Low hanging cable wire from the street

They never called me back. Cable ripped antenna off my camper causing $1500 in damage. Was told i would be contacted in 24 hours. Cable has not been repaired

TRASH - They lie and steal money from you

Read your terms and conditions before you sign. I was called about "getting a new deal" because my contract was ending. I was told for the same price I was paying at that time I could get "a free camera" and a "free cable box." I told her I didn't want the cable box because we don't need cable. She insisted, claiming it was free so why wouldn't I take it. Total lie, as soon as my contract began I have been charged $30 more per month. I complained to customer service and they did not care at all. They told me it was my fault for signing and not reading the fine print and that I have the cheapest option for the full bundle. I said, I didn't want the bundle but was told it wouldn't increase my price so I should just take it. The response I got for this? "Oh well yeah, you signed." Like okay I was totally lied to. On top of that crap, good luck speaking to customer service. I want to cancel my service early, but I have questions. Will I be charged early termination? When would the service cut off? I need to make sure it's not too early because we work from home. We want our new internet set up before this is officially cancelled. I tried to find my contract in my account to view, and guess what, it's not there! Interesting isn't it. When I go into my documents portion there is nothing at all. I began chatting with the AI assistant and typed "chat with agent," after getting nowhere. It would say "I know you would like to speak with an agent but first what is this about?" and it gives you options to select or the option to type what you need. I tried typing my questions and it directed me to a webpage that had no info related to my questions. So I started again, typing "I have questions about cancelling and need to chat with agent," and got the same response as before asking me to tell them what it is about. This time I selected, "Account Info" (one of the options it provided), and the chat AI just started back at the beginning by showing me all options under Account Info. I would chat my question, and the process would start over again. Like okay, you still aren't helping at all. I could never get to a point where the AI would transfer me to an agent. I decided to call, and hey good luck finding a customer service number for them! I am on hold now with the number from this page (thank you). But the first number I found on their site was just as trash as their chat AI. The phone AI assistant literally hung up on me. Xfinity sucks. They are power hungry and manipulative, then make it very difficult for you to get ahold of customer service. Go elsewhere for internet!

Terrible customer service ….can not get a human.

Twice I tried to call customer service. First time to get instructions to activate my router. Kept getting message there is an outage in your area. We will notify you when it is fixed.After that they hung up ! Finally, I called the business number. Immediate response from a very helpful representative who said she had worked there several years. She indicated that many people complain about the customer service !! Today trying to activate our iPads. Worst instructions ever ! Will have to go to the store to complete. Ready to cancel and return to Verizon. At least they answered my phone calls. Maybe more expensive, but the lack of frustration in reaching then might be worth it.

Fraud

I went through 5-6 Xfinity Modems last year and discovered that all of them advised "unable to connect to the Internet or activate Server because you have a self assigned USB 2 device." I have over a year of 5 full bars of internet service for both the large cap and small cap Xfinity through my home. I've written letters with no response. Every time I call Xfinity Corporate, my calls are disconnected. I literally hear the "click" each time I am about to get through to someone at Tier 3 Security. Something is running through my home and is set to "automatically connect my home with all others in my home." I also show a CD Hotpot running. I was unable to log in or log out of the Xfinity Apps. I had fraudulent charges as well on my last bank account showing Comcast Boston, Comcast Philadelphia and Comcast New Hampshire. Last year, on 5/23/22, I'd gone into an Xfinity store in Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis and was given a sim with the # 508-827-**** and later discovered that Google advises this is a "known scammer number." My FB was hacked. Then my LinkedIn account was hacked. I'd noticed while connected to my Apple Account and Facebook locations of South Yarmouth, Hartford Connecticut and two addresses: 150 Worcester Road in Framingham MA 01702 (which is an Xfinity store location as well as 231 Worcester Road in Framingham MA 01701. Ironically, when I'd gone to map my location for driving directions last summer, it mapped my then location to the 150 Worcester Road in Framingham MA 01702 address while I was in Hyannis? Something has gone on with my home services and no one at Xfinity Corporate, Mobile or Comcast will address or resolve. I live in Brewster which is a "dead spot" in terms of Wifi. Ironically again, is that I have full 5 bars for the XFINITY and xfinity settings while I do not have a modem? All my neighbors in my building have the same connection address. The last Senior Tech Xfinity person who came out to my home said "wow, you have a great signal here" to which I said "no we don't as we are in Brewster." I've since discovered: I am part of a privately managed Remote Mobile Wifi. All of my modems were unable to connect to the Internet or Activate the server. Every single cell phone I've had defaults to "bluetooth and airpod" and the radio transmitter appears to be inhibiting my ability to get a cell phone with a secure connection. I am in Orleans MA at the moment and unable to input addresses where this occurred. The site itself is advising my location is North Attleboro which I also saw as connected to my home wifi all of last year?

