Missing Item and Unresponsive Store Manager

Hello, I have followed up multiple times via email and phone with the store manager Angie Garrido, but have not heard back. I am following up once again regarding the complaint made on Monday, August 7th 2023. I dropped off my fiance's men's white long sleeved dress shirt on Friday, August 4th along with several other items. I came back to pick it up on Monday, August 7th. Most of our items were correct, except for the white long sleeved dress shirt was missing, and replaced with someone else's men's button down white shirt with palm trees on it. I let the cashier and the store manager Angie Garrido know that this was not our shirt. We tried locating my fiance's shirt but were not successful. Angie told me since the store was closing soon that she would take my information and email me the complaint form, and snce it takes approximately 30 days to get a refund, she assured me we would use Monday's date. As of yet, I have not heard back from anyone. I called the store today and left Angie a message, but was told she is gone for the day. Please let us know next steps and us the form immediately if it needs to be completed in order to initiate a refund.

Badly damaged

Garment was taken to the Zips in Bensalem, PA for dry cleaning, and picked up with holes in the sleeve of my blouse. I called to tell them what I found, the attendant said the manager Guy said drop it off. Spoke to Guy the next morning, he said my blouse was already worn out, and he would send the blouse to a MD facility for further investigation and he's not paying for any damages. He was already getting loud and disrespectful, saying he's not reimbursing me for damages and that I put those holes in my blouse. The manager was very rude!

Poor customer service

Im a regular customer since 2018 ; I was treated poorly by your customer service person. I showed him my short with a huge uncleaned spot but he was very rude and disrespectful. Ive not been to your store for a while as you can tell They promised my wife we get an apology and half off discount for our next visit. Uniform shirts .. terrible ironing

Put 10 uniform shirts in cleaners and they look terrible . On hanger wrong and does not looked ironed at all. I just paid 30 dollars to have to do all the work myself.

Poor service

I dropped clothes off at the laurel store on Baltimore Ave at 8:30 Saturday morning. November 20, 2021. I received no notification they were done. I need them for my trip to Jacksonville, FL Monday morning November 22. I was at the store at 7 AM Monday morning and was told they were not ready. I replied your policy is in by 9 out by 5. I asked if in can have the name and number of your manager. In a strong not pleasant tone, she said NO. I said I will file a complaint and left the store. A customer who had just walked in with an arm full of clothes immediately turned it left the store. I tried calling age store today, from Jacksonville at 3:00 and no one answered. I tried calling right back and still got no answer. Last week I had to pickup up some of my wife's clothes that were lost in October. As of this email I still havecnot received an email about my clothes I dropped off Saturday. Can someone please respond back.

HORRIBLE PLACE

This place should be shut down. They ruin your clothes and refuse to replace or compensate you for their mistake. I took an Ellen Tracy 100% silk pleated skirt in to them. When I picked it up, instead of pinning it up to the hanger, the folded it over a wire hanger, ruining the pleats. I took it back for a redo and the pleats were then steamed out! The skirt is completely ruined. The manager offered a refund on the $2.49 I paid. REALLY!! When I asked for a refund on my ruined skirt, she said they didnt do refunds. So Im out $100+ dollars?!!? Stay away from this business! Consider yourself warned!

ALTERARTION

I put my pants in the Zips cleaners on 707 Washington BLVD. on 03/09/2021 to get cleaned and the waist taken in 2" inches. Pick-up Saturday 3/13/2021 after 5pm. I pickup my pants the 2" inch alteration was not done. Did not get any apology at all. The guy on the sewing machine said , put the pants over there, and pick them up Monday. I told him I needed a ticket, so he told one of the women to give me another ticket. Now suppose I really needed my pants for that day. Thank You.

Both my wife recently went into an outlet of your's and upon paying for the cleaning we were (on separate occasions) short changed and when I asked the girl she made a face and fixed. there was no trying to act like it was a mistake???

Mishandling garments

Hello owner of Zips Cleaners Military Hwy Norfolk Va Location, My name is Markcus Ruffin I went in to your location to pick up my garments, which was handled horribly wrong. I've been going to this location for 7 months since I've been back in Virginia and I never had this problem before and actually I've never had this problem at cleaners ever. When I addressed the with the so-called manager she justified the problem rather than finding a solution to the problem. Complaint N Kings Hwy Alexandria employing illegals, breaking buttons and putting holes in fabrics

Trying to get in touch with Zips corporate to complain. No one has the number. No accountability. Non US citizens admit working at the branch, create holes in clothes, break buttons, items come back unclean after repeat service, manager Jeff Levine rarely onsite, no regular schedule, employees speak in other languages to gossip and put down customers thinking others won’t understand. Manager doesn’t even have his placard on the wall or contact info as he should, employing illegals.

Well I was thinking that the manager f the company can't see anything an people wear mask when they know that the CEO is in the store checking things out and well I recommend this idea the CEO goes undercover in their zips dry cleaner store and see what goes on in their store but if they recognize the CEO then that will wear the mask so here is video that will explain my idea: https://youtu.be/NgEW0eap9L0
