I cannot log in to Zoosk. The message says see administrator. I left Zoosk a while ago and I want to come back, but I get stopped by the message. Please help.

Cannot access my account
Why cant I access my account when Ive consistently paid for the service? At one point, I got the message that my account was blocked by an administrator. This is unacceptable! I have always been prudent about managing my account and interacting with other members so I dont see any reason why it would be blocked. Please let me know what the issue is. I am at (818) 276-****. I look forward to hearing from someone ASAP. PS: I dont know if my ex has anything to do with it, but she has asked me to cancel my account, which I dont think is her prerogative.

Technical difficulty
I can't get thru to them because the app is not working. I've notified them and they responded that I need to "take a picture of it." I can't do that. It's split seconds with a fast changing screen and then it kicks me out. The screen and my messages all pixillate and I can't communicate with Zoosk or any of my contacts. (None of this anywhere else on my phone.) I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've tried every trick in the book. Today I tried to take a pix and captured something that says "Woody Block Puzzle" but that's the first time I've seen that.

Dont get screwed by Zoosk! This company is busy only with fooling people. I was duped by them and reeled in by many gorgeous women who contacted me before I signed up. All of them disappeared when I purchased membership. Go with a legit site, e.g. J4Date.club -They dont make up fake profiles of the women to attract male users. Girls are real there and they are properly screened. There are other reputable sites as well. Zoosk just fails on multiple fronts and all in all, its designed to fool and fleece people out of their money. Ghastly rip off with non-existent customer service and lots of tricky fine print!

The site is nothing but fake profiles and scammers. Keep your credit card in your wallet. I signed up after a breakup and after a little while it was obvious Zoosk is nothing but a scam. I say we start a class action lawsuit against these *** for taking advantage of people. True *** of the earth people to operate like they do.

Zoosks website says they have a customer service number. When I called it, there is a recording saying it is temporarily down and theyre sorry for the inconvenience. Finding the Zoosk customer support email was not easy. It took two emails and two days for anyone to return my email. Despite the negatives listed, Zoosk was helpful in their response and gave me a full refund, per my request, because I never used the site: the online site was confusing and the app wouldnt let me log in and kept wanting me to buy another subscription!

I DID NOT AUTHORIZE A ZOOSK SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL! I checked my Apple Subscriptions list and it says: INACTIVE 200sk Zoosk Subscription Zoosk Expired December 26, 2022 I will also be contacting my bank. Zoosks phone number for customer service does not work.

Trying to reset up my account/password
I wanted to score all zeros but it wouldnt allow me so I changed it to a low score 1. I was happy at first to get in the Zoosk dating app but I had problems from the start Apple took my payment quickly but I couldnt send or receive messages it kept telling me to subscribe when I already did and paid need my money back now!!!

The people on this site are emotionally unavailable. I have had 3 people set a date and then ghost me . What makes me believe these are people just working your computer for your own personal gain. And there is nothing you can say that will make me feel different about tthis.Your site is a joke. You don't solve the issue you give some tokens and think everything is alright it's not!!! I will find a date the old way. By just going out whatvi should have done to begin with. Instead of building up false hope that you are selling.

Not ready for another month, And some members dont give a true identity to their profile, example I had a member I was talking with on his profile he wrote he doesnt smoke but in real he does smoke.That was discouraging for me

I paid for your website three times to use totaling over $120 dollars.. and I cant use it because every time I go to send a message it tells me to subscribe and which I already did and show proof of it to your company 10 times today I dont know what else to do and no one could be able to rectify the situation but I dont wanna pay for something I cant use.

I do apologize for bothering you. I'm not a member yet. I'm low income and I haven't had the money to join yet. So I was browsing. Well one man came on well there's a bunch actually It's overwhelming but one came on and seemed real genuine considerate nice and a gentleman. He said he wasn't going to be on there much longer he was closing his account out I can give you his name and phone number and everything.