Holy dissatisfaction with the service provided by Xfinity in relation to my Moto G Stylus 5G smartphone, which has malfunctioned after a month and a half of use. I believe that Xfinity's refusal to replace the phone, despite its clear malfunctioning, is both unreasonable and contrary to consumer protection laws in the United States.. I purchased the Moto G Stylus 5G smartphone from Xfinity with the expectation that it would function properly for its intended purpose as a phone. However, approximately a month and a half after purchase, the device started experiencing significant malfunctions that rendered it inoperable. As a result, the phone cannot perform its basic functions and has effectively become a paperweight. 1. Implied Warranty of Merchantability: Under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) adopted by most states, including the state in which I reside, there is an implied warranty of merchantability for all goods sold by merchants. This warranty guarantees that the goods are fit for their ordinary purpose, in this case, as a functioning smartphone. Given that the Moto G Stylus 5G smartphone has malfunctioned within a relatively short period after purchase, Xfinity is potentially in breach of this implied warranty. 2. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act: The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act is a federal law that governs consumer product warranties. This Act requires that written warranties on consumer products must be labeled as "full" or "limited." If a warranty is labeled as "full," it implies that the seller must provide remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund to the consumer if the product fails to meet the warranty terms. Xfinity's refusal to replace my malfunctioning phone may be inconsistent with the obligations imposed by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. 3. Unfair and Deceptive Practices: State consumer protection laws often prohibit unfair and deceptive practices by businesses. Xfinity's policy of charging customers for repairs or replacements for faulty devices, especially when the malfunction occurs shortly after the initial two-week window, may be considered an unfair and deceptive practice. It appears to be a way of unfairly shifting the cost of remedying a defective product onto the consumer, which may violate state consumer protection laws. In light of the aforementioned legal analysis, I respectfully request that Xfinity reconsider its refusal to replace my malfunctioning Moto G Stylus 5G smartphone and provide me with a replacement phone that functions properly. 'Rewards Program' is a SHAM

I received an email from XFinity stating that my rewards now included one of the streaming apps, 'Peacock' for a 2-year period, FREE. When I tried to access it, the links were all broken, so I contacted customer service through the 'chat' offered online. Apparently, the links for accessing Peacock were all wrong, (including the first one that the chat rep sent me)! I finally got online with the Pacock site. I was then required to create an account with Peacock using my XFinity identity. Then, (of COURSE!), was presented with a window to submit my credit card information. All this was done while the chat rep was online with me. I questioned the credit card app saying, "This is going to charge my card the $5.99/month for the streaming service! I don't want that; the email says it's FREE!!" He typed back, (THREE TIMES), "No, your card will definitely NOT be charged!" The next morning, I get a message from my bank that a charge appeared from Peacock for exactly $5.99! So, they LIED to me! It's not a lot of money, but by now, I have about 45 minutes invested in this. So, TODAY, I tried to contact XFinity and spent almost 40 minutes in 'Automated-Assistant Land' trying to get a human on the phone to talk to me. "Oh, there's a 'ticket' for the 'XFinity Rewards' team in your account log. They will call you to resolve it. " No, they WON'T!!! They will leave a voicemail saying, "sorry you missed our call..." BULLSH_T!!! My voicemail has five voicemails in it but my phone NEVER REGISTERED THE INCOMING CALL! Why? Because the number they call from is in the SCAM listing database, so my phone won't answer it! Comcast/XFinity has been a customer service train wreck from DAY ONE!!! The only reason I use them is because they are the ONLY providers of cable TV and our HOA has a contract with them, (which gives us a discount). [Cable vs. Satellite - Satellite from AT&T SUCKS! That's why I use Comcast for TV.] Virtually 100% of any requests that I have parsed with XFinity have been abysmal FAILURES! They could not move my service, they tried to charge me for an outside wire coupling defect that I have ZERO ACCESS TO, and they tried to fake an inside connection fault, (again, charging me $180.00 for a home location 'repair'). If I have EVER successfully resolved anything with this company, it has taken MONTHS to do so! To top it off, they have VERY FREQUENT OUTAGES on the cable/voice/data network. I have AT&T Internet services at my home as well. AT&T UPTIME status is 99.992% while Comcast is 96%, [last month it was down to 89%]. (I am technical, so I have systems and tools that monitor and analyze these metrics.)

