Order not delivered

I made a purchase on July 17, they charged me $10 for shipping! They updated the delivery twice and it never arrived. customer service, instead of helping me with the tracking and initiating a claim to the VEHO post service, THEY ONLY OFFER A REFUND AFTER I HAVE ALREADY PAID MY CARD WITH CHARGES AND WAIT 15 DAYS!

Horrible Customer Service

The carrier that Zara uses doesnt hide the packages NOR ring the bell to notify you that a delvery has been made. Leaves you exposed to stolen packages. Zara doesnt take ANY responsibility. Tells you to call the police and declines refunds or credits even with video footage of theft that could have been prevented if doorbell was rung. Stuck with a $300 bill and nothing to show for it.

Missing parcel

My parcel was left outside of the building on the stairs and I never find it so I took with castumer service and they told me my parcel was delivered and they can do nothing about it . But now I dont have no parcel no items. And noting so can someone help me with my problem thank you

Exchange the product

I have purchase one shirt in the month of may and the other one on 1st of June and the reason of exchange is the size of the clothing is not right and is not fitting me, we are really old customers of yours and since I was travelling I wasnt able to come and get the products replaced and now they are denying to do so, its my humble request to kindly get them exchanged I just want a bigger size thats it,

Got email from fake ZARA for the Collaboration

Shocking customer service at Oxford Street store by manager

I purchased an item of clothing with a friend from the Oxford Street branch of Zara this week, to be worn as a present the following day at a specific event. The two men on the counter were so busy talking and joking with each other that they barely paid attention to the customers - that was irritating but we wanted the jacket so paid and left. The following day my friend discovered that the security tag had not been removed. He was working so as a favour I travelled from South East London to North London to collect the jacket, take it to the branch of Zara, get it removed, and then do the journey in reverse. In total I had to take 6 buses and 6 tubes and waste more than 4 hours. The first member of staff told me 'these things happen' but no apology. She introduced me to two managers, the one I spoke with was rude, abrupt, dismissive and when I mentioned that an apology would have been nice, actually stated that she was not going to apologise. She left me at the counter where another staff member finally removed the tag and did apologise. I asked for the details of customer service and was told they were not able to give them ! But that I had to go onto the Zara website. I have done that but discovered there are no details, only a chat facility. I spoke with someone who called themselves Sachin. They told me that they do not have an email to log a complaint and that they are even unable to give the address of their head office. After saying they'd pass on my concerns I was cut off. Absolutely shocking on every level. Lazy staff who created the problem, half a day wasted, extra travel costs that added almost 20% to the price, a rude and unhelpful manager and a website that deflects. That was my first visit to a Zara. Their company policy seems to be that once they have your money they literally don't care what happens next. Never again. Date of experience: 22 May 2023

Zara damaged package and missing item

Hii my order number 532********...i tried to contact zara several time regarding recieve damaged package and missing item..so the issue is i ordered from zara delivery boy came to my location i asked him to wait for half an hour or come tomorrow bt he refused to do either and told me he will cancel the order ...i m shopping first time at zara and i was excited so i paid him online and he left my package downstairs ..when i came i received damaged box which is torn up from behind and item is missing and there is just crumbled cover transparent paper ..i asked the guard and people living downstairs..they confirm it get delivered like this ...i called the delivery partner when i scold him he stop taking my call ...i have to complain at zara so i do so ..they are refusing my complain saying that they packed at their warehouse etc etc ...bt what about after that ..what about what i received ...this is so disappointing..i already complaint in consumer court and going to post all this incident becoz people like me getting cheated and zara is proving this kind of service ...i give them delivery boy number so they can check bt no they are not ready to do anything ...

Return Complaint

This is Khin Ei. I made online purchase on April 10 and shipment received April15. When I stopped by the Zara store location on May 12 at Tysons Corner, I was told the system did not accepted. Why? YOUR website in my account, it said the return due by May 12. I made it just on time. It is highly disappointing to see that Zara is unwilling to provide assistance to their customers when circumstances were out of the customers control. This is cheating and highly unacceptable. You should take responsibile your company's fault. Be respect customers ' rights too. I hope you would solve this issue as soon as possible.

Order never received

I placed an order with Zara that I never received. I reached out to Thola claim because the proof of delivery was not my house so I sent him a picture of my porch so that they could see that it was not the same. Im still waiting Ive been denied twice. I was told that they included the pictures in the claim this last time that I put the claim in I was told that they did not even include the pictures so I was pretty much lied to just to get me off the phone, this is not OK Im still waiting. Ive been very patient. Zara is not a cheap company and this is just not OK to keep my money at this point I dont want anything reshipped I dont even wanna do business with him anymore. Ive been hearing a lot of negative things about Zara lately even their home goods and after the experience that Im having I see why Ive read a lot of bad comments about people not wanting to do business with him anymore and their customer service is just horrible they have the worst customer service. They honestly need to be retrained

ZARA STORES OUT OF CREDIT VOUCHERS - DECLINED RETURN

my receipt stated clearly, returns in-season past 30 days, are accepted in form of store credit. I've been traveling, and couldn't return within 30 days, i tried briefly after the window, and store didn't have white zara cards (they declined using mine). I've tried 5 times since then, and the each time not cards. Finally yesterday i went, they had cards, and they declined my return since now it became out of season, so computer not accepting it. Basically all that money thrown to the trash. Tried calling over the phone, over chat, no help, no supervisors, no nothing :( very sad i've been long long time loyal customer.

Did not receive order

I did not receive my order and because the carrier made a mistake but said they delivered its my word against theirs. I was over a refund the first day calling but it never cant through so I reached out again the next day and the day after that and thats3 people who told me they were issuing my refund but I still never got it. Then Im told they have to escalate and I need to wait 48 hours so I did that and its now going on a week and they denied claim twice even after it was approved. One of the customer service agents even told me that they approved it then denied it which was not right thats why he put the claim back in. I offered a picture of my porch and now Im going to see if they accept that but the customer service is very rude. This small situation it going to turn into a big one because they will not keep my money. How do you spruce turn Debby a claim and 3 different people tell me they are issuing my refund but it never happens
