Getting paid for items you send Ziffit

I always wait at least three to four weeks before I receive my payment for my trade and as for a trade that I did in May which on the 3rd of June I had a email to say payment on it's way I am still waiting two months later I have send emails to Ziffit but all I keep getting is payment on it's way I do this for a children's charity so being messed about with payment it's just not good enough and you can't speak to anyone which is very frustrating

Unable to rebook collection. or to receive any response from Ziffit.

DPD failed to collect books I am selling and wasnt possible to rebook collection. Ziffit chat bot was no help. Email to Ziffit was undeliverable due to issue with their DNS. Email to another email address (aquired from Pissed Consumer) has not been responded to. This has now happened to me twice.

Failed DPD collection

I have waited in all day for my parcels to be collected by DPD, they cancelled pickup, this is the second time they have done this, what can I do?

Didn't get paid

We sent our books out did everything that we were supposed to follow the procedures and timeline and it says that we had gotten paid we've been waiting the a lot of amount of time and we did not get paid it's not reflecting in the bank account that we put in for the order so I tried to hit the call button that it offered me for customer service and it took me to my insurance wireless so I don't understand what's going on but you guys need to get back to us and let us know and resolve this as soon as possible thank you

Parcels nit picked up

I have two trades that I rebooted 5 times as dpd driver doesn't turn up and always says parcel not ready

On 3rd December I submitted a number of books to Ziffit and it was agreed too accept them and make a payment. A date for collection was arranged for yesterday 7th December 2022. I stayed in all day and the books were not collected and I did not receive any communication advising me why the books had not been collected. This is the second time I have submitted items to Ziffit, the first being in November 2021 and they also were not collected as promised {ID 553****] on the specified day and I had to contact Ziffit for an explanation. Would you please explain why this has happened again.

Can't access qr code

Network error means I cant access we code so cant send books having dragged thrm all the way to an inpost store

Email down. Time of pickup today for #668**** please

With no email and no other response apparently available and nothing received from yourselves, I am disappointed with the service. I have never had trouble with Ziffit / only your couriers. #668**** has been available for collection both on the day requested and the following day. Not collected. I am on holiday and was helping a friend with his books prior to house move - he is still left with them and not enamoured with your service. I fear you may have lost 2 customers. I return home on Tuesday and will again have access to email. John Tinnion for David Etheridge.

Doesn't answer my problem at all neither have the Team that deal with my email as they were supposed to contact Me back within 24 Hrs but haven't and the phone line is worthless too.

When pressing ( Complete My Trade ) on the Ziffit app it wont Complete it and just says oops something went wrong even though Ive Re-Scanned all my items twice and it still comes up with that message.

Stonewall access to the site or customer service . Site difficulty and no way to contact the company by phone to speak to a human being.

Pick-up

Every time every time every time I have this issue with Ziffit and DPD got a confirmation from both sides that the boxes will be collect on certain day and time and the driver never comes. I keep booking and rebooking which is a nightmare as we can NOT get hold on any Ziffit staff as they are still living in Corona Virus world .. so I have this 3 boxes to be collect was supposed today now its 7pm no one came and what should I do? Order number #638**** Collection number 0061372**** To be collect from 244 Upper Richmond Road West SW148AG Please what do I need to do for this bloody boxes to be collect.?? When will I get a response to my previous emails?

Still waiting for a reply to my emails, was informed that my parcels would be collected today, then informed the 23rd please will someone respond, as I’m stuck in the house waiting in case the pick up is today???
