Small white balls on my wrap
I got a 2 pack of og purp wraps and i opened them and there are these small white balls on them both wraps in the pack are the same...i also got a pack of blue dream but those are fine idk what they are or what it is but i know im not smoking them

Dried out blunt wraps
I never received the coupons I was told would be mailed out. Kind of disappointed, they always had excellent customer service until hit recently. We buy this wrap quite often by the box full.

The subjects about your zigzag wraps
My problem is I keep paying$1.50 or $2 for the zigzag wraps that are 99 cents for one but the other problem is they I keep getting them dry and you can't even unroll them without them cracking and breaking and crumbling up into nothing so that's a $1.50 to $2 that I'm losing so I need to know how y'all can reimburse me or something give me some T-shirts some mugs or something cuz I'm about I ain't no telling how much money I'm out over the over the last year or so I'm sick of it

Zigzag papers cut wrong

Few days after posting on this site I received an email from zigzag asking me to fill out a form so they could better assist me. It was the exact same form I filled out here..
zero contact since and nobody responds to the email that contacted me about filling out the form. Still unresolved, still losing money not being able to use 1/2 to 3/4s of a pack of papers..
these packs cost almost $5 each. I am currently trying to find a new rolling paper because of this BS.

I have been buying Zig-Zag kutcorners for decades.. for the last 6 months every single pack has been cut in the middle of the paper instead of the corners. I go through a pack of papers within a few days so its a ton of papers I'm talking about! This is unacceptable. I pay almost $5 a pack and most of them i can't even use! You need to fix it.. I am not happy and am starting to shop around for a new rolling paper because of this problem.

I bought a pack of papers an the glue was on half the papers store wouldnt take them back so just seeing what can be done i use your papers everyday lately they been bad

Have been loyal zig zag user for last 50 years but in last 6 months or so have had many issues with glue not sticking on papers have a large number of friends who are and have experienced same problem

Terrible products the cigarello wraps I have purchased were dry and crumbled as soon as opened
Hate wasting.money on stuff to only have to be stuck eating the cost of crap products. The quality is terrible and such a waste of time and money. I will no longer be purchasing zig zag products any longer ts RAW PAPERS AMD CONES AND SWISHERS FROM NOW ON .

Hello, My husband and I have been buying wraps. It seems to be they aren't being made like they were before. They are very thin. Just about everytime we go to use one we have to double wrap because it tears so easy. Sometimes they even come out of packaging torn. I'm actually tired of wasting my money. How can you help me with this problem?

The pack of papers ,, every pack that I ever bought of the unbleached brand , , , every flod is purfferated and falls apart in your pocket. Don't do that, chang to just fold

You changed the glue..it's absolutely horrible
Zig zag orange 1 1/4.. the glue has been changed. Can barely tell where it is. It certainly does not stick..

The Zigzag wraps are the worst crap I have ever purchased. Absolutely nothing about them is quality. How does this dry brittle crap even make it past QA? Does QA sleep on the job or get hammered while at work? I'm done buying anything Zigzag. From here on it's buying from their competitors.

I'm not happy literally every pack I get anymore is stale or ripped or not usable have tried several times to reach out with no response from your company so I'll be switching brands smfhd

Dry wraps.
My husband and I have bout 3 packs of zig zag wraps over the past week and a half due to them being dry and the most recent one we bought (yesterday) they are dry as well. They just crumbled when I tried to take them off the straw. I even tried wetting them slightly and they wont seal.

Hello my name is Jeff Bourdon I buy zig zag whites faithfully for over 20 years and I buy 50 packs at a time the last 100 packs I have gotten one paper will have double the glue and the next paper wont have barely any and are usually folded perfectly in the middle but these last 100 packs have been horrible Im very loyal customer but am getting sick of throwing my money away please contact me if you would like to keep me as a customer

No glue on my papers
I have glue on my rolling papers, this is *** especially when you charge so much for them. Atleast put glue on all the rolling papers and don't rob people by putting the non glue papers in the middle of the pack. If you are cheating and robbing people because you don't have enough glue for all the papers atleast drop the price of them to accommodate the shortage of glue. This has happened numerous times and I'm finally complaining. I've given this company thousands of dollars on purchases.
