I want to cancel my accou t

I have had ur sevice for about 6 years. I have never had the time to use it. I have tried several ti.es to cancel this account!!. This company has made it extremely hard for me to cancel! I semt emails, made phone calls. I tried to get my bank to cancel your payments!! I angry that no matt er what i do, this company keeps charging me. I about ready to leave my bamk, JUST TO BE DO E WITH THIS COMPANY! I had jopes of travel, but it has not been possible. Life has given me many situations. I HATR that this company makes it so hard to cancel! I will never promote this company at all. I have been trying for 3 months to cancel, and yet they still take out my payments. NOT A HAPPY CLIENT!!

Demand refund for money paid for over a year after membership cancellation

After complaining in this platform, I suddenly got a reply from WorldVentures who had not been responding to me for over a year now. I sent emails instructing them to discontinue putting through the stop order to my bank as I had terminated my membership.since July 2021, but they continued getting money from.my account unlawfully. The response now says I have forfeited all money paid to WorldVentures since I cancelled my membership. I demand my money for the whole year which they continued debiting my bank account when I indicated my cancellation due to the frustration I was getting by not getting any response to.my emails. The funds paid prior to July wl2021 can be forfeited, but any funds after I indicated that the stop order be discontinued should be returned to me as a matter of urgency. I demand justice and remorse as a disgrunted consumer. I am a very dissatisfied consumer, I have never benefited from my membership with this entity. I will use whatever forum available to get justice done and my money returned. This has been the worst experience I have had with an entity like this one. A trail of my emails has my banking details from where they have been getting my money, hence the same bank account should be used for my refund. Very frustrated consumer

Member no: 7178**** now needs a refund urgently for funds taken after membership cancellation last year

Following from not being assisted on travel arrangements and cancellation of my membership from WorldVentures and instructing them to cancel the debit order and stop taking money from my ban account for over a year, with your involvement, surprisingly, they resurfaced and I just got a reply that I have forfeited all funds paid to them since I have cancelled my membership. This is not acceptable, I demand a refund of all funds taken without my consent from my bank account via the debit order for over a year since I told World Ventures to stop putting through those debit orders. I am not asking for a refund for the period before I cancelled the membership. Mind you, I could have stopped the payment but my bank indicated that it is only World Ventures that should stop putting it through, hence my bank could not stop it. Why am I being cheated now? The poor customer service that World Ventures has displayed has resulted in me being cheated. I demand my money for funds taken for the whole year. I have forwarded my banking details to World Ventures several times and I urgently want my money back. I have been unjustly treated and need assistance with getting my money back I will not rest unti I get justice. I will use whatever forums are available to get remorse and help another consumer.not to fall into this trap.

I recently learned that worldventures have gone bankrupt. Nobody wants to return my membership points. I don't know who to turn to. No one contacted me by phone or mail. In the dreamtrips, they said that the request I had to say by December 31. How was I supposed to know? I am from Slovakia. I thought that my membership points would continue to be available. Nobody wants to help me. I'll lose my points, to whom? In the past, no one informed me that when I do not use my account (currently, due to a pandemic), my points will not be returned to me.

I've been a member of World ventures since 2014, but recently when I send emails, i don't get any response at all so I got a little bit scared because I've been hearing a lot of rumours that they're no longer in business. But through this channel, thank you so much, I received a positive and friendly response. My issue was addressed.

Reactivate account

29904**** is my ID number I want to reactivate my ID number so I can book a travel but is not working. My Sponsor ID number is also not working My rovia bucks 252 dollars has also been taken from me when I wasn't able to go on my trip because of the covid travel restrictions. I will be glad if my request is granted and replied soon thanks.

Need to resolve payment issue from members that I had signup for world venture.... When I was signed up for wold venture the rep used an overseas address. Whatever money that was sent to me via my eWallet account can not get same. Hence am having issues to recovering payment

Cancelation

I have been trying cancel membership. Emailed, no reply. Sent follow-up email still no reply. Called local registered contact, ended up getting diverted to a total complete stranger who has no relation with World Ventures. Seriously getting pissed. Can someone please help cancel and get me full refund?
