All I was trying to do was set up an account and add my son to writeaprisoner.com. I did it the first time paid the money nobody ever contacted him. I updated the account information and he never received anything saying that it was updated not able to even talk to anyone to see if Im doing the right thing. This is so frustrating.

My son paid for an ad that never posted
My son paid for a ad for a pen pal and his ad was never posted although they took the money from his account. He later wrote to them in regards to this matter and still hasn't heard anything. I called the phone number listed for them and it says not to leave a message.

A few years ago I sent in a partial payment with a money order for $30 for an inmate by the name of Craig Camalo smith & found out later that it was supposed to be $70 do you have that information still on file and can I pay the remaining amount through the website or over the phone. Someone created an account in my name and now I'm receiving letters from inmates. I would like to find out the email address that is associated with the account because I would like to take legal action against the person who has done this. This is so wrong on so many levels and I'm not going to put up with it... A guy in prison who was convicted of murder now had my name and my address. I have children and I do not feel safe

I need to find out why an inmate has not received any mail after a money order was sent in with the application and photo months ago. Todate no one has contacted us to explain.

Need customer support
I have been trying repeatedly (off and on) for about a week to reintegrate an inmate's profile online. When I fill it out as a new application, the message says that the inmate is already in the system and sends me to another form to fill out. Once I add the information and pictures and am ready to check out, the total price does not calculate properly, therefore I don't pay. When I try to contact them through an online chat system, I'm prompted to pay a yearly subscription fee before anyone will even chat with me. I'm very disappointed in the non-user-friendly site, and even more so in the inability to get free help in using the site. I'm just trying to help someone stay connected to the outside world.

About the account I opened and paid $65 I cant contact NoOne Cant get no response on the account that I opened there is no way to get Help when people pay $ like that then cant have. A way to fix problems on the website its a waste of $ in my book
