I ordered some of the products from zopnow on 2nd of may i did payment of 654 from phone pay by scanning the QR code but the website got stuck to that page nor it given me the payment confirmation And still i havent received the Order and the money is aslo not refunded please help me out

I placed an order on 29 April and made payment online through UPI of Rs 603, Rs 609 and Rs 613 on the same day. My delivery slot was on 30 April 2021 and 1 May 2021. But I did not receive any order number and nor any update on my order. I did not even receive order. Please help me to get resolve this issue because many customers face same problem.

I have a 2 Mobiles with me..Actually I make follow the Process and add in the Cart some different items through the 1st Mobile and follow the Steps by Providing the Contact and GMail id Details further following the payment gate way through other 2nd Mobile which no is linked with Sbi Bank so I done the payment ******2014@***y and QR code is scaned with the same mobile no. The Amount is Deducted but the time span is over and the order is not updated , not even get the Conformation through the email.... Pls Reply

Money Deducted but order no confirmed - Cheater
I order some groceries and fruits on Zopnow on dt.27/04/2021. Payment did by 'UPI' but neither got any message nor any email from zopnow and after it showing the order is marked as manual order verification but it's more than 3 hours with no update. Not any information from Zopnow. Also, send email and payment proof to Zopnow, but not any reply from Zopnow. Very bad service. I am planning to file a complaint in consumer forum
