CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I made reservations for La Quinta under my name. Wyndham Hotel Trinidad said they would e-mail me application for Rewards acct because I use Hotels.com. Never happened. I called in and set on hold forever. Finally, someone who didn't speak very good English said he found my account and was going to change it to my husband's name. I have applied since to get that stay under my Rewards points. Now they say (again, can't understand them), I can't get them because the stay is under my name and the Points are under my husband's name and they can't change it (well the guy before them did!) She was adding my e-mail address and I can't use the same one for my husband. I'm going back to HOTELS.com.

SO FRUSTRATED

Reservations disappointed in room. 80954EE008743. Also 80840ER020947 need to cancel. Also cancel Reward card. I've traveled here from San Diego been on the road for 10 hours

Service

Checked in twice due to key lock. Finally got to my room . No towels was clothes or cups. No one will answer the front desk. The place is pathetic! And im a rewards customer. Someone needs to call me. Or Ill call 911.

Buyer Beware. We paid the money for a stay in Nashville last week (June 2023) but due to an emergency situation, my Significant Other had emergency surgery and was hospitalized for 11 days, we werent able to go. Being away from home, I called Wyndham Rewards several times to let them know about the problem a week in advance. They kept switching me to Club Wyndham where I could not get a live person to answer the phone, and my voicemail wasnt answered. After we returned home, I called reservations (the people who switch you) and finally got a live person. Thats when I was told I was a no show for the presentation and there would not be any refund, regardless of the reason. I offered to send medical documentation but they dont want it. All I wanted was to change the dates to a future date. I was told I would have to purchase another weekend. I dont think so especially since they are so hard to reach and wont make an exception due to a major medical condition. So Buyer Beware. I wont use them again!

We not give me points back when I cancelled

I made a reservation and had to cancel the day before, plenty of time. I had to cancel due to an emergency, they will not give me my points backs. Its not like I didnt call or called at last minute.

I am missing some points that were deducted and I ended up having to cancel my reservation

Well customer service wasnt very good. I got transferred back to the automated system more times than I can count and nobody seems to know what was going on with my situation. Im still missing 3000 points.

Imposible

I can't get because I don't know my username. After an hour trying to work with them this morning and 20 min. Yesterday I gave up. All they want to do is send a password reset that does nothing for the username. I quit using their hotels about 10 years ago over the same problem. They are almost impossible to work with. So maybe in 10 more years they'll get the message. Choice rewards, Holiday Inn, Hotels.com, booking.com all remember me and are helpful. Avoid the tension and brain aneurysm they will give you. Avoid Wyndham Rewards.

Missing Wyndham Rewards points

I have had two stays at Club Wyndham Cypress Palms Nov/Dec22 and Jan/Feb23 (3 weeks total) - happy with the stays however I have have been unable to get the Rewards Points offered for those stays. Several calls and emails and submitting for missing points to customer service - transferred around 4+ times with no resolution and the last transfer was a dump to a survey - unacceptable. They attributed the confusion to being a big company and it being different brands within the company but that to me is a company issue and should not be a customer issue. I placed the reservation through the link on the Wyndham site and the confirmation even says earn Wyndham rewards for your stay. Sounded good except still have been unable to get Wyndham rewards points for our stay. Finally got an email that said they were looking into it but very specific rules for earning - turn around 3 times and jump up and down only on the third Tuesday with a full moon - ridiculous. We travel a lot for work and have lots of other choices with Marriott, IHG, etc in the Orlando area. We enjoyed our stay but if we cant earn rewards and dont get resolution we will be looking at other long term stay options.