I have been paying for internet service for years at one level of service and it turns out they have been only providing a level of service far below what I have been paying for. Then you can't figur

Xfinity has been charging me for one internet service plan and only providing me a service plan much slower service plan than, I was signed up for a Platinum plan. I pay my bill every month, to come to find out that the plan they were providing me is the internet pro plan. Though when you go to the Xfinity web page to see the upload and download speed for each plan they will not disclose that information. Internet providers are very shady, but Xfinity is the lowest of the low. They have been over charging for one service plan and providing me with half the service that I am paying for then it turns out the cables providing the service are not even capable of providing the the cheaper plan that i was not even signed up for. Xfinity is a very shady company to deal with. They always want to jack up you rates for no better service. Then when you call to try and get it straightened out, they send you through an automated system that doesn't even come close to solving your problem. Then when you finally get to speak to a real human, they have now clue as how to help you and they just say everything with the plan you paying is being provided, but want to charge you more for a plan you don't need and charge you an absurd rate for a service they can't even provide. Xfinity should be considered a criminal organization the way they over charge their customers and the services they provide being sub par. If I did anything remotely close to what Xfinity does, I would be fired on the spot. When another reputable internet provider provides a better service for half the cost of what Overpriced Xfinity charges. Thing long and hard before choosing Xfinity as your internet provider.

Xfinity Will Not Offer Promotion After Contract Ends

My 2-year contract ended in early June and I tried since March to get a reduction from the $30 monthly increase when my contract ended. I visited their store hoping that a human would help me and requested a rate reduction. They only offered me a reduction if I agreed to lower my service plan. They also suggested I apply (I am ineligible) for the federal cable assistance program in the amount of $30. After unsuccessfully receiving no reduction in my bill for 4 months, I signed up with another provider.

