Questions about my warranty
No answer and no call back. So far, not impressed at all with the customer service here. When you need help with a warranty, it's not something that can be pushed off and sadly I'm left with no help.

Discontinued business' with no explanation
We have used this company many times for our customers. A particular customer came in twice in a month, they said they are no longer doing business with us. I ask for an explanation, something we may have done, Nothing, no explanation, no customer service, no management to help us fix this. We had to send a sad customer down the road with no other business in this area willing to work with warranty companies. Shame on you. *** poor customer service and business.

Why are we black listed?
They informed us were are "black listed". I talked to many people at the company just trying to figure out why and no one had any reason, I feel we should at least have reasoning for this decision. The customer will be at loss because no one around here wants to deal with warranties. I give one star due to awful customer service, I have to call and sit on the phone for hours to get answers and then this. Very disappointed

Hung up on me and I wasn't able to speak with a supervisor or manager and I'm the paying customer and I was tired that an adjuster has to be sent out to the dealer for the third time and it's been over 2 weeks

Horrible ! Horrible contract service plan whatever everything about this company is horrible. Do not waste your hard earned money on this service plan they will give you the run around and not respect your time.

I purchased the premium warranty plan my clutch went Out 3 days later and they said that it didn't cover that when the brochure clearly says that they do.

To warn people not to rely on this company like I did.
I was sold this warranty from the Auto Dealer and was told it was no deducible and covered everything except routine maintence. Now my engine is bad. Took to 3 different mechanics who all said it has to be replaced. The warranty will not consider covering unless I pay for the mechanic to take apart the old engine, which in labor would be an additional $2,000-$3,000 in Labor. I already paid $2,200 up front to order the new engine, and now owe the additional $2,500 in labor.I certainly can not afford to pay another $2,000-$3,000 on top of that, just so they can send someone to consider paying the claim. Who would risk paying for this outragous demand with no promise the claim will be paid? People will not risk losing another $2,000-$3,000. They are preying on the people who need the most help with repairs. That is the whole purpose of paying for a warranty! The mechanic offered for them to come look at the engine, but they declined unless it is taken apart for them at my expense. Now I can't afford to go see my Grandchildren for Thanksgiving. I hope whoever owns this company is happy with what they are doing to people like me.

Denied our first claim on a unsafe vehicle
Bought a 12 Wrangler had shakes check engine lights uncontrollable braking performance. After months of trying to get to the bottom we got a loaner and a appointment at our Jeep dealership. After all Wynns denied repair at first independent shop . Jeep dealer calls Wynns and told by Wynns because a brake line collapsed I was liable for all repairs. Now this vehicle and contract were current at the time of putting a unsafe vehicle in the shop per Jeep work needed to be done to get to the problem. When Wynns again denied the claim I became outraged and told them to cancel my contract. Of course they did on mine lol.. All I ask is that Wynns honor the needed repairs and I'll move on. Credit Acceptance isn't helping either. Run fast run far from this company.

We are a repair shop and I can tell you this is the worst warranty company we have ever dealt with. They have us tear them down, they send an inspector and then deny the claim. Every time.
We are instructed to completely tear the car down to expose the problem (head gaskets, crank bearings ect) at customers expense. Wynn's sends and inspector who confirms the problme, then Wynn's finds a reason to deny the claim. Customer is stuck with a disassembled car and we're stuck with a bill no one will pay.
