Late delivery
I orderd from clincally order supposed to deliver by 3rd september but it is not deliverd and they said u can collect from hub ur one of the person told me to go to dugri hub but they said it is not there i wasted my time i specially went there to collect myself because it was important they guided me wrong so upset dont even solve my problems

Extremely Poor Services in Ghaziabad - Complaint for courier pick up boy Yaspal Singh 778488****
Dear Xpressbees, Please note that Xpressbees courier boys and the Sahibabad, Ghaziabad Officers are highly unprofessional and work as though they are doing a favor. Whenever one calls them, they will either not pick up the phone or they will block the number so that no one could call them. Also, the courier boys do not come to collect the courier. The courier boy (Yaspal Singh 77848 8****) is very rude in behaviour and does not turn up for courier collection. Also, he has blocked the number so that no one could establish the contact. This is a highly unprofessional attitude of Xpressbees for hiring such kind of courier boys, who do not do their job properly and are a setback to your organisation. I am extremely upset and embarrassed due to this. For information, Yaspal also mentioned that HE IS NOT AT ALL WORRIED LOSING HIS JOB. I sincerely hope that Xpressbees gets rid of this person and hires proper people. It is even more unfortunate that the seniors of Xpressbees, Sahibabad branch (names below), are also in hand and gloves with the delivery boy, and despite my raising an issue with them, they are still trying to safeguard the concerned : - Mr. Kabeer Singh 82874 2**** Mr. Yameen Siddiqui 97184 2**** Xpressbees Sahibabd, Ghaziabad location Look forward to Xpressbees strict action against the concerned. This company should be banned immediately after completion of all it's delivery.
This is really ridiculous to have such services active in the system. These courier services should be banned by GOI. A courier sent on 5th June 23 is nowhere in tracking & is showing in laying at Chennai as on 7th July 23. That's my "151414****09455" consignment number. You all can cross check it. I keep on writing email to get it deliver finally got to know that they don't have service access to the mentioned address of Hyderabad. Min 40 -50 ways I have tried out reaching them to get information of my send document but failed to get an answer in the specified time. Till date (7th July 23) the packet is in confusion mode, whether in Hyderabad or in Chennai Or in Bhubaneswar. I would request everyone to be very very careful.

This is worst service i came across . You guys took 9 days to deliver my package . Neither anyone respond on email or WhatsApp no. Worst and *** company . Never ever gonna recommend or work with you people. You are liers, fraud, *** very very disappointed and frustrated. I am an small buiseness owner i use many courier services but never ever in my life gonna work with you *** peoples. I am so angry so so so much frustrated deliver it me asap

My order not delivered
I have ordered 2 products from First cry and 26/5/2023 it was showing that it is out for delivery and after 3 hours it showed that could not deliver because of the security gate restriction and customer not contactable, but when asked the security guard he said that no 1 came to deliver your parcel and after calling the First cry company and xpress bees company so many times today 28/5/2023 it is showing that it will be delivered today but no 1 came again and on First cry they said that you will get contact of delivery agent through SMS and there is no sms.

Worst courier service ever..these ppl are continuously cheating.. The delivery agent is not contacting us and marking as we were not reachable through contact and we were not available on the given address. The status of the order shows as out for delivery at the end of the day they incorrectly mark as we were not available. If we call the delivery agent they are behaving rudely and using abusive language Customer support ppl are of no use.They just give fake promises that they will take action but they will never take any action after complaining from so many times shameless people