My reimbursement

For the last past 6 months Xfinity has been charging me for accounts for different subscriptions for Disney including with Hulu I called Disney today customer service those accounts or deactivated we're never activated they never received any payments all day today I've been trying to get a hold of Xfinity and they just gave me the rental instead they took all the money in the last past six months and then played it for the bill which I shouldn't have been charged $168 but when I looked at all my bills payments and I added up all the overchargements it came out to $289 and they only gave me a credit of $168 and they applied the credit towards $160 Bill mind you my bill was only $30 prior to all this what makes me more upset is that I spoke with the representative from Disney customer service and they specifically told me that my accounts were never activated they're disabled they never received any payments and hey give me friendly advice and for me to cut all my services with Xfinity I tried to work with Xfinity but they have been giving me the runaround and doing what they want to do and they're supposed to be providing excellent customer service I have all the documentations it's in my bills to prove what I'm saying is right and when I asked the agent from Xfinity to contact Disney so then they could communicate the information she said oh no we do not communicate whatsoever with Disney or any other I can't think of the word but anyways she said that on communicate at all so I don't understand why Xfinity is Contracting with the third party with all these other apps and subscriptions they don't want to communicate with them but yet they've been billing me for the last past 6 months and just keeping my money and not sending it to Disney and I keep calling and I'm still trying to call at this moment because I want my reimbursement and I never ever I'm not the type of person I don't look at my bills I get I get paperless song on my phone I just pay my bills but since January my bill has been rocking High $140 160 *** *80 when in the beginning my bill was only it was under $40 $30 was my bill I'm getting overly charged for all these services that I am not requesting that are not activated or an account that's currently active and the third party Disney has not received any payments so I don't want to reimbursement in my account I want to reimbursement and my debit card because that money came out of my pocket it's not like I owe that money that they can to give to to put credit towards my bill because if they would never made that mistake or they would communicate with Disney and know what accounts are activated or deactivated then I wouldn't have been overly charged! Screwing me over and making it seem like they're doing all this to help me out and make me feel better or we're going to give you a credit for this number oh you're going to see it on your next bill well I just pulled out all my bills and compare them and yeah they said that it's going to reflect on the next bill will sure reflected but not in his credit every *** it as I ended up paying it

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Called the executive department directly and was able to get my refund processed and promised to my debit card.

Xfinity has ruined my ability to trust or gain my reassurance in their customer service and professionalism. After accidentally over paying $380 I was lead on for over a week in regards to the fact that I would receive a payment to my debit card since I close my checking account simply to move to another bank after paying XFINITY did not wanna work with me and is sending me back a check Im not even reprimanding or doing anything about the representatives totaling three of them that lead me on and gave me a bunch of *** in regards to the fact that my refund was processing to my card. This company put me in a corner for no reason and I am a new client of theres less than two months old.

I called customer service at least 40 times. I have also been chatting with Xfinity Mobile customer service is never helpful. Each time I call, I get conflicting stories. 1). I was told I would get a free phone if I signed up for unlimited cell phone service with Xfinity Mobile. The other person said no. I decided to cancel my order and services on May 8, 2023, since they were telling me two different stories. I told them not to send me a new phone and to cancel my order the same day. They decided to send me two of the same phones. They charged me $66.99 and $42.00 in my bank account, and they were preparing to charge me around $25.00 for each phone. 2). When I called customer service to get the two labels to return two phones, he disconnected my cell phone service on my iPhone and transferred my number to the new phone that I asked to cancel. This was on May 11, 2023. That night I chatted with Xfinity Mobile Service, trying to cancel the service on the phone I was returning and get labels to return the phone. I got disconnected twice. The last person trying to sell me a new service. I did not get the labels or cancel my service. The next day, I called Xfinity Mobile one more time to cancel my service with Xfinity. I no longer wanted mobile service with Xfinity, ever! I have FexEx receipts that say two cell phones have been delivered to Xfinity Mobile. I also got an email confirmation from Xfinity Mobile saying that they received the cell phones in new condition. I never open the boxes that the phone came in. Now I got an email on May 22, 2023, from Xfinity saying that I did not return the phones. I won't be getting the refund.

