Pissed off

Still waiting on customer service to due something about the bad information the service technician told me and my wife about mold which was not accurate

Unreliable

Do not book this company Scheduled carpet cleaning (scheduled over a week) arrival window 330pm - 530pm They called 241pm to let me know they needed to cancel & need to reschedule til Monday. They did not have techs in my area - or anytime over the weekend. I asked why they are calling on such short notice - said they didnt know until now - but somehow they know they dont have anyone in my area Friday/Saturday/Sunday THEY WERE ALWAYS MY GO TO CARPET CLEANERS NEVER AGAIN

Noise Factor

They have serviced a neighbor twice now. They arrive mid-morning and stay for 30 minutes or more. The van noise is invasive and deafening. If you are a late sleeper, lots of luck. There has to be a better way to insulate the oscillating racket.

I have had other Zerorez cleanings which turned out well. However, this cleaning was a total disappointment and I will never use Zerorez again.

Poor cleaning job. I used a home Bissell unit and redid many areas which were not clean and developed spots. When the weather is dry I will completely redo my covered porch, which does not look as if it was cleaned at all--dirty spots and dried in streaks. Other friends and neighbors have asked about the job you folks did and I told them how disappointing it was. So far three people who would have called you will also never use you. I really should get some type of refund from you. My Invoice #: 31754 Date of Service: 5/13/22

False advertising

Quoted one price, charged another. Didnt get a receipt upon payment. No receipt was given to my wife. I had to leave or things would have been different.

Service

I had set up appointment for Zerorez to come over to my house two weeks ago told him ahead of time bring extra hose due to where my apartment is located and also they told me they could be there between 3&6 They cannot be there in the a.m. I said OK so I proceeded to go to a car show in order to be back by three in the afternoon well they called me at 11:40 in the morning said they were on their way so I love what I was doing went home they got there and did not bring enough hose and could not do the service so the guy there said he would be out next Saturday himself in the a.m. and will bring enough hose and said he would throw in an enzyme cleaner free because of the way that day was handled I said OK thats fine come Wednesday I got a call from the boss I guess telling me they cannot come out in the a.m. he dont know why his technician told me that it would have to be between three and six again and said technician did not have the authority to tell me he would throw in the Enzyme cleaner but he would go ahead and throw it in for free Well that Saturday came The guy showed up at 12:45 did his equipment would not work right quick working then he tried to say it was working until he was getting ready to finish up my carpet looks like crap I have called left emails and Ive had no response so I will have to go to the Better Business Bureau and probably take just this to small claims with my attorney

Complaint

I have a complaint and would like to speak with someone other than the current manager or supervisor at the Morrisville, NC facility, Kia (sp?) Kyah . She is avoiding my calls and not returning calls to me. I wish to speak with someone ASAP! I want my rug returned and wish to hear from someone ASAP! Please do no share my contact information with a 3rd party.

I use them annually for the same rooms to be cleaned

This year the "kid" comes in and before he even pulled the equipment from his truck states "is this tip right on here?" I said I didn't put a tip or even see an invoice-you didn't do anything yet. I point him to the first room that was going to be cleaned. Again the same 3 rooms EVERY year. He says this is oversized and I will have to charge you double for this room. I take him to room 2 and he says the same thing. I Th.

Carpet doesn't appear clean, and really feels hard..

I really expected my carpet to look clean and fluffy. I saw your demonstration on channel eight, Dallas, Texas. What a let-down! Contact made (telephone) with Erica, she assured me someone would call me. Day two, I am still waiting. Such a rip off. Will not recommend.

Had upholstery cleaned

First the guy came in to my home with a mask covering his mouth only and no foot covering. He wanted me to help him move a couch, love seat, and rocker to the driveway for cleaning. I told him I couldn't do that and didn't want to since it was a rainy day in January. He didn't want to clean in the house because he might spray my wooden tables and ruin them. I suggested putting a tarp over the wooden furniture. He brought in a soaking wet tarp. I said no we would use my tarp that was new and dry. When he left two hours later, I had three pieces of furniture that are soaking wet with no idea when it will dry. I have a fan blowing on it now to try to speed up the process. He did get out a few spots on the couch but the love seat still has some spots that didn't come clean.

Poor customer Service

On 11/25/20 Tyson, the tech arrive. Clean 4 rooms hall &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; stairs. After the clean Tyson stated if,I not please after carpet dries I could call office to address my concerns. On 11/27/20 I called in spoke with Derek McNeal which was not good. He totally disregarded my concerns and stated he would send someone out as a courtesy when he knew he was going to instruct that person when they arrived not to reclean my carpets. Also, I feel he scheduled my date to send someone out when my check cleared. I am not happy with the way I was handled.

Bad deal

I thought since Zero Rez was so highly talked about on the radio station I listen to everyday that I would give it a try. I liked the concept they advertised. One thing they do not tell you until you schedule is that there is a fee for dumping your water. Okay an extra $14 I can handle that then after the cleaning things went from bad to worse. My carpets looked worse than ever a week later. Whatever they did pulled things out that I never knew were there. because of their cleaning I am looking at having to replace my carpet in my entire upstairs. They wanted to blame me since I did not order the pet treatment which I did not know I needed since I don't have a pet. They kept passing the buck to someone else then they let the 30 days go by and I gave up. It cost me $70 but I learned that we can clean our carpets just as good and what sounds good in theory is not always what it seems:(

To complain about a driver

Today, October 9, 2020 at 4:30pm, a zerorez driver ran me off the road and into an emergency lane while trying to pass me on a merge. The full length of my 16 foot box truck was ahead of him on the merge. He accelerated past me anyways. I had to drive into the emergency lane to avoid contact. This was on Scripps Poway Parkway in Poway California. This is a busy area with pedestrians and motorists everywhere. During rush hour no less. I caught up to this driver at a red light down the road and he proceeded to flip me off. This drivers actions put everyone in the area in danger. I strongly feel the company should discipline the employee, because judging by his suggestive sign language, he did not care at all. The vehicle license plate number is 74750C1 and the name given to the vehicle is "Galileo". Please attend to this driver as he is on the road endangering lives in your companies vehicle. Very poor service

I had zerorez come out to clean the carpet in my home. The equipment they use does a good job. I mean they were able to get out some pretty tough stains, not all them but some. The problem is the guy who came out was in an extreme hurry and didn't get all the carpet in the areas that I paid for. they missed some extremely dirty spots on the carpet. It's sad when I can do better with my home carpet cleaning unit! I contacted them looking for a remedy and they first said that the Technician that came out said that the carpet was damaged and that explains the issue. However, as I said before I have been able to get the areas in question cleaned much better than the results I got from them. I asked if they would send someone out to evaluate the complaint and so that I could show them that the issue was that the Technician simply missed some big areas or carpet. They indicated that they would send the same guy back to have a look. So....Send back the same guy to see if he did a good job on it or not? I refused and requested a refund which they also refused.
