On my profile, I have my email address, it's printed out in red that I need to update my email. What I see is correct

ZipRecruiter can't be trusted to hire their OWN employees!
Years ago, our company left ZipRecruiter due to lousy customer service, but we gave them another try today, in hopes they'd improved their processes and their people. But we were AGAIN sorely disappointed. After placing 2 of my 5 ads today, I was prompted to 'verify our company,' which I did with a phone call, as requested. But hours later, I received ANOTHER prompt to do it AGAIN. Already exasperated with having my time wasted, I was treated to an obnoxious, pompous twit named JAMES. FOUR times, he told me to 'refresh my screen,' as if I were an idiot or a feeble child. His condescending tone was beyond unprofessional, but he THEN became THREATENING when he told me that 'he could just CANCEL my account' if he wanted. (BIG TALK for a useless, customer service mouthpiece!) Of course, I told him to CANCEL IT. Someone needs to clue James into the fact that it's solid companies like ours that PAY HIS PAYCHECK. Frankly, we've been in business MUCH longer than ZipRecruiter, and it is not by accident. WE ACTUALLY HAVE STANDARDS, TRAIN OUR PEOPLE, & OUR CUSTOMERS COME FIRST. If ZipRecruiter hires ignoramuses like James, it is inconceivable that such a company can help OUR 35-year company to hire ANYONE. ZipRecruiter has extremely LOW STANDARDS for their own employees. Don't bother with ZipRecruiter. There are plenty of other PROFESSIONAL options out there!

I live in Va. I applied for a telecommuting job where the company is based in Minnesota. Now the only jobs my recruiter sends me and promotes me are located in Minnesota

Ziprecruitter has compromised their level of security for job seekers and any scammer and predator can have access to a job seeker's security and privacy. I have being exposed to terrorist who I feel can cause me harm. What kind of security system do you have. Even after I closed up my account, scammers and terrorists from your websites are still after me. I give a very negative review.

scam,scam scam do not try zipRecuiter all all and do not give they your credit card they will tack your money and charge you and wont do nothing for you , stay a way from zipRecuiter they wont do any good for your business but they just charging your credit card do not try zipRecuiter AT ALL

Reporting A Scam recruiter
I was given a job through zip recruiter from a woman claiming to be working for the world vision org named Wendy Williams.(Claiming to be a mid aged white woman from NC USA and needing a personal assistant to do errands- when I got her to call me she was a young Asian woman =-- She is a SCAM her email was wendywilliam009@***.com Please have her removed from your site as it will delegitimize your website Thanks Holly Fumerton
