I canceled my membership last week on line and you company still charged me

Unclean facility

It is a really nice gym, but that facility is unclean at Coop City. They raised the price for monthly membership, but the quality of cleanliness has decreased. There are issues of no soap to wash hands, machines appears not clean, and floor looks unclean. Their competitors are looking really good right,

I’m on disability I didn’t order this

Im being billed for something I dont want and cant use. Im on disability! And elderly. Its very sad I cant reach a person to talk with!

I was charged 3x and no help. The policy is so *** because they charge damn near $100 buck and not even a month pass and they take $40 out again.

To Cancel My Training Session

I felt anxiety doing it when I know I can't afford at this time. Please cancel till later date. I will be back for personal trainer at a later date.

Difficulty in Canceling Membership

The actually require you to cancel membership in person or by mailing a certificate or registered letter. I dont even have a contract with them. Im on month to month.

Get my refund

The reason for my issues is because they come out with too many different rules during the days they stop 24 hours and some people can't come in A-day day at night you can't even bring a member and you paid for it I don't understand it no use of me using this company because I can't use my membership

Extremely bad Wi-Fi service

Nothing as changed , still extremely BAD Wi-Fi service... Still waiting 4 Wi-Fi company to come out and upgrade

Membership Cancellations

This company finds all possible ways to make sure customers don't have flexibility to cancel the membership at their own convenience. That being said - i. You have to go in person only to the location to cancel the membership ONLY weekdays from 9am to 6pm. This rule doesn't apply for sign-up's. You can purchase membership all days and throughout the day. (Smart, isn't it... ) it's just a greedy way to restrict customers from cancelling membership. I wish this company upgrades its operations by using today's technology and provides its valuable customers easy access for members to cancel memberships by logging into online account. Everything today is operated via online. I am never returning to this fitness centers...

No answer ever

I was denied entry to gym due to my choice in gender. The lady that turned me away told me that it was a private gym and I was not allowed to go in to use the facility at all. Then refused to let me cancel and i had just made a membership.

Not professional customer service, uncleanliness

It would be nice if person at XPort identify himself/herself and be courteous over the phone.. example : James at XPort how may I help you? Responses are to the point of the question asked instead of being sarcastic response! Often, only one paper towel bank in the womens locker room and often not available. Toilets are not functional for a long time Steam/saunas rooms to be cleaned weekly!

Spa always broken hydro massage!! In Lyons!!

The spa has been broken for two months in Lyons and Downers Grove!!! But Every Month they take my money and I cannot use the spa ! *** I called customer service many times the never fix anything!! Im pissed !!! Wtf get it together xsport!!
