Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Placed an order, used my code for a free birthday candle. They canceled part of my order, and they applied the free code to one of those, so they don't have to send me a free candle. And have the nerve to tell me I won't be charged! Reason is "no inventory". What kind of company doesn't even contact to let you know it's backordered, and give you the option to wait, cancel, or choose alternate items? Last time I ordered I received damaged goods and their response was a 15% discount code, not even an offer of a refund or exchange. I will never give this company my money again.

The manager at the Yankee at Patrick Henry Mall is disrespectful and rude to her employees, directly in front of the customers! I would not recommend this Yankee candle to ANYONE!

Glass on one of the candles arrived broken

One of the Jar-YC SQ2 LG GRPVN SAF candles arrived to my home with the glass broken. Item Code 162****.

Rude and uncaring re: 5 missing candles - Xmas gifts - and it was already New Years Eve. I was told that I should track the package again.

After 10 min on hold and then another 30 min!! to find out my package was last seen a week prior in Ohio. Not listening, not caring, except about an excellent rating on the survey to which I replied " if you call FedEx now to find out where is my paid for package and what you will do about the situation. Despite a promise to call immediately, I never heard from her. Being disabled and with a broken leg I certainly was angry and in pain to return the past due Xmas gifts to the store since I have NEVER heard again from Yankee!

No call back

Have not received a call back yet! Had an issue with my gift card not working and they told me to call the number on the back of card, when this happed before, they called for me at the store, but since I had to call I got the run around.

Still have not heard from them

I had a bad situation with my gift card where it didn't work at the store and they told me to call myself to get it resolved. zi tried and got no where. I still have not hears from them.

Candle didn’t burn all the way

I am a devoted customer of Yankee Candle, tried Bath and Body Works Candles but came back to Yankee. The last order I placed two of my candles did not burn all the way leaving much of the candle left. I dont feel I received my monies worth in these two candles, the wicks burned down ti the silver leaving a lot of wax . None others have done this. Were these for some reason defective.

Balsam and cedar candle

I have purchased balsam and cedar jar candles for years and now they have no smell. I read an article that it may be Covid but I dont have Covid-19. The new fragrances Ive purchased smell fine, so its definitely the old balsam and cedar.

Discrimination against African American Veterans suffering from PTSD

Charged for an item they failed to send

What a futile nightmare it is to deal with "Customer Service" at Yankee Candle. I bought candles and a Halloween themed votive holder trio online. The candles were mailed, however, Yankee Candle failed to send the votive holder claiming it was out of stock (curiously it is still available to purchase on their website because their web team is worthless). I paid through Afterpay, which breaks your total into 4 equal payments that you are automatically charged at set intervals. The problem is that Yankee Candle didn't tell Afterpay that they shouldn't bill me for $25 worth of the total (the Halloween votive holder was $25 and Yankee Candle didn't send that). So Afterpay is billing me for the total amount because Yankee Candle didn't revise the total to reflect their item not being available. Emails, Chats, Facebook, Phone calls - nothing is getting me anywhere. Better Business Bureau here we come!

Lack of customer service - deliveries not made, calls not picked up, emails never answered

I ordered 6 candles on September 18th. The same day, I received an email that my "order is on the way". My Fedex tracking says that only the label has been printed. It is now October 6th. I've tried calling multiple times on different days but each time I sit on hold for over 20 minutes with nobody picking up. I sent an email after finally getting fed up with listening to the same stupid hold song each call that I make. It's been 4 days with no response to that email. I tried calling again today and I was on hold for 10 minutes before it sounded like someone picked up, but there was just silence on the other end. I'm certain they disconnected me. I called back again, and the exact same thing happened - it sounded like I got connected and then there was silence. What is happening over there? Why are you not delivering on time? Why is your customer service so bad?

WORST EVER COMPANY TO BUY FROM!!

I placed an order from Yankee Candle on 7/9 and on 7/15 I did a return as I did not need all the items purchased. I was given an email with instructions and had to pay the return shipping back to them. The return address was send to a PO Box. According to my tracking it was delivered on July 19. First phone which in fact was over 45 minutes only to find out that indeed the return address was a PO box and that it would take time for the warehouse to process. Then 2nd, 3rd, 4th and just today my 5th phone call trying to find out the status of my return. All I was told that it was still pending since they had yet to get info from their warehouse. I was even told today that a supervisor would be calling me back today. Well I told the rep that I did not believe I would be getting that call and boy was I correct on that. I was also told on phone call number 4 that it was not necessary to make anymore phone calls to their number. They would contact me through email. Well I've now responded to over 5 emails and have YET to get a response with this method of communication. This transactions is by far the WORST I've ever experienced in my lifetime. I told the rep that if I did not get that phone call from the supervisor, I would be taking measures to get my funds back and that social media would know about this company that does not do their jobs in customer satisfaction. I will never do business with this company and I hate that I can't get back my time spent dealing with this nonsense.AVIUDA

Website is misaleading during sales

Everytime there is a sale and I purchase candles on yankee candle website my order ends up getting canceled because " dont have it in stock". You should be updating your website more frequently its extremely missleading I purchased 5 items and EVERY SINGLE ITEM was CANCELLED once again!
