Customer Service

Worst company/product and customer service ever!!! It has been over a month of emails to receive a replacement camera. 1 month after receiving my camera the LCD screen stopped showing the camera feed, after a month of emails with support asking if the issue could be fixed before my trip they asked me to send the camera to China to be replaced via my shipping cost ( implying that the camera would be sent back before the 15th of July) After 10 emails they finally replied asking for the same details we have discussed 100 times in the previous month's emails. Finally, after a further 4-6 emails they said they will send a replacement camera via a new website with a discount code stating it will take 25-52 day to deliver! I responded a week ago and still have no reply?

Wish to buy Wu-Yi Source tea

I was trying to buy some Wu-Yi source tea and no one answered the phone. It’s sad, because my husband bought this tea a long time ago, and he has been looking for it at local retailers for years. Did they just wipe away from the face of the earth? Too bad..... this would have been great tea to add to our other teas.

How Dishonest and Unresponsible the Wuyi Source company truely is!!!!!!!Please don't buy this produc

Hi I ordered just the tea and the WuYi Source people out of Pickering, Ontario sent me some diet pills too. They did this three months in a row even though I declined, and sent them back their product. They owe me three months at $87.62 dollars per month credit back on my credit card. They stated that they would credit my credit card or send me a valid credit voucher, they have done neither even though I have continued to pursue them for the past 14 months!! They are theives, Beware All Brenda Claire Hall Calgary Alberta Canada

Yu-Yi Source Tea

Wu-Yi Source Tea can be purchased at Grocery Outlet at $1.00 for two boxes. The boxes are red, say not for grocery sale, and hold 100 tea bags each. Fancy yellow bow inside fancy packaging...It's just a very weak Oolong tea... Comes with small brochure about "Pure Tradition & Premium Quality" and how top two leaves only are picked...Ridiculous...It sounds as if this tea came along with some sort of a "Support Group" or seminar and says 100% Certified Wu-Yi..."More than just a cup of flavor"...For thousands of years...On and on

Wu-Yi is a SCAM!

YES! This Wu-Yi company is definitely a scam! I received our box of tea on June 2, 2009. On the box, it has a stop sign on 3 sides of the box. It warns you to NOT open the box or break the seal until we called a number, which does not exist! We got the idea to call our bank to see if they had any info. on the company. YES!! They were VERY familiar with Wu-Yi being fraudulent. They had a good working phone #. To call and cancel your order, call 1-86*-989- ****. NOW, here's the SCAM!! 1.) you must NOT open the box at all. 2.) you must tell the Rep. that you want to cancel your order - make sure you get a order# & a cancel #. 3.) Next, ask the Rep. for the correct mailing address for the return of the tea. They are going to give you a P.O. Box of 10233,Des Moines, IA. I got real angry, because you cannot get a signature from a P.O. Box! That is all they would give me. 4.) Go ahead and send it, make sure that you mail it 2-day mail with a tracking #, so you have something to show that they received it. 5.) Last suggestion is, that you go to your bank and put a stop on any/all deductions from Wu-Yi, then CANCEL your ATM/DEBIT-Visa card AND get a brand new one that Wu-Yi doesn't have! That way they have nothing to charge their product to! I am going to try to get as many people here in Calif. together to make a consumer complaint with the Police. Hope this helps! :)

I'm SO Embarrassed I fell for the Wu-Yi SCAM!

Everything about this scam has been detailed in numerous other complaints; I'm just adding mine to the pile. I accept the fact that I missed the "small print" (extremely deceptive, well-designed website indeed - caught me at a "weak point" in online shopping bliss!), but my main gripe is about how I requested the extra "membership" charges be cancelled in January, and despite a reply insisting they HAD cancelled and I'd (quote) "see no further charges", it's 4 months later and I'm still being charged! Despite another written request in which I directly quoted their earlier promise, the response was typically cold and robotic - this time by a different rep ("Gary", old pal) who gave me 2 phone numbers to call. Of course both these numbers are invalid. While I'll live & learn regarding these scam tactics, I'm most pissed about these guys personally telling me in WRITING that my membership would be cancelled, when they obviously had no intention of cancelling anything. It was an outright lie and they shouldn't get away with it.

