ISSUES with Visa Credit Cards
They are a legit pharmacy but their order processing is a nightmare. Confirmation emails are never sent. And even if you receive one your credit card will NOT be charged. My complaint is the opposite of some here. They will NOT charge you and therefore shipment of product will never happen. I don't know why they don't accept orders by phone. If they remedied these issues they would rule the online pharmacy market absolutely. I've been trying to place an order for the last three weeks and it's impossible I am about to give up. Same thing happened to a friend. The customer service staff is friendly but they have a very thick accent which makes it hard to understand.

Good results but which XLPharmacy
I've never been scammed before now as i always bought off XLpharmacy ----But there are many xlpharmacys most are scammer its fining the right one as i lost all emails thanks to changing to windows 8 then up to 10. I think the genuine one is xlpharmacy.org but am too afraid to lose money again,. I this time purchased off trustpharmacy its a scam as there's no tracking no & no contact since paying them . why are there not more forums to to easyily tell of ones experience with scammers.have I got to my 100 words yet

Avoid this pharmacy are they are common scammers. Also, be alert for the name of Lorraine Hummock. First, they needed the Money Gram now for a tomorrow delivery. The following day they called to say they didn't have the quanitity I ordered so I needed to send more money....So of course I did not revieve my meds or money. XL Pharmacy VIP Transactions
I have been a customer for approx. 9 years and they have never failed to process my order correctly and I usually get the products before their estimated delivery time. I purchase medications to treat asthma such as Ventolin inhaler, Singular tablets and Advair when it is available. Their prices are great and as reasonable as paying my co pay here in the U.S. The ones who screw up are the U.S. Postal Service. Will continue to be their customer by failing to leave me notification that I have a package to pick up and then lying about it.

Stop Crying they are legit
I have dealt with the company since 2003 and he are legit, you people who have had bad experiences get a life, move on and stop crying goodness. They may call you after ordering and solicit business but I have never had an issue with an order not arriving or being what I ordered. When an order did not come they actually resent the order. I actually received two orders as a result. I think most of these complaints are from rival organizations so stop it every company will have complaints just re-order and stop complaining already. This pharmacy is a little slipshod but maintains an excellent product at a low price
This guy Roger Corrales is all about sour grapes with xlpharmacy. He used to work for them...had a falling out with them and is now trying to compete with them. All that's well then good...but try contacting him sometime. All he wants to know is where you get Viagra from presently and how much it costs. Then you never hear from him again. I've used xlpharmacy for several years buying Viagra. They don't seem to be as good now as they once were. They can be very hard to contact. They deposit your money well before the Viagra is shipped. You get a tracking # but for a week or more when you check the tracking you get NO RESULTS back...meaning they have no record of the package ever being shipped. Finally you call the toll free #. You may or may not speak to someone. It can have you pulling your hair out wondering if you just got ripped off or not. Finally, after app. 8-10 days your package has been shipped according to USPS tracking. I know this outfit like I know the back of my hand. You finally get your package...usually 3-4 weeks after they deposited your money into their account. It can be pretty frustrating. But in the end I have always gotten my Viagra. One time US Customs seized it and xlpharmacy made good on it and sent me another one at no cost. Any time something goes wrong and it's on their end they always give me either $25 or $50 off my next order. Anyway that's my experience with this company. I'll take them over this guy Roger any day of the week. He amounts to nothing more than a kiss and tell guy. Also to address the spam emails etc...so if you don't want spam emails or your phone # sold...go buy your Viagra at a US pharmacy for a cost $4050.00 for 90 100mg pills. So maybe a few spam emails aren't so bad after all eh? You can't have it all...anybody that has bought Viagra from xlpharmacy India knows that it works as good as Pfizer Viagra. Just as good every time. That's my take on this company after app. 6 years of steady buying from them.

XLPharmacy.com is badly maligned
XLPharmacy.com is very hard to reach, this I will agree. In fact they are almost impossible to do business with online because so many others are trying to break into their business. When you search XLPharmacy.com everything but that comes up. By the way I think Bing is horrible and directs you to whoever pays them the most. The best way to deal with XLPharmacy.com is call them at 1-86*-514-**** Monday to Friday. You will wait forever but eventually someone will answer and they only take Visa, not MasterCard. So, why go to all this trouble? I have been dealing with them for over 10 years. Their prices are the best, their quality has always been good and delivery reliable. I have tried other sites with very unsatisfactory results. They are worth the brain damage.

Poor service
I paid $25 extra for express shipping (10 day maximum) and tracking. My credit card was charged immediately, but it took 7 days for my order to appear on my account, another 3 to track it, and tracking said it was in India for 10 days. It has been 21 days since I placed my order and it is still not here. Their live chat was less than helpful and my three tickets were ignored. This is not what I have gotten from this company in the past. I am not expecting a refund due to my complaint but I will never use them again.

Paid with visa but didn't recieve order
I ordered $ 103.00 worth generic flomax on 1/26/15 and was debited on my card the same day. I have sent to complaint tickets [ which were never read ] and phone calls [ first call i was put on hold forever after that just keep getting thanks for your patience for forever. I do have an account and the tracking numbers are not good. My orders are from their sister site viptransactions.com when you google that it will send you to xlpharmacy.org. Sent them a message to refund and like i say i get nothing. They must block my number.

Very unprofessional customer service
I just ordered some drugs from xlpharmacy; they don't do PayPal and tell you if you use anything but Visa your shipment will be slower. After I clicked to send the order a page came up with order # and summary to print out, but before I could print it it went blank. I was informed on the order that someone from xl would definitely call me to confirm order, but this was not the case. So I called a help number at 7:45 p.m. and was put on hold with a very garbled static-filled repeating hold message that continued for a half hour, past the 8 pm cutoff for help, so I found a form I could fill out with space for my message, but when I pressed send, nothing happened. Now I have no way of knowing if the order was received by them and I have no record of the order or an order #.

Harassed Me For 6 Years And Continuing
I am double pissed. In 2007 I purchased from medicine from XL Canadian Pharmacy. It was OK. Since then I have been getting continuous phone calls from India and emails from people claiming to be tracking purchases I never made. The sender's name changes, so spam block does not work. I have protested on several occasions but these communications continue. I will not do business with them again; nor should you! Since then I have had many successful transactions on-line. We should all go on line and read the reviews about a company before we give them our money or personal information.

I cancelled order they billed credit card anyway
I made an order online it did not go through properly. I called company and cancelled the order. They then billed my credit card and sent nothing. When I called they denied they did it. They also sold my phone number to Indian *** that refuse to stop calling. Beware of this company. I get at least 7 phone calls a day from there Indian telemarketing *** calling themselves Canadian Pharmacy. I do not believe that company exists and they are scam artists trying to get credit card information beware of this company Their product was real but use another online pharmacy do not trust xl pharmacy

I used to work for XLPharmacy and they fired me just because i refused to call and sell something I knew wasnt in stock, the owner's name is AL (a canadian guy) and his right arm name is Allan (a costa rican guy that i know) they did not pay my benefits after they fired me and they still owe me money, i have no job. i know what they are doing now pure scam taking customers money and selling their personal information to third parties... i am able to provide all info needed in order for you (if you got scammed) to sue this company!! location, building number, car plate numbers, names, whatever you need, pictures of their faces... my email is rocorrales80 (at) yahoo (dot) com
