyways on a zero balance . Funds will be released tomorrow .. your representative was very professional, positive and upbeat:)) problem has been resolved .

The bank had suspended any payments done automatic as there was a suspected fraudulent payment . So my zin and sync payment was stopped .

Special Request

Dear Zumba Team: Ive been volunteer teaching Zumba Gold at Juniper House (memory, assisted living, etc. facility) in Paramus, NJ since June. This is the first time Im teaching Z Gold. (I teach Zumba 2 nights a week to a crew thats 25 50 years of age.) The folks here are so sweet: Marie: a 90-year-old spitfire Frances: our glamour girl; does not recall that shes been coming to Zumba for 3 months every class is new to her Bob: Loves to shout Ay Caromba after every song Jack: in his 50s with Parkinsons; Ive never heard him talk Barbara: in her 50s with Parkinsons; a very upbeat chatty Cathy Alma: never stops smiling Anne: the only one in a wheelchair (the rest of them use wheelers); does everything one-sided due to stroke; always upbeat: LOVES Zumba and tells everyone about it Barbara: always asks me to come for her because she forgets Vince: likes to do his own thing These folks, due to COVID, were basically stuck in their room very inactive. My mission was to get them moving. We started in chairs, and as time goes went, were standing for one song (the first was a cha-cha-cha), and now another. They smile with their accomplishment! I smile at their smiles. I was wondering if you have any Zumba shirts/tops that arent selling that we (you and me) could give them. If theyre not too expensive, I would try to pay for them. I think 10 large would be perfect. (Marie, of course would want one like my I love Zumba with the cut out back!) Thank you for considering this request. Zumba regards, Gritli

Query regarding my account.

I have put my account on hold. It's in the name of Anjali Singh. The problem is the credit card from which 10 dollars maintenance fees was deducted got stolen. And i had to block it. So what will happen now because that credit card what the only card linked to my account.

Issues with payment

After several attempts to cash out through PayPal I paid with MasterCard through ApplePay. I hope I was not charged through PayPal as well. It kept saying complete transaction which I tried several times and kept getting bounce around.
