My subscription was not over and they cut me off early

My subscription does not finish until August 11 but is subscription not active dont understand why Ive always paid my bill. They have the wrong information obviously but I go through Apple and I have the proof.

Unauthorized charge can’t reach anyone

Billing

Hi, I signed up for you tube tv but turns out I dont watch tv enough for what I was paying for it. When my subscription ran out, I just left it. But then you tube tv went and withdrew the money out of my account anyway. I didnt know I had to cancel it obviously. So when I went to cancel it, I couldnt find out where to do it. I am requesting my subscription to be cancelled and refund for the $77 that was taken out of my account. I disputed it with my chime account but they waited 2 weeks to get back to me and tell me I had to do it myself but I cant find a phone number to call to do so. Im not sure what kind of account details you need but my name is Aaron Burns and my email associated to the account is nophx11@***.com. Thanks

Resolved: MAJOR BILLING ISSUE WITH YOUTUBE TV

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I sent a tweet to @YouTube and received a rapid response and contact information to access customer support. I actually got to speak to a human.

I canceled my YouTube TV on OCTOBER 20, 2020 and have subsequently been billed for the service ever since, via my American Express Account. Since I don't show up in your system as an active account user, there is NO WAY for me to cancel an account that was cancelled nearly 3 years ago...AGAIN! PLEASE STOP THIS BILLING and DO THE RIGHT THING AND ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE LAST 33 months that you have BILLED ME FOR that I canceled.

Bc you owe us money!

You kept on charging our account for a several months after we had canceled! We would appreciate a refund on all the months after we canceled. Very disappointed and disturbing!

Need service suspended due to major hospital surgery it's.

No one answers the phone to fulfill my request to have my service suspended for at least a month possibly two months. due to medical surgeries.

Billed for service we cancelled

I cancelled my membership effective April 20, 2023. They continued to bill me through my credit card in May, June, and July. 3 months at $79.98 for a total of $239.94. Every time I call I get a busy signal, cannot get through. I can't cancel again because they have me as inactive, but still bill me. Their "customer service" is horrible. I had to close my credit card account to keep them from continually billing me.

Refunds

I paid for YouTubetv twice and I only got one refund back so far and the transactions were done within an hour of each other I used two diff email addresses at the same time

I just found out that I can access YouTube tv from my app but when I go online to cancel it with the same email it brings me to the sign up page for the same base plan that I supposedly have.

I tried to cancel on the phone, but they say I dont have an account even though I can access it with my phone. When I go to the website and try to sign in at asks me to sign up for the base plan which is what I am still getting charged for. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company, which worked at first, but then we lost the dispute. Overall, this experience has shown me how little companies like google and YouTube care about helping their customers. I only used YouTube TV for a few minutes and decided to cancel because of the price.
