Total scam of a company

This company is a total scam. I have tried multiple times to receive rebate rewards, and it has never been simple. I finally took the time to go through their ridiculous process, found out I had been approved for points, but still had to go to their site to redeem. Now it won't let me redeem them. Looks like I'm never buying their products again!

Cytopoint is killing my dog. This drug is toxic and should be removed immediately

Dog developed elevated liver enzymes. Urinary incontinence gastro ulcers and lethargy. I could probably go on. If she doesnt get better there will be *** to pay with this company.

Rebate denied

I submitted my invoice for a rebate in accordance with their program and it was denied because they said they couldn't read it. My new Vet also wants me to use Simparica Trio. Their invoice is computerized, so it is on a full page of paper and clear. I submitted two more claims one for each of my dogs and telephoned them in advance. You guessed it they can't read it and claim there is no way to enlarge my attachment. I am not sure what other people do but I never had a problem submitting to Virbac or Merck. Zoetis has no intention of sending you a rebate. Buy another product.

Terrible customer service

I submitted two bills for around $200.00. They did not pay because my name and address were not on the receipt and say they could not clearly read the handwritten charges. Nowhere on their info page is an address requested and the vet office did not it put in my address. Some of the lack of clarity is due to the vets office, and not knowing they should put a customers address on a bill and not scrawl a charge. However, I resubmitted both bills handwriting my address and a closer picture of the charges. Still cant read them so they say. They offered to reach out to the vet to have them fax a bill. Two follow ups later there has been no response. So not worth the trouble. You can get reimbursement elsewhere.

Rewards is a SCAM!!!

I supposedly have $117 in rewards money to be used on other products or at the vet. The problem is that they won't or can't seem to figure out how to send me a valid card with this money on it. I've called 5 times, waited on hold for over 1.5 hours and then they say, "we've submitted it and you will receive within 6 weeks." Guess what happens? Nothing, nada, zero. So again the cycle continues. Call in, wait on hold, speak to a sweet southern older lady who promises to escalate the issue and get a card sent out.... And what's next after six weeks? Nothing. Nada. Zero. Call back to the same sweet older lady and she says, "oh my goodness I'm so sorry. It hasn't even been issued. I was told this problem was fixed but it isn't." So there you have it. Don't do business with this company unless you love waiting for 6 weeks and getting to talk to a sweet customer service rep that is obviously being scammed by the company into believing they are actually sending out rewards money.

Rewards scam

Pushed into using their brand of meds by a vet in the area we were traveling through. High priced meds compared to the alternatives and after switching meds, found they were also LESS effective. Rewards program is a scam. Apparently only those vets that take their kickback for pushing zoetis' shoddy meds can redeem the rewards. After trying for more than a year to use the cards with any other vet....No one accepts them. Contacted zoetis in September and they offered a check. Still hasn't arrived and I don't expect it to.

I purchased 6 tablets of simpatico trio but when I opened the box there were only 3 tablets one sheet. Has there been a packaging error. I paid vet $175 for 6. Charlotte halloran

Missing 3 tablets of simparica trio. Only got one sheet in box. Please correct. Opened box today. Purchased in November. Charlotte halloran

Don't give you points earned

I'm new to the program. My vets office just gave me the information two weeks ago even though I've been filling prescriptions for months. I submitted all of my receipts within 10 minutes of each other. Zoetis approved the newer dates within 48 hours. They left my older receipts sitting in "pending" status for almost 2 weeks then declined the points because "the receipt is over 60 days". Mind you this denial was sent to me on day 61 for a 6 month supply so that is about $50 they scammed me out of. Some shady practices going on here. I will be moving my dog to different prescriptions. I don't want anything to do with a dishonest company like Zoetis. Absolutely horrid service.

The amount of the reward earned/due..

Original review Oct 12, 2021
We purchased products from Zoetis and were due $100 rewards and although the receipt was perfectly clear they said that it wasn't. I then resubmitted the receipt and not only did we not hear back from them, but my ID was deleted from their system. They owe me $100.

Simparica Trio killed my dog !

Warning Simparica Trio. I had a perfectly healthy dog two weeks ago. We took walks on the bike paths in Woonsocket everyday. I gave her one dose of the prescription drug for flea tick and heartworm called Simparica Trio. This and 5 other meds made by Zoetis have an Ingredient called Sarolaner witch is an insecticide in the Isoxazoline Class. My baby girl Patty went into seizures, Tremors, Blindness, ataxia, and loss of bowel control4 hours after I gave her this med.. Her back legs gave out and she was in neurological distress. We took her to Tufts . They took blood and watched her and said that the next step was a neurologist and MRI. 5000.00. My son and I do not have that kind of money. We took her home praying for her to get better. We lasted a week and a half before she gradually got so sick that she could get up and down the stairs and couldn't see or walk. We had to put her down. These products need to come off the shelf. Please share this info to help spare a family from losing their pet. It doesn't happen to all pets but it's like playing Russion Roulette with your fur babies lives. Here are a few of the 36 reviews I found on Google all the same symptoms as my baby some fatal.

It got much worse over the last week. Patty had to be put down today. . She was perfectly healthy right up to taking that dose

Rip Off

My Vet must be getting a cut of this scam. I was told I could get a rebate after buying meds for my dog. $80. I uploaded my receipt and rebate was only $55. I emailed them and ask if my vet was may be misinformed and have yet to hear back... it's been over 2 weeks. Never again.

Librela for OA

After having his second injection, my dog (13)gradually did not want to walk, lost his appetite, lost his interest in everything, starred having cognitive issues. He didn't take any other meds and his lab tests were clear before the shots. After the third shot he passed away from septic shock. Before the shots he was even running, afterwards he could barely walk. I feel I was misinformed by the company, as no side effects are mentioned in the leaflet except from mild skin irritation. It seems I am not the only owner whose dog had big trouble after treatment. So I expect Zoetis to reassess the med and warn customers accordingly. Not next year. Now. It is their responsibility to do the research before the product is launched, Librela is not an experimental drug and is advertised as safe. m mild irtitation

UPSET

I give all three of my dogs the Simparica Trio and it is very expensive. I hate doing anything with rebates but after being told many times at the clinic that it was worth it and I would get a significant amount back. The whole process is awful, I had to call and wait on hold and then they said I had to re-submit everything 3 times and placed me on hold again and never came back on the line line. AWFUL!!!!!!Ddo