Promises made not keep

My name is Katherine Olivo. Ive spent several hours between being in the store, speaking to people online another word instant messaging also speaking over the phone. I put hours into it to getting help. My iPh. I had an iPhone 13 the first person I spoke to said dont worry just let me know what store you going to go to will take care of this Sounds great so I go there theres no problems exact the amount I owed for the you have to pay some kind of deposit when they were placing your phone on so it was like 70 something dollars I had paid half and he was nice blue not as the first time visit was great and gave me a phone Tuesday the next day I said Ill be back in to pay the rest which I was and Im less than 24 hours later I was had to return the phone and pick up the phone I was promised by two people at this point so the phone that was given to me to use is not one that I picked out to use. They told me was temporary and it was even listed as a temporary phone when I went the second time to pick up the phone not only to tell me that I needed to pay him another $70 and he will give me the phone Then he told me sorry but you bought that phone and this phone I dont know its an iPhone, third generation or something its a lot different to use than the one I was used to, and took forever to pay off, this was reported to the police in Weymouth, Massachusetts . I had a flying on a very easy road and cars coming from every which way I wasnt worried about which way my phone went at that time but when I went to look for it because after I got a grip, I was in a lot of pain because I have did sprained my ankle on my wrist , but that is irrelevant to the story honestly. I just kept ringing I had someone calling it just kept ringing couldnt find it for some reason it wasnt showing up on the Apple binder but when older older Apple phones I had did pop up I dont know if they said I didnt have some kind of button to show where my phone was on but that wasnt gonna be a problem I was going to get the same phone And no big deal OK so now I go back to store. I told you that guy not only was he so rude he actually I mean the way he treated me he treated me like that in front of a bunch of people I couldnt come up with my iPad and Apple ID fast enough. Well if you dont have that after like maybe five seconds, hes like I cant help you sorry it was like he was trying to find a rich way where I would owe more money that I had to pay for this nobody had ever mentioned any of that to me when I had spoken to Customer service , OK I told him listen the reason why I need the bone and theres a serious situation. Im in the middle of waiting to hear from lawyers due to a trial that I have to be at and its a situation. I dont wish on anybody but I have to face the man who brutally murdered my 21 year old daughter so its very important that I can keep the same number and I just bought the same phone that I paid for insurance and everything and they just told me no problem and then they said they had it on order and they would have it sent next day air And not everything changed and I was on and I couldnt for whatever reason and then OK yeah I will order one but then youre gonna have to pay a little bit a month but will make sure that you dont have it will take care of it this month so that way Ill do everything youve been through the money you paid And they never paid you back and youre using a phone you didnt even pick out were gonna make sure that we take care of your bill and will set up a phone to set out to you now this order has been pending and when I look at my phone its for the same phone they already gave me at five for the 13 that I went through and went and spent time going, you know through the phone with some guy one of your representatives . I had spoken to so many representatives and less protestant way. I believe it was Saturday, Friday or Saturday where I lost the ability to use my phone entirely because they were trying to port the number over and they locked my Sim card. I live alone Im disabled I mean I am not super old but the loss of my daughter I have PTSD and lets just put it this way. I took everything I had because I was treated so horribly in that store , the customer service they were a lot nicer over the phone except I was hung up. I was hung up on twice by two different people and I did say to them listen Im frustrated but I know youre trying to do your job I was never me not even to the person in the store I try to remain respectful towards everybody in route and I reminded them they really should go by their word, because I am not only been told Im only one person and I pay the money I know for the phone I didnt even choose like I dont understand what what happened here I want to buy spent hours hours on the phone and in that store I dont buy couldnt even go on App Store again I was chilling modified, and I was trying to just maintain and his humility I had left. if you want to know how I felt I was here like by couple of different wraps one was from the store and one was a customer service helpline almost as if I was stealing like I was trying to do something illegal and I didnt appreciate that until they realize that I wasnt there. You know one of them did change him was a little bit nicer, but I had never been treated like that Now Ive been so happy I have your Internet service. Im getting ready to move into a different apartment soon and I wanted to add cable and Im new to Massachusetts so this service is new to me but I heard so many good things about it and Ive had nothing not nothing since I changed my phone nothing but problems and all Im saying as you cannot say one thing to somebody and then tell them theres an order in and theyre going to send it overnight to sorry thats the other phone you have is what you end up with , I hope somebody here that reads this message can help me in this matter because I spent so much time I have less than three weeks to move and I spent days trying to figure out this phone situation and lost a lot of time packing and due to the stress like I lost sleep and that is affecting my performance on my schedule and what I need to get done This whole thing has been utterly disturbing to say the least. Please let me know there was some custom representatives that really did try to do the best they could but they need that I didnt have the ability to help but they tried their best and I appreciate them for that but as far as being told things that never happened and then I pay money for it and end up with a phone, that is nothing to what Im used to and I paid so much for I mean, you cant say yes and then no thats a horrible practice so I hope somebody that does read this can help me in this matter. Thank you very much. Also, I want to make no I dont know whats going on in the system at one point they had me as having one phone two phones and they were sending me a third phone. I have a one line and its supposed to be for an iPhone 13 but I dont have any marks its got stolen and Id like the company to standby that word I mean they had sent me to the store to go get the phone and I look like an idiot, but I wasnt that woman spot. I lost my phone. They told me get a replacement when they said after three people said yes then I said OK well Ill trade in something for a new one and Ill just pay them off because I was released that phone and they were supposed to send that one out. I still havent gotten it so now I have to make like at least the 10th phone call Im not exaggerating Ive spoken to several people been to the store twice and spent about four or five hours in the store just at South and thats not including Im not including talk time on the phone or chat on the Internet I had Customer service buy chat twice. Yet they keep telling me OK Im gonna send this phone to you and they have me charged. They had the phone they going to send the same phone that I never picked. They have me down for three lines when I only have one they were supposed to correct that and they still havent even done that.

