I have a notice on my phone that says. Fail to update. Cold1001.

The number they gave me to call is A. Wrong number 206 339 * * * *. I am still receiving a error code that says 1 0 0 1. Fail to update.

Product defect

With Wyze, you can't ever get to talk to someone. Web site is a revolving door. Establish a real customer service number.

Wyze Light Bulb Keeps Losing Wifi Connection

Wyze's support model is built upon never speaking with a customer directly. I send a problem log to Wyze and they told me not to expect a response via email or by phone. So how are they going to close the loop on my support ticket? I gues they will telephathically resolve the issue. How aweful.Dont buy their product(s)

Technical support

I was having trouble with camara set up at a new location. The process seems unecessarly challenging, yet they did walk me through it and I was able to set up the camera. (Also, I got stuck in a default menu option for software/service upgrades that I have to figure out how to do a work around to get out of myself. I hope that they realize that if they try so hard to upsell that we cannot get assistance and use the product reliably, they may lose a customer.)

Everything works.

Original door camera was not accepting QR code. Called Wyze Customer Service and was very helpful with trouble shooting the issue. Offered a E-Gift card as the unit was not able to get the new version firmware update. The next day, i called back to follow up and asked for a replacement unit instead of the E-Gift card to repurchase on their web store. A replacement door camera was shipped and was received within 48 hours. Great customer service WYZE. !!! New camera was simple and straight forward to install on the existing 2 wire old chime box. The views are crystal clear HD video quality.

Absolutely awful customer "service"

I have never had so much trouble trying to give a company money! I called simply to have my card run for my service plan. My card was locked when it was initially run & I wanted to make sure I had it open to run it. The girl I spoke to was condescending to say the least and obviously quoting a response card. I told her repeatedly that I didn't have access to my email and I needed to speak with someone. She kept repeating that they were going to email me. When I asked for a supervisor she argued with me, put me on "hold" and hung up. I'm very seriously considering going back to ring after all of this

Refund

Wyze camera do not give refunds. Wyze camera malfunctioned on me and stopped working 2 weeks after i opened it may 12, 2023. June 11th,2023 i purchased the service for visual coverage for the camera on google play. Mind you i purchased the camera last year on Amazon. They gave me a refund immediately. Talked to wyze camera company. I will be putting a review on Google as well

Charged for something inshould nt have been

I was charged twice but did very happily and very quickly getting my money back I would highly recommend this anybody

Have has a Cam Panv3 for 6 days and have had the event recording quit daily and needed to restart. Wyze Chat has a canned menu that didn't adequately address my problem.y

I have a trial subscription for Cam Plus, and apparently there's a bug. I started this 6 days ago and event recording had stopped every day and needs to be restarted. This means I can't rely on this product to perform if I'm away from home. Support help calls go to the Philippines and while they are polite they are not of technical help. I have a promise that tech help will contact me. If I get satisfaction, I will gladly update this information.

I need customer service

I received an email announcing a "3rd Anniversary Sale" for "Cam Plus" customers (I am one). I saw $25 off on "WYZE BUDS," and wondered if that was also for "WYZE BUDS PRO." Answer: "NO." "Glen" was helpful, but I think WYZE should be more specific in their ad. They lost business because of the, "NO DISCOUNT" on WYZE Buds Pro for so-called, "valued" customers like me. Too bad...guess I'm not that valuable after-all...???L

4 out of my 6 Cam Plus Subscription has been deleted

I am calling to ask for help because 4 of my 6 cameras has lost Cam Plus Subscription, Customer Service can not help me, put me on hold for 2 to 3 minutes to speak to a support team member, she returned to my call and said that someone will follow up with me via email and hung up the phone, Horrible !!!

My Wi-Fi is working perfectly fine on my other device but it’s keep going on and off every time

And Im trying to get costumer service. They said their business hours is 5:30 am till 7 pm and Im calling them cant even reach. Ill return it back to the store and get my money back

Overbilling

Ive tried to reach you by phone and it keeps saying its the wrong number when I am just hitting the two numbers that you have on your site. In addition, I tried to fill at the site and send it and it will not take my information. When I put in a number it says I havent put in a number.

Billing

You have a great product easy to use works like it's dream it's awesome the only thing I have a problem with which kind of confused me is you took money out of my account without my permission unless I sign something I didn't know about I guess my annual payments come out automatically I don't know I would like to decide that myself however it worked out just fine this time oh and I love the pissed customer thing that is awesome

Doesn't configure at all

Adds over and over during set up and then it doesn't configure and throws you all the way back to the beginning and all the adds start again #$@!*##!!! Customer service is non existent !

Cameras are not recording

I have a camera sitting right in front of my house and it was a car parked on the wrong side of the street for a day. This morning the car was gone and the camera didnt catch none of it I have nothing for the police department if they needed it
