Late response for application of power connection

We applied last year 2022 in March and received a payment quotation in this year February 2023 which was three months. We failed to pay the money in three months time the quotation was expired. Furthermore, we were advised to reapply of which we did then it's almost a month now No response. Help us, because the process has taken long for just power connection.

METER REJECTING TOKEN

Meter number 740******** is rejecting the generated Token. What could be the problem. We have been using this meter ever since meters were introduced. Your response and rectification will be highly appreciated. Yours Mweshi

Fault in my area

Woke up without power and now we still dont have power. You are a great company with good reputation but low cost areas you treat them bad cause your response when theycry for your attention is extremely poor . Please show no partaility to the service delivery please.improve your response attitude

Faulty power supply

I'm an unhappy customer

We have too much of power cuts in Chudleigh area. Almost everyday there is either a fault or powecut from no where. We are business owners and our businesses are now affected. By the time the problem is fixed, the day is almost over. Please look into this urgently. We are asking for some consolidation and consideration please!

Giving FEEDBACK

I bought units for 200 kwacha, and then I received the message showing that I was supposed to update my account number. The system further gave me two sets of codes, which idiot know what to do with them. Then I tried to call 322 using other networks to no avail as it only wanted MTN line. I looked at the codes, information was scant as to what was supposed to be done.