Constant internet outages, crap customer service, lies

Comcast/Xfinity, This may be the worst company in the country, from the customer service to the store employee's to the actual service they are supposed to provide. They have a monopoly on the market in my area and something has to be done about it. I work from home like many others do, we depend on a reliable internet, doom on you if you are stuck with Xfinity/Comcast. My internet has been down every morning this week from around 8am to noon or so. No warning, no nothing just in the middle of working and bam cut-off. Try to contact customer support and guess what? You cannot talk or chat with anyone until service is restored which leads me to believe they knew it was going down, took it down and disabled customer service so you could not complain or ask any questions about the service. In other words they are saying, we know our service sucks soo bad that we have implimented a plan for the constant outages. I will attach a screenshot of the message. I click on the request a credit for outage button, put in the dates of the outages and guess what? You're not eligible for a credit. what?!?! What qualifies you as eligible? I guess the button looks good like they actually care that ther people working from home are losing money while they rake in billions. Billions you say? Yes in 2021/22 Comcast was worth 155.57 billion. But screw the little guy, we'll throw a fake button up and act like we care. We live in southern Florida and went through hurricane Ian (one of the worst cat 4's) we lost power and internet (obviously right?) for weeks. Comcast was putting out all these ads saying how they are here to help their customers, comcast cares blah blah blah. I happen to have my internet and cell phone service all bundled through comcast/xfinity. I'm thinking hey I can just hotspot my phone and connect to it so I can keep working. So I do and soon after I start to run out of data, I think to myself hey, comcast/xfinity is here to help their customers I bet they'll give me extra data to get me through this until we get service restored. Well think again, I asked 3 different times and they said sorry, we don't do that but hey we will help you and give you a credit on your bill. Ok cool, they're gonna give me a free month or something off my 200+$ bill. Nope, 10$... 10$!! what am I supposed to do with 10$? lol. I ended up having to drive to Miami and rent a hotel room so I could use their wifi and work from my hotel room. they care they helped hurricane Ian victims, HA! PR bull$%^& is all that was. I have a friend who is a linemen/cable guy that works for a company that works for comcast, during the hurricane there were an abundance of lines that needed restored as you can imagine. I see on the news there are all these linemen crews from out of state here to help. Then why is it taking months to get our service back up everywhere? Well my friend tells me it's only their company and 1 or 2 others working for comcast because they refused to pay the other companies/linemen/cable people a legitimate price... A 155 Billion dollar company who is here for hurricane victims and dedicated to getting service back up refuses to pay the guys here from out of state. The store near my house is in complete disarray, you walk in and always see an angry customer shouting at an employee. So I go in to get a new phone cause my 5year old phone wore out. I pick it out and they take it over to the cell phone guy to put a sim card in it. You know that little hole you have to stick a wire in to get the sim card to pop out? Well guess what else looks just like that hole? The microphone! You guessed it, the guys starts sticking the wire into the mic hole, I tell him, hey wrong hole! (wonder if this is a common problem for him). Well they tell me the mic is fine, won't exchange it for a new one and just say if it doesn't work bring it back... Another time my bill goes up out of the blue, I ask why, they tell me because that was a new customer promo and it expired (so essentially you get punished for being a loyal customer, but hey who else are you gonna use?). I am told by an employee, yeah it's BS but you can cancel your account bring all your equipment down here and then restart your service to get the promo price back. How does this logic in a company stay in business? Simple, they have a monopoly on the market. I could go on and on but you get the point, we need a better choice, this is in my opinion an evil corparation who holds money above all else and could care less about their customers.

