I am working with Zomato from last two. Years, I worked as so called (donkey) partner.last 26 July2023 I ordered some Zomato assets and paid in advance. But product was faulty so I rise ticket not single three time.but they without asking me problem diractly close it also deleted hole chat of mine. I just feed of with these people. They makeing profit from there employee so called partner (donkey) by selling them scrap goods. no

I was unsatisfied of the service provided
I have ordered a item on last Saturday that is at midnight.I ordered for same address h am ordering for past 1 year. But in theat day the location was automatically changed to Bangalore but the address was same. I mistakenly ordered to Bangalore untill the delivary big contacted me. after the few minutes of struggle I can e to know that it was the hotel from Bangalore and then I checked the address. but the address was the coimbatore address which I have been using for past 1 year. immediately I contacted the hotel. he said that the delivary partner delivered the food so h contact the delivary partner. And then I contacted the Zomato and I sent mailed the issues to them..they considered it and said the delivery partner has delivered the order and then I'm sending the proof of how a bit can deliver a food from Bangalore to coimbatore and then they replyed that the delivary boy has delivered the order. actually they have take action against the delivary boy as he without delivering the order, he marked as delivered. and j still have proof with me. This is how you treat your customer. I was completely unsatisfied by your customer service.

Damaged cake delivered
On 18 June, we have ordered cake for Father's day, but zomato delivered us the damaged cake, while spoken to customer care they ensure us to give zomato credit of rs 430, but till now it has not been credited in my account.

I ordered 2 burger and one coke And the item I got delivered were spoiled by Leaked coke both burger went wet and coke was mostly empty So it is worst movement for a customer who waits and believes in such big brands like zomato And I am ur old customer Pls I want complete refund of my order

Refund of undelivered item
I ordered food from Zomato ; waited approximately 2 hours for the package when the package came then two burgers were missing from the package which were combined in one combo offer. Contact no. of the branch partners that is burger King maligaon provided on Zomato is always switched off or out of service & hence it can never be contacted. Then I contact customer care of Zomato which again says that it will contact branch partner first before processing any refund which they can't contact as well because the number provided on the Zomato is not useful anymore . So due to that Burger King's Outlet's mistake and Zomatos mistake of not staying updated ( keeping a working contact no. of branch partner ) my money is wasted . And it really caused me lots of time and inconvenience as I couldn't get any help at all. They are just very straight forward that they cannot help me at all even if I am correct and it's the mistake of that branch partner . This way they are taking advantage of this loophole .And also even if I order from burger King in future via Zomato then what is the guarantee that I will get my proper order as the no. is still not updated . I have the screenshot of the customer care denying me of any help at all without them contacting branch partner which I am attaching below

the food is fully split in package as mentioned above i have created a issue regarding this but your chat executive didn't solve my issue and left the chat. Customer support executive is supposed to solve the issue of the Customer but here is example what they are doing.

Hey zomato, I Deepshikha Pandey aj food central restaurant se food order kiya but mujhe bahut v bekar taste ka noodles aur roll received hua , noodles bahut oily aur use hair v mila, roll to pura uncooked tha aur taste bahut kharab tha but momos thoda thik tha but too oily aur oil v wo log ache quality ka use nai karte... Please help Here is the order no:- 495203**** I have complaining many more time but my issue not resolve I have wasted money on this site.. If my complaint not resolve I will never order any food on this site.
