Not receive good yet after 6 weeks

Urgent!!! When will my item be delivered, please? I am travelling on the 31st of July and need my item delivered ASAP Wowcher code: DVCDNE-58MQ5T Order no: 4541**** It was showing to be delivered yesterday 24th of July and today upon checking the status of my order couldn't find any update. This is so disappointing, Wowcher needs to do better and the customer service is bad no one to talk to resolve or update you.

My 2 vouchers are 1 day overdue You cannot talk to anyone The only contact is via WhatsApp text and they said tough we cant do anything for you!! This pissed off phone number is the same as the one you contact free Nothing has been resolved Ill try again tomorrow, if still no joy Ill not be using Wowcher again nor will I recommend anyone else does Really pissed off customer!!

I signed up for 60 minutes of laser whitening for £46 after I purchased the deal I then got in touch with the company to arrange an appointment. The company sent me a text message saying that they no longer did Wowcher deals so I would like a full refund and compensation for the whole experience being a waste of my time and money. I wanted to get my teeth whitening done before my wedding day but now its too late especially because I was relying heavily on the whole experience being a positive outcome. I have made past purchases on Wowcher but this is really bad practice. Im left feeling disappointed and very angry and frustrated with the whole ordeal. The company should not have been listed in your website and you should check that all the deals on your website are still valid. Its not the job of customers to purchase Wowchers to find out that the deals are not valid you should contact each company directly to check that the deals are still available its just a waste of precious time and money.

Selling fraudulent goods
Hi. I bought Adobe Lightroom Classic Order Number: 4531**** Item Number: 5421**** Valid from: 29 Apr 2023 to 28 Jul 2023, this sent me to Software-Distribution.com. who provided me with a download and product key. The software now errors, and Adobe support say the product is not genuine and I may have been a victim of fraud. Firstly, I inform you that as a reseller, you may not have ben aware that other sellers are trading illegitimate good and want to take it up internally, and second, I require a full refund. Not another voucher, a full refund as I feel as the "face" of the transaction, you bear some responsibility. Please can you action my refund immediately and inform me when you have done so. No customer Service accept useless words. No consumer protection regarding purchases or Vouchers.
DCancelled item quickly after purchase. A Apple MacBook refurbished £219. Came 7 days late and not next day as paid for. MacBook came in a plastic bag and no other packaging to protect it. I refuse to open it to put the return form in the MacBook as requested because after being in Transit for 7 days it may be already damaged. If I open it then Orion Computers ltd say that I must package it securely and if they get it back damaged then I will be held responsible Hence I am not going to open it prior to returning it as their failure to put any bubble wrap or boxing around the package may already have resulted in it being damaged I will package the MacBook with bubble wrap Un-opened and put it in another parcel bag and send it back by tracked delivery. I will video a witness with the unopened original parcel and proceed to package it securely all on Video as proof it has not been opened by me.
