Nothing. No mechanism to correct ADDRESS WITH PICS AND DESCRIPTION OF TOTALLY INCORRECT HOUSE ON WEB SITE. FALSE ADVERTISING, NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION. I GIVE UP TRYING TO HELP ZILLOW.

I paid money to put applications in waited a few days wasn't getting any responses so I called the lady on the application she says she can't even see an application for me I've lost two other houses because they couldn't see my application

Contact is too difficult
No one seems to be able to help me with my listing. I put my FS BO listing on last week, but no pictures were on it and I had mistakenly entered one digit off of my phone area code. I put another one yesterday and deleted the first one, I thought, but it is still on and my correct one is not. It is extremely hard to get assistance in my listing from Zillow.

Scam listing. 1010Bear Island Dr., West Palm Beach, FL 33409
This "too good to be true" listing, that has been on Zillow for over a month (this time), appears to be a scam. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms ON a golf course, almost 2,500 sq ft., 2-car garage, pool WITH jacuzzi, landscaping/water/garbage collection included in rent for $3500/mo in West Palm Beach is WAY under market. Furthermore, the "owner" is on the West Coast and doesn't appear to have a local management company. Crucially, she won't give any additional info, or even a contact phone number, without a prospective renter giving her financial and bank info, paycheck stubs, and a social security number. That's a HUGE red flag. It was previously listed on Zillow for 21/2 months earlier this year, the listing was removed for 10 days, and was then re-listed at the same rent. Lastly, it's not listed on other sites such as apartments.com or realtor.com. If this isn't an outright scam, it's the best imitation of one that I can imagine.

Undervalued on Zillow. It's fully renovated with new sheetrock, interior and exterior paint with the home bricked on all four sides, appliances, sinks, refrigerator, stove and microwave new 2023 , renovated laundry with wood built in shelving to ceiling on two sides, light fixtures, faucets, and closets renovated 2023. Electrical and plumbing all updated 2023 as well.
