My camera won't read the QR code when prompted

When it comes to the point where the camera should read the QR code it would beep every 5 seconds. I tried to reset it and it doesnt say successfully reset.

Problem with cameras operation

Cameras alert on rain drops, leaf moving on the ground, a parked car (every 10 minutes), Shadows from clouds, lights from passing cars, But one would not alert on me walking in front of it Followed advice from help desk. Incorrect charge

I was charged for the premium plan cloud and I had canceled my service I didn't authorize payment to be made to purchase cloud again so please fix I want a total refund I don't need this service I can simply use an SD card that was working and now it doesn't it's almost a shift you all force me to purchase this cloud and corrupted my SD card.

Refund

I paid for a service plan and never received it. I emailed support and they asked for my receipt. I provided it and they never responded. I emailed again they asked for my receipt, I provided no response. I went through this 5 different times!!! Still no response, no service loaded and no refund since the service I paid for was ever given. Extremely upset!!!
