I HAVE SOME VERY FAMILY PERSONAL THINGS ON MY MIND,SO I FORGOT JUST FROM YESTERDAY TILL TODAY BUT I BELEVE I SPOKE TO REBECKA,SHE TOLD ME THAT A WORX 20 VOLT BATTERY WOULD WORK IN MY WG 180 WORX 40 VOLT WEED EATER BUT IT DID NOT WORK.SHE TRIED TO HELP ME THO,SO GOD BLESS HER,IT JUST WOULDNT WORK THO.THANK YOU ALL,,I HAD ONCE THE WHOLE WORX OUTFIT WITH ABOUT 6-8 DIFFERENT ITEMS ALL FROM WORX,, SOME STINKING THEIVES STOLD ALL MY BELONGINGS EXCEPT MY WG 180 BECAUSE I HAD IT WITH ME,, I DONT KNOW WHENEVER ILL BE ABLE TO GET ALL MY THINGS REPLACED AGAIN,, BECAUSE IM AN AGE 67 SENIOR CITIZEN AND ALL I RECIEVE IS $900 PER MONTH S.S I. Just do the call
A previous order was cancelled and I received no notification. I found it when I was tracking the order. I had a difficult time finding a number to call. When I was able to contact a person they were helpful and I should receive the tool that I had ordered. I have 6 different worx tools and I have been satisfied with all of them.

Trim Line on lawn trimmer will not feed
My WORX Lawn Trimmer had a part that was broken. I called Customer Service, and talked to Christina Nedrow of WORX. She was so helpful and nice. She was very patient in trying to help me find the part number, etc.. She then gave me a suggestion of what to do and to get back to her on her email at WORX. I did what she told me and she went the extra mile to help make the issue go away and me feel happy with WORX. If anyone ever has problem and gets Christina at WORX Customer Service you will be treated like no other customer service department has treated you. Hats off to the company for having such a GREAT employee as Christina.

Needed a part for my WG772 Mower
My mower is a discontinued model, and I couldn't find the part I needed online, so I called 866-354-**** and Ykyri answered. He was VERY helpful, courteous, and professional. I hope all of your people are as good as he is.

Hydraulic oil
My WG323 Chain Saw/Pole saw, when hanging up or carrying it leaks hydraulic oil all over my floor and my clothes. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the saw? I received the trimmer, sent it back unopened! I will find another and better trimmer! No more Worx products for me!

Since I didnt have my discount number, I wish to cancel the order for the 22hedge trimmer. The order number is RWD-34894****, ordered online. Cancel this or I will return it unopened!

Defective new product
Get fax tone when call cust SVC number. New trimmer. Wont advance string(auto advance) string spool came off ..they only delivered one spool with new trimmer blower package combo.
