Never received my order or refund.

Never received my order or refund. They said my order was sent to a wrong address. Then any e-mails were not deliverable Why are they still on Facebook?

This company is a bunch of crooks

No Response or reply from last email 26th September 2018. As I said - they are a BUNCH OF CROOKS: Details and time frame: I am still waiting on the delivery of my order #5467. Since your last email below 9th July 2018, when you promised to send me delivery details – nothing has happened! You keep promising to do something, and you keep breaking your promises!! I ordered and paid for the Zen360 Electric Panorama Ball Head on 24th October 2017, so that is 11 months of stuffing me around. So please return my money if you are not going to send my order. APPALLING AND SHAM

Contacted them by email and through Paypal, absolute waste of time they never answered. I t seems strange that the first email said to wait and it was on its way. Then a supposed replacement was on its way and still hasn't arrived. Then another email saying that the printer had been despatched and was on its way. There to I wonder as it hasn't reached me after all this time. Paypal haven't sorted the problem with a refund either. I ordered a bluetooth printer from them and it still hasn't arrived after several emails and there usual wait for the order and it still hasn't arrived after seven months. This company has to be a con. I lost $75.

Never received the order!

Somewhere in November 2017 I placed a order for the Zen360 Electric Panorama Ball Head. I've asked for several times when I will receive the product. I get several answers. This was the first answer: "Thanks for your email. We are so sorry for the delay. your order is under processing, it was delayed due to high demand of respective product. Kindly wait for it". The second answer I get: "Thanks for your email. It is under processing but don't worry it will be delivered shortly". The latest answer I get was: "Thanks for your email, Hope you're doing great.We extremely apologize for the inconvenience, But it seems like your order has been lost during transit and company tried its best to make this shipment possible but unfortunately we couldn't get it recovered, Now the company has decided to reship its replacement. Don't worry we are preparing the reshipment of your lost order. We highly appriciate your cooperation." This latest answer was from the 20th of April! I believe I don't receive the order anywhere. It's a shame.

Zenophoto is a sham

This company is a sham! order product and never received it. Contacted the company on several occasion about my order, got no results always the same statement, Order is on the way. Will give you a bogus tracking number. I paid for the product using Pay pal. When you file a complaint against them with Pay Pal, they will tell you the complaint must be dropped in order to receive your product. When the complaint is dropped you will not get your order. They will answer your emailed about two months, after that their email is un-deliverable. This company needs to be shut down, you will never get your order. So far they have not contacted me. I have tried to write a new email to the address they gave me and the emails are returned to me.

On the web they have another email address, but they do not respond either.

Keep an eye on this store. It is a fraud.

I bought one of their products last May, on the 6th. At the end of June I contacted them to find out why I had not received them and they answered me: " We're sorry for the inconvenience you have had so far. There was a slight delay in our service due to high demand of orders but don't worry now as your order has been shipped already and should arrive in next few days." I have contacted again because I still do not receive the product or the money, and the contact email returns the emails and the contact chat does not respond either. Be careful because everything indicates that this store is a fraud.

Order or refund never received. They are a scam company!

I ordered from them on April 25, 2018. Never received the item. Contacted them 2 or 3 times. Received a reply that they are shipping my order. Then I received another email after contacting them, that they couldn't locate my order! that they would reship if I would agree to wait 3 more weeks. I asked for a refund, and they never sent that!!! They are a scam company, don't use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I had read the reviews on this company before ordering, I never would have ordered. They don't fulfill the order and don't refund the money, but they are quick to charge your credit card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I want is to have this resolved. They said I would get a refund and that was a scam too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They said they sent the funds, but nothing was in the account!

Zen Photo RIP off store

I placed my order in January, now it's June, i got many excuses as to why i have not received my order, i said give me what I orderd or give back my money, they said in 3-5 days, 10 day later still nothing. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ZEN PHOTO STORE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

Thieves, scam- Dispute the charge with your credit card company asap

They charge you credit card and never send the items. I disputed the charge after 3 month with my credit card company and fortunately they reversed the charge. After this, this zen photo thieves, wrote to close the dispute and then send me a tracking number of my items, which was fake. Show a shipment from Korea to US, but I checked after few days and it show it was delivered to a PO in Texas, not my address. A total scam. If you bought from them, don't wait any longer because you'll never get you stuff. Dispute the charge with PayPal or your credit card asap.

