Order I placed online is NOT correct!

Cold had to remake. Didn't see on website how to leave details. I like nibblets dry. Ordered in parking lot said 10 minutes went in right away. Order already made she was bagging as I stood and told another employee to leave off sauce. He called it back. The person I saw him speak with came and clocked out. Messy. Salads aren't always fresh. Never recvd a replacement or money back.

Racist remark

Hello, I was just eating at one of your locations here in Advance, Nc 27006. When a manager by the name of Gary stated that he doesn't like hiring black or Mexican people at his store. When I heard this I took it up with the current gm who did nothing about it. So Im contacting you all because all of the employees were indeed Caucasian. This makes me never want to eat at your establishment again. I will be sharing this news online with others because this is outrageous!!

Poor Quality

Order # 198984****451**** Emily Bowen Hey this was my first time ordering from zaxbys so I was excited to try something new. Im more than convinced this will be the last time. I purchased two order of the wings and things which while the flavors were great the quality was shady and disappointing. Two of my tenders were literally and inch long, which by i took a picture of as I opened the meal box for proof which I wish I could attach to this message. My fries were supposed to be seasoned and only one fry out of the whole batch was seasoned the rest were plain. Cheated and cheaped out falls short to describe this meal. I hope you make it right. Im understanding that things in the fast food aint always perfect which is fine but this wasnt even an attempt, this meal was just thrown together with no care.

The worse customers service ever

I bought $25.00 dollars worth of food which was a salad, 5 wings and cheddar bites. They left all the sauces out of my order I get home and see my order is not complete so I live 8mins away got back in my car and went back, get to the drive thru and tell them they left all my sauces out of my order I just needed my sauces that I order paid for. The so call manager Rebecca, if thats really her name but the other manager didnt know her last name, so you have two managers working and they dont know each other name, all but called me a lair so I told her look it up I just had left I didnt take my receipt because I had just gotten off work. She would even look me in the eye while she was talking to me and said well I will just this time but you shouldnt have called I said no you shouldnt made sure my order was right cause I paid for it. I took the food back along with the receipt and the food and the sauce to get a refund and that manager said yeah I remember fixing this order Ive been in the kitchen all night. The lady in front of my was pissed because they messed up her order and she was yelling cause I could hear her from my car. No wonder this establishment only gets a 2.5 rating with the way they talk to customers. I spent 25 to 35 dollars every time I go there but never again the worse customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. This is the one on Fortress Blvd in Murfreesboro Tn with two managers that dont know each other names. When I went back to get my money back the aka Rebecca was no where to be found and someone else came to me and her tag didnt say she was a manager and wouldnt give me her name. If you want to have a good business you need to replace the so call manager that talks to customers like dirt!

My food was cold

App down.... can't order use rewards or get points for my order

Hi I was trying to use the app to place an order and use my rewards and I could not get into the app. I restarted my phone, restarted the app, and I even deleted and re-downloaded the app and I still could not order through the app. The cashier/waitress had no idea the app was down or if the was a work around. I ordered my lunch anyway but I left frustrated. I couldn't use my app or rewards. I couldn't get credit for my lunch order. I even tried to log in through the browser and had my husband try on his phone. No luck. If you are updating your app Friday afternoon lunch time is not the time to do it. I am really frustrated and annoyed. No thanks there are lots of other options for lunch.

FOOD WAS TWICE FRIED

I have M.S. was trying to get sum food.. don't wanna cook.. Was packed going thru drive thru.. Got food.. went home.. got there.. gave food out.. food wasn't right.. wasn't hot.. order was wrong.. supposed to be boneless then u could tell wasn't fresh.. like it was dropped in grease trying to make seem was hot.. it wasn't.. just sucked.. called.. no answer... would go back BUT I was already hurting.. Complaint

Hello, I recently purchased an order and was not happy with it at all. I placed it at 6:08 and picked it up at 6:15, it was freezing cold while the fries were soggy. I was not even 3 bites in when I saw a long brown hair. Those 3, cold bites were not enjoyable either, while the chicken was extremely over cooked. It has not even been a hour and I am sick to my stomach. I do not plan to ever come back unless this situation is fixed. Ive been coming here for years and years and this by far has been an extreme turn away. Very disappointed.