Wuyi source - Fraud

I accepted an offer for a trial of the WuYi tea asking only for P&P payment. Following on from this I received the team which I stopped using after two weeks due to headaches. A couple of weeks later I received a further two months supply and contacted the company immediately. I also discovered that a total of £131.27 worth of unauthorised payments were taken from my credit card. I was informed that the order will be cancelled and given instructions to return my order to a UK address, Bedrord MK41 0QB - requesting that I insure the goods and obtain a tracking number. After following all the instructions to cancel and return the tea unused (next day delivery on the 7/4/09) my credit card is still not refunded for anauthorised payments collected. I was advised that my account will be refunded within two weeks of returning the goods. I am now unable to locate the UK number and disgusted at thie Company.

Wu Yi Source is a SCAM

I heard that oolong tea may help with weight loss. I searched online and found Wu Yi source tea. They had listed a free trial with $4.95 shipping and handling. I checked the website for any "catches." I received the box of tea (60 bags). It didn't seem to make much of a difference, no weight loss whatsoever. I ordered the tea in August 2008. Two months later, I found that they were attempting to bill my credit card $59.95 at the end of September and beginning of October. As I was disputing with the credit card company, three more charges of $59.95 went through. The phone number associated with the company was a recording with no answering service. I contacted the company on their website, on two occasions, Wu Yi Source tea promised a refund. In the end, I was out $180 and NO tea.

Wi-Yu Source & insider secret tips

They are a scam. I bought tea, cancelled my membership...then they say I signed up for some other membership, and they have been charging my card "web access" & "membership fees" for 4 mos. now. I just got off the phone w/ the co. that they say I signed up w/ (some insider secret tip co.) They conveniently couldn't "find my acct. w/ them" (yet they were still charging my card). After trying to locate me by name, phone #, & e mail address...they had the nerve to ask me to give them my credit card #........ Wi-yu source is a scam - and I too will now have to cancel my credit card because they won't stop charging. After posting here...I am off to the better business bureau, and call KCRA call 3. I am beyond pissed.

I want my money back!!!

talk about a rip off i want my money back!!! they charged my account after i cancelled my order.. And after speaking to someone in customer service i was even more pissed off I was charged 61.14 not the 59.95 and when i asked about it she told me that i needed to call my credit card company cause they must have charged me extra.. She informed me that if i send the unused portion back she would then credit my account 59.95 within the next 2 weeks... I told her that i feel that this company is very fraudulent and needs to be closed down.

The Owners should be put in jail!

I cannot believe that companies like Wu-Yi Tea Company can get away with cheating the public out of their money over the Internet. They advertise in a way that interest you and at the same time hide behind small print and exact date deadlines to retrieve your money when you are not 100% satisfied. They even wanted me to send back the empty box that I paid $4.95 shipping and handling for the Free 30 day supply to receive credit for the $60.00 they charged me for the free 30 day supply. That's just plain stealing from me. North Carolina don't like cheats

Wuyi source and being way overpriced rip off

i to ordered my free trial of wuyi tea from wuyi source. i started using the tea but i guess i didnt read or didnt understand that for 60 tea bags i was paying 59.99 a box. what??? and also that the free trial box of 60 would then also cost me 59.99 once i realized i was paying that amt for only 60 tea bags i canceled the orders and i researched and found that there had been complaints about this company and found more info online about the tea. i also found i could go to my local GNC and get the 60 tea bags for 16.99 and even less if a member. OMG what a rip off!! so needless to say i now go to GNC and continue the tea as it does seem to assit in my weight loss program. lori/oklahoma