More than 40 hours calling, chat box explaining, telling my issue over and over and over. The issue in the beginning of my nightmare was and continues to be so simple, yet I have actually needed to take nitro as a direct result caused by this. The punishment this dishes out to me has actually created immense stress and constant worrying raising my blood pressure resulting in chest pains. Can you actually believe that a simple request, has now led to symptoms and the possibility of a more severe cardiac event if it continues? Well believe it or not, because for me this is the honest truth. I swear to you this is the tiny non challenging request that now has multiplied into a series of inquiries hoping to correct a simple non challenging billing error, now affecting the health of a customer and creating homelessness and risks to health and safety. Soon if I cant get the tiny issue corrected its definite I will lose the ability to place much needed phone calls. No calls to medical services or anyone at all is imminent if its not corrected. This horror film xfinity cast me in has even kept from being able to get medicines for cardiac issues. Xfinity has also through a serious of improper and unfair decisions, some decisions are allegedly of many recorded statement I made and gave approval to take money for. Really, backed by undeniable claims I gave approval says the rep of a criminal enterprise. I listened over and over to my recordings. Appears as they transfer you to more and more operators that allows a bit of miscommunication to become a tool they now use to dishonestly steal your money and get away with it. Ive listened to agents arrogant attempt trying to convince me I said one thing and agreed to what they claim. They dont care if I accept what they claim these recorded calls have me saying. I have always said to them on all of these phone calls Ive Made to them, the one request and the desire to resolve the issue that isnt correct in the billing. Ive been accused of this or I supposedly said that is the tone of every call and Im spoken to and made to feel inferior and stupid and like Ive been a liar and cheat. Xfinity has now taken from me the ability to pay my rent and my electricity bill. 100% the fault of Xfinity nothing or no one else is to blame XFINITY IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for a harmful fraud causing harm to me 100% All xfinity and the money isnt theirs. After being assured days ago in the last call Ive made to the corrupt organization, my account was said to be corrected. I know now that claim was a complete lie which now has led to a fraud and the theft of money from my bank account. A billing error or fraudulent business practices you might ask. When customer service more than three times, as other previous calls the same claims were too the claim by the employee for xfinity. Several employees from several calls assured a frantic person with a chronic illness that only $9 and change is the AUTO DEBITED amount that will be taken from his account, he expected to have only that amount missing. Instead that frantic, sick trusting customer has been stolen from as $152 and change is not available for his rent and electricity and dont leave out the unavailable copays needed to get heart medication at the pharmacy. I am just a nobody but from the laws I have been reading and researching, and from the opinion of a very seasoned Law Professor at a Prestigious university. I believe this can be argued as CRIME and can be proven in the courts within the United States. Its not difficult to consider it a fraud given the actions and the systematic false statements which become part of the immense evidence one could provide courts to prove a criminal intent exists in the corrupt mechanism increase billing and victimize consumers. The lies and threats are a definite factor you will experience while transferring you to other people and managers etc, leave you unable to get anything at all done. One says lets try this in the computer then your transferred and the next days oh Ill try this or this is what is wrong. Over and over and over..,. But wait theres more, because I have a chronic heart condition due to several cardiac diagnoses and My normal capacity to move or walk and breathe along with other normal functions is heavily limited because My damaged heart muscle is unable pump blood out into my body at the volume most others take for granted and knowing that this limits the oxygen level in my body causing constant extreme fatigue among many other symptoms and system failures and challenges I face every moment..... that was a mouthful. Now tell me cause I need to know. How much more fight and how many calls and lies and transfers to another voice on the phone do I need Xfinity to get the honest, true, deserved problem resolved? Now its problems