Today I went to Zaxby's for lunch, at 4285 South Ferdon Blvd., Crestview FL 32536. I ordered FRIED HOUSE SALAD. But, I received was not eye speaking and tasteful at all.!!! I HAD TO THROW THE WHOLE THING AWAY , Rotten tomatoes were sprinkled through the salad. This is not acceptable. I'm a a Retired member of the United States, Retired USDA FOOD SAFETY INSPECTOR.

Fries and food were twice fried.. My boneless wings were traditional.. no wimpy sauce on food fries werent seasoned.. just disappointed.. will def not come back.. thank you.. be Blessed UPDATE EVERYONE HAD THE *** AFTER EATING THE GRUB...

Lunch -missing items

I only have a short lunch schedule. I ordered the loaded fries with ranch on the side. Did not get ranch at all and only chicken and fries were in the box.

Many missing items

I used the app to place an order at the Lavonia GA location 5/14 around 6:55pm. We had 2 salads, no dressing. 2 kids meals, do dipping sauce, big Zax snack, no dipping sauce and no slaw. We drove 20 minutes. This is ridiculous!

LOGANVILLE - 4333 ATLANTA HWY Stole my meal and wouldn’t cancel my order

I made an order yesterday night at 9:40 am I told them I was not gonna be able to make it there because my car broke down so I called the store to cancel like shown online and in the app but when I did they said they can not cancel it and left me high and dry didnt try to offer a refund or reorder for the next day instead they gave my order to an employee and took my money. I understand they themselves are underpaid and over worked and I understand and is going threw a financial struggle with my family and me and my family have just lost a family member I have been working and havent eaten all day and I just wanted my Zaxbys even though the food is overpriced but that was fine I had one free meal so that was ok for me, just for someone else to have it instead and I paid in advance. Also if nothing else you guys should consider bringing back the milkshakes/Ice cream you also need a better cookie and brownie recipe the milkshakes was better I promise I loved those more.

Size of the food for the amount of money spent

My wife is very unhappy about the service we received. The tenders were very small and short, and chicken wings were small also. Something needs to be done about this problem. My wife wants her money back for the food. My address is 5762 holly grove way apt 513 Knoxville TN 37918

Unsatisfied Service as a Previous Employee

I placed an online order at the Spring Rd Se location in Smyrna, Ga tonight at 8:44pm scheduled for pick up at 8:57pm. I arrived at 9:00pm. I ordered the (2) nibblers for $4, 1 ranch sauce, a 6 finger plate with double fries small strawberry lemonade , a nibblers meal with sweet and spicy sauce instead of Zax sauce, large fries and a large sweet tea, and a big Zax snack with honey mustard and a chocolate milk. Instead of my chicken finger plate I received another nibblers meal with Zax sauce, my original nibblers meal barely had any sweet and spicy sauce so I was forced to drench them in ranch sauce, I was missing honey mustard in the big zax snack, and majority of the fries in our meals were soggy as if theyd been sitting under the warmer too long. My husband picked up our food and said he was waiting 5 minutes before the Cashier even acknowledged his presence, and once she addressed him he stated that she gave him attitude and double checked his receipt as if he was trying to get free drinks we were already missing. While I was waiting in the parking lot, the lights were cut off when cars began to pull in drive thru. As a result cars pulled out of line and drove away, assuming they were closing for the evening. When the cars drove away the lights were switched back on. Being that Ive previously worked at Zaxbys, for multiple years, the service we received tonight was highly unacceptable. We understand those are hard workers, with lives outside of their jobs, but I know they could be so much better. No one checked our food to make sure it was the correct order but my husband gets questioned when he said we were missing drinks, after hed been waiting patiently for her to finish the business she was tending to. He said the young lady was in a black shirt, so I will assume shes management of some sort. I was disappointed in our meals and service tonight. It was definitely a loss, and hopefully this location will improve and take action in the matter for the sake of future customers and their establishment as a whole. I doubt me nor my family will be returning any time soon. I wish you all the very best. Continue to strive for excellence.
