Refuses to refund a canceled order
I canceled order. Company said ok. Said they would refund my money in 5-10 days. Then said another 5 days. Still have not refunded. I put a claim into Paypal and company sent me a new invoice. Looks like this company keeps changing its name, wonder why. Now I look closer at website and see all icons claiming 100% refund guarantee and approval by yelp and Google, etc. etc. They are not real. The whole website is fake.

Product never arrived; they strung me along
I ordered 75% alcohol disinfecting wipes a few weeks ago because the website said they were in stock and ready to order. Two weeks ago I started contacting the company asking about when they would ship - kept being told they would ship "asap". Told today they're "out of stock" and they tried to get me to accept a replacement that isn't 75% alcohol. They never explained how an order I placed weeks ago (when they were supposedly in stock) can suddenly be out of stock. I think it's a scam.

I ordered a sanitizer dispenser with shipping and received a soap dispenser that does not work with sanitizing gels and/or liquids. Rush shipping is a joke please do not pay for it. The company keeps telling me that even though i ordered a sanitizing dispenser the shipped soap dispenser should workok ..it is not what i ordered ..you cannot just replace what i ordered

What you order is not what you get. I ordered Nice gowns and received paper junk gowns. They are supposed to be FDA certified but they are not.

Criminal, scam
Wrist-band.com sent a partial order through a FedEx tracking number claiming they sent the full order. I have a time stamped photo of the partial order. I'm disputing with PayPal and AMEX. They have a criminal track record and I'm wondering why the president of the company AZIM MAKANOJIYA is not in jail. I have posted this on my personal FB. Google ZAAPPAAZ inc and llc dba wrist-band.com - youll see all the reviews and with pleading guilty to a felony criminal charge and being fined $1.9 million, I bet that's pennies on the dollar he scammed from millions of customers. Price gouging, fraud, scam and he's still open for business making millions.

one month has past since my complainthey sent me a generic email one month saying tracking info would be available soon, but even though their promotional emails say "item now available" I have not received the item or even tracking info

I requested delivery or tracking info over one week ago.Next day they just said they would send it soon .Nothing yet and products ridiculously overpriced. Clearly taking advantage of people's fears in this difficult time

Terrible Customer Service & Communication
Ordered No Contact thermometers on 3/30 and paid a $30 per unit expedite fee for a guaranteed 4/1 delivery. Cannot contact ANYONE that will give even a guess as to when they will ship (currently 4/7) and said I have to wait until they're received to initiate refund of expedite fee. Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Spend your money elsewhere.

100% satisfaction guarantee is a bunch of BS
I ordered wristbands for a fundraiser and they sent me some 1/4” wristbands and I wanted a normal size band. So the company will not make this right they want me to reorder for $50 after I just paid almost $100 for my previous order!!! I do not recommend this company to anybody!!!!!!

If I could give NO STARS, I would. Ordered emergency bracelets from this company ONLY because they promised 1day shipping. Website, customer service representative, and all communication said they could do this! They lied, broke promise, false advertised, ignored, and refused to refund shipping after package came late. Instead, the jerks wanted to give me a discount on my next purchase?? Seriously? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..

I ordered from Wrist-band.com because the advertised pictures looked fantastic. What I received was thin, cheap, had frayed edges and poor printing. Reached out to the company with pictures only to get the run around. Expecting to get more of the same. Terrible quality. Evasive customer service. Terrible quality.

Complete disappointment
Extremely poor quality product. Evasive customer service. Emails received in barely cogent 'english'. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Absolute waste of money, most of the wrist bands went in the recycling bin. Imprinting was shallow, off center, rotated, barely legible. STAY AWAY from doing business with this company. Which begs the question, how are they still in business???

Absolutely the worst company you could deal with
This is absolutely the worst company you could ever deal with. I ordered wristbands to use for my father's funeral overseas. They made a guarantee that I will get the wristbands two days before my travel date. One day before traveling, I had not received the items and made several calls to their customer service. I even offered to pay extra so the items could be shipped overnight. They assured me I would get them the next day. The bands finally arrived five days after I traveled. Now I'm stuck with 500 worthless wristbands and they refused to refund the money even though it was entirely their fault. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with any company.

Terrible experience
I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from wrist-bands.com Their appeal is that with every 100 you order they give you an extra 100, but the quality of what I received makes that not worth it. In November 2016 I placed two orders and wasn't happy with either one. The first order was a dual color band (photo below) and although it looks great at first, the edges lose their color after a few weeks of wear. The company wasn't cooperative, wouldn't refund and I chose not to ask for a replacement. Why would I want more inferior wristbands? The second order was for a lavender colored band that is actually a dark plum color. I complained and they were not receptive over the phone. After many phone calls and emails they agreed to let me re-order at half price. The replacement wrist band was a simple one: a solid color with the name of my nephew, who had recently died, cut into the band. The words are barely cut into the band and the shallow letters make it difficult to read. This company just puts out a poor quality product. Since this experience I've discovered some well made wristbands, like Reminderband.com and silicon-wristband.com .. they are both more expensive, but honestly, it would be worth it. The products I received were so poor I was embarrassed to give them to family and friends. I'm adding a picture of the original new band in front and the worn band behind it.

I wanted some rubber wristbands for my non-profit organization. When I ordered them the color on the screen was basic green. When they arrived from CHINA (although the company is bases in Texas) they were wrapped in cardboard and duct tape. The wristbands were lime green and very cheaply made. I requested information on how to return them since it was not anywhere near what I wanted and was told it was MY fault and if I wanted a darker green I would have to reorder. The customer service rep was rude, immature and had a definite threatening undertone to his language. When I informed them that I had reported them to the Better Business Bureau, they said they didn't care and they have placed me on their do not sell list. This company does not care about its customers and has no business values when it comes to its products.
