I cannot believe that I am out $200. I found this sight from going to government sight. I thought I was careful looking out for scam sights but here I am. I wish Internet Crimes were prosecuted more aggressively. J

I requested 3 copies of my marriage certificate to Zertifica, on 3rd June and I haven't received them so far. Zertifica doesn't have a phone number, therefore it has been impossible for me to contact them. I need those certificates urgently, since I am dealing with my husband's affairs after his passing on 6th April due to his terminal Parkinson's. Definitely a scam. I called and spoke with the San Diego office of vital records. They said that they only use one third-party service to do online applications for a birth certificate Vitalchek.com and they only charge $12.95! You can also order one by mail.

Ordered and paid for Birth Certificate for my granddaughter for her to get her drivers permit. She has been checking the mailbox for months. This is a scam and they need to be stopped!! How can these people get away with this. All contact info is bogus just another absolute scam to take peoples hard earned money!!!!

I ordered my birth certificate 3 months ago and paid about $110 plus Notary/mailing fees, still haven't received it, and there is no place to get a hold of these people.

This was the site that I was directed to order my birth certificate. I paid like $100 plus a notary fee and postage to get my birth certificate, and it still hasn't come after 3 months. I try to get a hold of them, and there is no way to do so. Please use another means of getting a hold of your birth certificate.

I ordered my birth certificate and paid $110 to get it as quickly as I can. I needed it for my insurance by the end of April and I have yet to recieve anything. And by the looks of it I cant even get ahold of them anymore as they dropped off the face of the map. Thanks for stealing my money guys.

Played for my Birth Certificate! No answer, no phone, no website to let me follow up with my order! I tried emailing them back! I have my receipt from bank! I'm filing fraudulent transaction on this company!

This is a fake company committing fraud. The website disappeared. The phone number is shut off and there is no email to reach. This is a hoax. I paid for a service end of February and have yet to receive the birth certificate.

Tying to cancel this order is a nightmare. Their contact number does not work, no email address, just a verification or request to go online. Online. Call times for phone number just provides direction to website. Found some information by scouring their website as ordering pertains to each State, although without communication with someone - very frustrating.

They never got my documents I needed and I couldn't get any assistance from their phone number or web site. Don't use, find a better place to help you. they just took my money and didn't get anything for it. D
