Refund

Payed in the holiday inn and online been charged twice for the same car parking space I would like a refund if £15 plus charges of £1.50 for every day taken by your company to pay back the refund

There is no phone number to contact the company.

The phone number is wrong. You cant contact the provider as there is no phone number. There us no way of reaching the company.

Paid instantly and cancelled it. You took £54 pounds and have not reimbursed me.

I paid for my space and cancelled immediately but you took my money from NatWest. Tried to contact on the stupid what's app but no one to speak to. I want my money back. I have tried daily but no redone!!!

We're lost at Portsmouth ferry port

No person at car park! Difficult to contact anyone. Lack of signage. Paying extra almost impossible for elderly people like me to download an app on site and to pay money.

I have been to one of your car parks in Chesterfield vicar lane i was there for less than an hour went to pay and it said i had to pay £32 pounds and why is this and this is why i am sending you this message can you explain this to me.

Error with machine

Today at 12 45 am to 1 30 pm. The machine was asking me to pay 15 pounds instead of the one hour payment. I would like to pay the right amount of 2 pounds and not the 15 pounds it wants me to pay.

I paid for my parking at holiday inn express dartford but now I have a parking ticket

I called Holiday Inn Express and they told me that the £7:50 I paid will cover me for 24 hours. I arrived at 16:00 hours and left at 11:30 am the next day

Need receipts

Poor service no contact number to speak to anyone , offer a whatts app service that don't work!! Pay for parking on app via Google pay but don't offer you a place to print receipt at all!!! Asking for a booking reference that I never had nor does it exist anywhere on app. Shows my past payments and dutation and location on app but don't recognise it on the website log in ?? This company is shocking stick to Ringo in future It's holding up hundreds in expenses as can't submit my claim without a vat receipt for my parking , my company expect that to pay it back like most companies will!!!

Horrible company

They charged me extra £12 for parking, when I used auto pay and as soon I left the car park, they charged me £3 on the 27th, today they charged again as the car was parked from the 27th until today 30th of May. I tried to contact the company, no phone number available. The auto message every time I give my details it say there is an error and to start again. Don't use it, you will be sorry.

The worst site I’ve ever used all round!

They advertise spaces that arent available. You have to pay to book the space and find out after you have paid that the person who advertised the space is unavailable so you have to cancel the booking and wait for a refund. There is no one to talk too about any issues apart from a silly bot that goes around in circles. So now I am £183 out of pocket and dont know when Im going to get the money back and havent got a space to park in. Both people have told the company not to advertise the space and yet they still have. They have charged me and not paid them so the whole process is a mess. As you can tell in photos both people reached to tell me they didnt accept the booking and couldnt but yet they charged me at time of booking!
