Mower not woking
I have been trying to get service for this 3 month old mower. Went to one of their service dealers who now says they don't do any warranty work. Wasted 3 hours driving there and back.. Got a few more numbers to a few more service companies same outcome. I guess I'm losing my 250 I paid for this mower

My lawnmower just shut off and now it won't start I tried new battery and it drags trying to turn over.valves on mower was adjusted and still would not turn over

I have only had my mower 4 months & it won’t start
I only had my mower 4 months & it wont start ! I am in a fixed income & i really feel robbed!! I am calling yard machines first thing monday morning

I greatly improved the design of Y2550 OEC trimmer head.
I greatly improved the design of "Yard Works Y2550 OEC" trimmer head. This trimmer was near useless. I spent more time pulling weeds out of the crack in the trimmer head, so it could spin, than I spent working. I am not exaggerating. This trimmer could only be used on short grass. I made a modification, a prototype temporary modification that has worked so well, I haven't yet made a permanent attachment. I made the modification last year. I used it today and last week. I have not yet had to cut and pull out any weeds. It now works like it should. Shoot me an email address to a design engineer??? and I will take a picture, and explain what it does; though any engineer worth his/her salt will see from a picture. The hardware store no longer sells these, and has no parts, despite me being told by the manager that they stand by what they sell. I managed to find replacement bump heads, but not from the company. I will never again by something so cheaply made. Mine now works well with my modifications.

I wanted to purchase a yard machine riding mower
I wanted to purchase a Yard Machine riding mower from Walmart. They had one left, but couldn't sell it, because there was no key! I tried calling Yard Machine customer service repeatedly to no avail! I guess no one cares about uping the profits! Thanks to an amazing manager at Lowes he gave me a copy of a key and I purchased 2 universal keys. I was finally able to make the purchase! Thanks to Lowes NOT Yard Machine the key they gave me worked!

They never contacted me. Their service outlets are useless.
When I first purchased the mower there was problems so the following summer I called one of their service repair service center.
They never answered the phone. I called a second one and they didn't even want...

I had purchased a Yard Machine lawn mower in May 2019 from Home Depot. The very first time I used it, I noticed it wasn't running right. It was used for around a month when it died. I looked to find out who services Yard Machines and got two in the area. One of the services never answered the phone, and the other told me that he thinks it was the gasoline. He didn't even want me to bring it in to check it. He claimed if it was the gas, they wouldn't cover it. I was annoyed, so I checked it myself. I went as far as draining the gasoline, cleaned the carburetor and the fuel tank replaced the spark plug, then fill it with new premium gasoline. I used it again, it lasted a while, then it died again. The next year, I played with it again, and it stopped working again. I stopped using it and decided to use the weed eater till this year. I now got it to work even though it's not running good because it won't last more than 10 minutes before it stops. It seems that the way it's running and dying after 8 to 10 minutes that it may be the coil. The reason for this review is not that I expect anything to come of it, but on my end, I had enough with your crap service and piece of garbage lawn mower. I intend to go on social media sites and review sites and inform as many as I can about the type of inferior lawn mowers you sell. They are not worth buying for any price. The sad part is I didn't even get one full season with the pile of crap. I will try one more time in the next couple of weeks before I toss this where it belongs in the garbage. I don't like to give up but I think its time. What a total waste of money.

Bought a brand new lawn mower for $200 from Home Depot last year go to use it this year after you could use twice last year and now the carburetors bad on it and they won't replace it tired of people stealing money from me

I put in 6 spark plugs since I bought it in December
It wont start once I use it I try it again and it wont start until I put in a new spark plug Went through six of them so far amd only used it three times at the most

Is a giant piece of garbage
Cutting grass and riding mower just quit running tested all parts replaced battery ,solenoid;ignition switch and still will not even turn over what a waste of money this rider was.

Mower will not start
Brand new mower bought last year and only got to cut the grass 2 times next time it would not start.. Taken out extended warranty but not even through the first year and took to get fixed he tightened a few things and got it started.. got it home started and mowed. Next time went to mow did not start took it back to repair and he moved a few things and got it started brought it home and mowed.. Next time tried to start it and it would not start again.. I borrowed the neighbors mower gave up last year. Tried again this year already and it will not start again..I am very frustrated and can not find a number to call to report the trouble that it is giving me.. I do not need an expensive mower my yard is not that big.. Someone help me please.. I would like a refund or a replacement.