xfinity its PLURAL. xfinity has caused and is causing and will continue to cause more horror in my life. You may just ask how Xfinity and my illness have anything to do with one another. This is how Xfinity has, and continues to, harmfully affect my health, my finances and my life. Each hit I take I suffer the fallout and the trail of devastation that keeps coming. I cant get my medications as a DIRECT RESULT created by the life altering decisions and the punishing roller coaster of game playing, manipulating and degrading never ending battles, which I unwittingly became a victim to the moment Xfinity took control and decided to grossly defraud me causing harm in many ways. Im overly burdened and Im forced to deal with life altering changes from the fallout that a minuscule change in a bill and address has. All this because I moved and I simply wanted to keep my service and payment the same. One of the biggest blasts from the Xfinity assaults is that Now im unable to get medications and soon I wont even be able to make phone calls to medical services or anyone for that matter at all. Ill break it down because its beyond complicated what I needed. I was an Xfinity victim or customer in November 2019 and I was moving to an address different from the address I was currently living at. This address I was living at then had Xfinity service. But Now, oh no how dare I want this. I wanted to transfer my exact service to the new address keeping the bill the same and I even had the equipment because I took it like one of the Xfinity phone mobsters told me to. Its very complex I know so pay attention because it gets very complicated from here on. For my income and health issues etc. their is a wonderful service called Internet Essentials. This is a service offered by xfinity which is a group of people that are easily gonna fAll prey to the phone operating mobsters and predators employed by the corrupt crime organization xfinity. Internet Essentials is if it was truly available as they claim a wonderful option and Im blessed that I can afford the $9 and change to have a service which has such a huge impact in my life and its an immense asset thats extremely of high value to me. Shopping for food, transportation to doctors, pharmacy calls, banking, online Dr Visits, health tracking, live health alerts, television, Achieving my Masters degree, monitoring costs of merchandise, rewards and the reward apps, coupon savings, investing, crypto mining, trading and so much more. These are just a few of the many things i do that I wouldnt be able to do without an Internet connection. Heres the tricky part so pay attention please. 9$ and change from address A for Internet Essentials, now needs to be $9 and change for Internet Essentials at address B. I have been explaining my needs and hoping Ill be getting the account corrected for so long. The last month and a half of my life, while as a chronic illness overwhelms my world, the last and final 2+ hours on the phone with Xfinity I believed was at hand. Of course I suffered several operators and 5 transfers and never mind waiting endlessly between it all and explaining it again and again. ITS A MIRACLE PRAISE IT ALL the agent assured me its finally the corrected result and Im gonna be billed the way I should be billed. I must ignore my embarrassment and admit this to you all. This was so overwhelming in a way I cant explain that when the person on Xfinitys payroll said several times it was now fixed... I actually teared up and started shaking as the possibility of relief seemed here and present. Just knowing that the stress was over and I wouldnt have to continue the battle anymore quickly got to my emotions. STUPID EASILY MANIPULATED MARTY.... THEY ARE CROOKED LIARS because The following day for lunch my bank account was hit hard... $152 and for the dessert I was served not one but two $4.86 and 4.86 charges. I need to have it fixed and I honestly am unable to physically fight anymore and clearly I am incompetent to speak or be understood it seems. I just dont know what to do honestly and its immoral whats happened to me. I dont have it in me to call customer service or mobile chat anymore. I cant pay my rent, my power bill is also a NOPE. When my chest is carved open and the surgeon decides if a replacement heart or an internal defibrillator is a possibility to allow my life to continue.. I dont want the damage xfinity has caused me to be the straw that broke the failing hearts back. Id enjoy a hardcore investigation reaching global proportions where it ends with the complete depletion of any and all resources of any kind owned by anyone profiting anything in any way or form from xfinity. I would be pleased to see these people be forced to endure the abuses dispensed by another predator which robs and bullys innocent people like I have been.
