I have cancelled my subscription and on oct 1 you took 49.95 out my bank account and on Nov 1 you took 49.95 out my bank account and on Dec 1 you took 49.95 out my bank account that's $150 I do not have any my subscription should have been cancelled before then it wasn't and I want my money back this is a bunch of bull but I really need my money back please thank you.and now it's been a week and still haven't heard from them

Had to cancel card. When I call number provided it sends me to a Walmart gift card rewards center. No way to cancel a membership I didn't sign up for.

There is no easy acces, ANYWHERE on their site to CANCEL a Trial Membership. When I asked to have it canceled, she spent 5 minutes trying to get me to keep it, by reducing the cost.
I finally had to say, for $1 a month, Im NOT interested. > I am still waiting for the email with my cancellation #.

Heidi collections manager in Florence KY continues to call after a payment has been made. Came to my house to pick up the merchandise but they continually automatically try to run my payments when I ask to stop I will make the payment myself. Horrible customer service

I have tried contacting you several times about funds that you took off my card that I didn't authorize. My husband is fighting cancer right now and is unable to work so we just have my income which isn't much now y'all took $39.94 and $39.90 off my card and I need it returned back to my card immediately!!!
