Worst customer service ever... Booked a hotel called red velvet in Bangalore marathalli and also paid it...and when I reached the hotel said they have no link with yatra or whatsoever.. I tried reaching the customer care but not a single response from them... worst service and customer satisfaction is zero... Not a single *** is given for the customers

I can't see my flight tickets
Yatra was not available at the time of need. My brother could bot fetch the travel ticket and he had to travel the same day. We could not connect to cousmer care people of yatra. Unhappy by booking ticket with yatra

Regarding payment
I was asked to pay double the amount of my bus ticket from Delhi -Dalhousie. More like I was being scammed... After booking my ticket from Delhi-Dalhousie viz., payment made make payment again popped up from googlepay to which I accidentally made the payment again to my dismay... So it meant the total bus fare deducted was 4740 + 4740... I had tried to filed a complain many times due to my being away... I would be very grateful if u could hear or see to my concerns and also make the necessary ammends needed to give back what is mine and not urs.viz., My 4740 /- Why stay silent when u know what ur doing is wrong!!!

I am trying to do the cancellation from last four day to do some reason , for which I have taken the cancellation policy . None of executive are responding for the booking and in the Yatra app the booking number is not valid , whereas the ticket status is showing correct . The Yatra.com is cheating with costumer, give costumer promise to return , and at the time of return they bounce back . I need my full refund of my ticket as there is time and they have to do the cancellation as I have booked for. Yatra.com Please revert me in this number -700240**** No response from support&yatra.com mailed them many times for the same with screenshot

Refund and Cancellation
YA:3755**** refund status of PNR 6YJ4BO Booking ref:060523****001. Trying to reach customer care for 10 days but couldn't reach such a pathetic service I require my refund, been processed from vistara. The airline is telling 15 days yatra is saying 45-60 working days. M waiting since 6th May there is no reference on how to get an update. Thanks, Suchitra Manik
