It’s crap won’t hook up to my phone
Cant get in Touch with anyone to solve problem with product. System will not hook up to the internet or my phone. App does not recognise the QR code, Ive rest the system Ive tried everything it just will not work.

No Customer Service
I was unable to reach customer service for help getting the camera set up. So I am stuck with a useless camera. I am extremely upset, & extremely disappointed with the company. I am disabled & spent my budget money buying it. Why don't they have customer service to talk to? Why can't I get help?

DVR stopped working and this is the replacement.
Just stopped working. Always short out and the last time it went out and never came back on. I don't recommend this product.
