I am out on maternity leave just had my 3rd baby. Im not working right now only getting half of what i make and im not making enough money, i need money to pay my rent and bills

Company refused to communicate, verbal or written
I spoke with their customer service and requested a current statement and or the original agreement stated it would be emailed to me and never received. It provided them with two emails after seven phone calls they stop taking my phone calls. Send email to support department explain the situation. They stated that they would send the original loan agreement never received original loan agreement when I call and I get customer service on the line apparently when they see my name and number they just hang up with that type of customer service I can never get this past due bill paid so my creditor that was going to include this in the consolidation has consolidated my other loans without this loan and I dont know what to do. This is very disappointing stressful and just downright unfair .

Bank verification to get my small loan approved
I called and it was hard to hear her so obviously Im asking her to repeat herself multiple times, which I understand would make anybody somewhat annoyed, however; towards the end when she called my bank she seemed very rude only to tell me they couldnt verify my employment since i had just started working there and havent received payment yet. Could have called my employer, but seems she didnt want to continue the conversation much further and before I could get another question out I was hung up on. I get it, the process for all of this is annoying, but if Im being nice and respectful then please give it back. If phone calls arent your forte or something you enjoy, maybe find something else in the company you like doing. Im just trying to get some help so I can pay my bills but was immediately dismissed for that reason.

Pay Off Loan
I have been trying to login into my account to pay off my loan as I only needed the funds temporarily. Every time I log in, it tells me for additional security to reset my password. I did that FIVE times, I shouldn't have to keep doing that if it's correct. I want to pay off the balance before incurring any interest, but it seems like the system won't let me so you can tack on interest before letting me pay. Fix this!

I got a loan from zocaloans and, I have yet received a statement on the balance or payments made. This is important for my records.

Yes, Ive been a repeat custone to Zoca Loans...Jim invited me as a repeat customer...borrowed $500 and after 2 payments of $247, I still owe over $600. Seeing my attorney...Shame on you Jim!

Bug people until they get a loan. I don't want a loan. They call every single day. Once or twice and get won't stop.

Well I messed up I hope not,but I can change some things around and hopefully fix it?Any Suggestions.I opened a loan account from Zocaloans somehow I cannot find any email with company in my mailbox. Is their any way to speak to some real person,because I am not good at this with my Arthritis so I want some type of email or emails.

Zoca loans is not a tribal community. They use that status to make illegal loans. I'm sure they pay them a percentage to do that. Zoca is really 777 Partners in Miami FL. There is a class action lawsuit against them for this, just type in Zoca lawsuit and it will come up. This loan is an illegal loan and you do have rights for being scammed.

Horrible customer service
I borrowed 950 from this company December 23 I got a Text message saying Im approved ! at 3:51am I received an email telling me they updated my contract and I needed to resign my contract December 24 they took 489 from my account and my due date wasnt set until January . I reached out to the company today and they told me it was nothing they can do about it!! They gave me money just to take back the next day !! Theyre interest rates are really expensive . I spoke with someone just to tell me its not their fault and I have to repay them . Im going to repay them and never do business with them

Denied loan
I needed emergency funds because my 4 month old kitten needs emergency surgery having swallowed a Q-Tip. I applied for an $800 loan with Zoca. I am 70 years old and receive $1,885 social security monthly by direct deposit to my checking account. My rent is less than $700 per month. My credit score is 562. Zoca claims that bad credit scores will not be cause to deny a loan. Not true. I was DENIED. If your credit score is below 600 don't waste your time