Thieves. First time ok, second they keep your money and don't deliver

The scam is very clear: the first purchase, is fine. The second, Zen pHoto charge your credit card immediately and never deliver. They answer your claims pretty fast, but with lies and unbelievable excuses. I believe they responde pre elaborated answers to keep you waiting. It is always, we are shipping today, the shipping company misplaced the items, but they will deliver urgently. All lies I am sure this is well thought scam. Don't buy at zen photo, don't deal with them. who knows where they are. Fortunately i dispute the charge after three months of waiting the items, and my bank reversed the charge.

I think ZEN are a bunch of Crooks! I have just emailed them again (string of emails below), and all I get is just promises!

On 24th October 2017, I ordered and paid for a Zen360 Electric Panorama Ball Head. The company claimed that this was sold out and they were waiting for new stock, when they advertised on Facebook that the item was available. When I inquired again, I was told 'to be patient' and I would receive an email to notify me when the item would be processed. I wrote to them again in December and then February 2018, and no answer! I again wrote to them on 11th March and was told that my order would be delivered 'within two weeks'. Now that was 4 weeks ago! Today I received an email ..... and they replied......... "Thanks for your email. We are so sorry for the delay. Unfortunately due to high demand of this product we ran out of stock. It is now back in stock and we are working hard on processing all the orders and ship them ASAP. Your order is currently being processed. Once it ships, we will email you the tracking information." So this is not good enough when I asked for a refund they skipped over my request - 6 Months I have been waiting! Very very poor communication and lack of action to do something!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ZENPHOTO It's been two months now (purchased on January 15, 2018) since I purchase a flash unit for my Nikon D90 and haven't received it from Zenphoto. https://www.facebook.com/zenphotostore/. Pro Camera LED Macro Ring Flash × 1 for $44.95 I have sent numerous messages and emails to their helpdesk (zentilt.help@***.com) who in return have responded with a standard email that they will be sending the tracking number for the item. I have yet to receive. They have not responded to recent emails now for two days regarding this item. I highly recommend that you DO NOT do business with this website. I have requested a refund for the item but judging from the interaction I have had with this site I am not holding my breath. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ZENPHOTO. As of today, I tracked the package number they gave me to Bakersfield, California and it says it was delivered. I live 3000 miles away in New Jersey and still no Flash unit as of 3/29/2018. This is by far the worst online company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY.

Missing Orders from ZenPhoto

I have order two orders from them and no product to date. First order was placed on December 23, 2017 ( Still not here ) Second order placed on Jan. 9, 2018 ( Still not here ). I have ordered from them before but never so late in delivery of items. Order #7360 $83.99 For ZenDolly - Electric 3 Wheel Video Track Order #7829 $47.89 For Leather Camera Straps and Classic Selfie Stick When I use the sites Order Tracking Status, It shows that the order should have been delivered much earlier than todays date. Beware of ZenPhotoStore.com

I made a purchase on the 22nd of October in 2017 from this online internet retailer www.zenphotostore.com and since then, after 4 months, I have not received the item I payed for nor a refund or even replies to my messages of asking them whats happened. So far, the only replies I got 2 months ago said, your order is currently processing, but now after 4 months and no further responses from them, naturally I'm wondering what happened. Have I been cheated? Did they take my money and since they can't fulfil the high demand of the product they sold, seems as if they have decided to keep my money and not even bother with replying, or sending me what I payed for or at least...at least have the decency to reassure me of a realistic timeframe of when I will get my item. What is it ZenPhotoStore.com? Is it 6 months, 1 year, 10 years? What does currently processing mean after 4 months? Seems preposterous folks but unfortunately it has occurred. This is a question of principal, respect and most of all trust. If they can't fulfil their orders due to high demand, they shouldn't have accepted my payment in the first place knowing that they didn't even have the item in stock and after 4 months, they should have the decency to at least issue me a refund don't you think? I am entitled to this at least instead of what seems to be a blatant misuse of trust. So due to the fact their lack of communication and the long delays of over a 4 month period to send an item that I have purchased, it is clearly a situation of what I am now forced to consider as theft on their part. I think any decent business should at least have the decency to let their customers know and reassure them the expected timeframe required to receive an order but after 4 months and no communication on their part, obviously I am a little offended by their conduct so far. So as a question of defending the principals of trust effectuated during this simple exchange of money for goods that have not been fulfilled on their end due to a lack of respect to me, a paying customer, I thought it best to warn others to beware of their questionable business practices. So think twice before you order from ZenPhotoStore.com folks, lest you should end up like me having to make these complaints for not receiving nor a refund, nor a response or the item paid for.
