No help and products have so many problems.
Cant get technical support assistance from manufacturers. Have to call distributor for tech support. Its like York does not want to take responsibility for there products. And its so complicated to get anything from manufacturers.

Fan condensers went out on a 7 yr old air conditioner
Ridiculous that a fan going out on a seven yr old york air conditioner. Says it isnt under warranty. So I get to spend $600 on a new fan condenser. Would I recommend a York air conditioner. Probably not.

Contacting York and Johnson Controls and no one helps....always someone else.
I am searching for a TXV valve s1-02******** for a model #D2NY036N05606A, but no one can give me straight answer. There has to be a replacement part # for the valve since the unit is only 10 years old.

Warranty coverage
Defective part cause refrigerant to leak, they wont cover refrigerant lousy business practice. After paying $11k for new unit. Wont ever recommend York. Customer service representative was horrible as well.

Nobody seems to want to stand behind this product even after 23 service calls. You would think the company would want to just replace the unit instead of spending the money on parts and labor.

Cracked condensation collector box
My HVAC Tech pointed out a crack in the condensation collection box which is leaking into the upper section of furnace above main control board. He claims it's a known issue and since has been replaced by a much sturdier box. According to him it should have been recalled years ago when the issue was identified. York CS claims to know nothing of this issue? Second issue was after 4 mos. of use the AC TXV Coil went bad but because the unit was installed past the 1 yr. warranty the $500 labor charge was not covered.
