Help to assemble unit

Just purchased a zodiac g-3. From Amazon. Have trouble hooking it up. Directions are vague to me. Mailed a letter explains my details and it was returned today. Mailed to 2620 commerce way, vista , ca 92081

Defensive Filter cartridge

I had a new filter system installed last October, took like a month to get the job completed, the filter works great. I believe the cartridges that came with it were faulty or defective, they clog after less than a month of winter pool time, so it's not even really being used other than the hot tub. I have always cleaned before getting too dirty, mark the filters have cracked ripped and have not held up to the pressure that a filter this size puts out in my opinion. Furthermore, I contacted Aqua Pro pools and have been waiting on a copy of the invoice. I ordered cheap filters off of Amazon back in April and have been using them for the past 3 months or so and they work great. These filters that zodiac makes are normally wonderful, my previous ones were great quality, I have a completely different filter with different size cartridges now Unfortunately. I would just like zodiac to be a stand-up company and stand by their product, these filters didn't even last 6 months

Registration tried on line

I simply want to register my zodiac MX6 inground pool cleaner. Tried to do it on line but I could not get past the I am not a robot I just want to register it.

After 1 year it quit moving. I've tried numerous times to contact Zodiac, no response, I've ordered a directional part hopefully it works

I have called three times today each time I have received a message that says they cannot take her calls this time because they are already overloaded with Kohls. Please call back tomorrow or no this one. Im sorry you called outside of business hours. Please call back tomorrow.

Need a part

I was on the phone twice with them. The first time, I was on hold for about 25 minutes. A recording came on saying 6 minute wait. I heard that 2 times. Then I heard 3 minutes. Thought I was getting close. The next announcement was for over 20 minutes. I hung up. 2nd time, within 6 minutes I started at 78 minutes & progressively went to 94 minutes

keeps getting stuck on stairs

will not clean pool, keeps getting stuck on pool stairs. the stairs is a small 2 step in the shallow end of the pool. keeps getting stuck on either side of the pool and will not clean pool. need help..

Cleaner keeps getting stuck

It goes to steps and stays there, have to physically move it. Now the cleaner just goes in circles and does nothing. I would rate this as the biggest waste of money that I have ever spent for my pool.

Poor product

Have product less than a week and have nothing but problems, ranging from product not working properly to having to exchange several hoses which just crack and cause suction failure, package shows hoses over a year old before I received it from the store

I have not been contacted by Zodiac Pools

I bought a Zodiac T5 pool cleaner from Amazon about 12 months ago and the diaphragm split inside the unit within 6 months. Amazon were keen to replace the complete unit instead of the part which was ok even though I had to pay import tax on the new one. 6 months later it failed again. Amazon have asked me to contact Zodiac. I would be happy with two spare diaphragms which would give this unit enough life to be acceptable. It is a great unit but just needs to live for a few years and not months. My pool is in the ground and indoors, the cleaner hasn't got a hard life because it is very clean.

MX6 pool cleaner hoses are splitting

So far, four of the hoses have split along the spiral, near the connector. I have purchased four replacements and they seem to be much stronger. The system is just 16 months old. The cost to replace the entire hose is just a bit less than the cost of the entire system. Called Zodiac during business hours but they were closed. Update: Two more hoses have split. Finally was able to contact Zodiac. They have promised to send me replacements, but they are on back order. I guess I'm not the only one with cheap hoses. In the mean time i have purchased three more hoses.

Pool Lights

Pool lights are weak Not bright I have replaced lights 2 x Please replace lights through warranty with a product that will last Thank You for your help Darlene Viaggio 917 224-****. These Lights are very expensive and should have a longer life. They only last 1-2 years
