I played in the WSOP Main event and did not receive a card cover medallion free gift
Somebody show some class for gods sake !! I have never played In the Main Event - all Im asking for is the stupid medallion that you gave to the entire group during the game? I busted out in five hours, so I was not around for that gift. And Ive been trying desperately to get it mailed to me. Whats it gonna take for your big conglomerate to just take care of somebody in a professional way instead of asking me to answer a survey

5 phone calls to get to the right person. You ask for a lot of money to enter these events, and you have absolutely no persons available to answer any questions about these events. All your personal are trained to give you the same answer go to wsop.com is no one trained to respond.

The loss of literally thousands of dollars to beats on the river, very poor betting returns, and certain losses of any money you put in - they say games are free, but you have to buy their chips before you can play - that is false advertising

Big Al's Chicken & Fries When Im in a poker hand computer snatches my chip from my bank and put me in the pot without me even pressing the button to get in the pot when a player make a bed for 8 million a 10 million computer just snatches it right out of my bank without even making a push on the button at all I dont know I think the World Series poker game should be shut down for 24 hours and reboot it up again

Well Ive been trying to get more chips and as I was entering my information only half of the phone number page was coming up all the numbers would not show up on the page I could not enter my entire phone number because it only showed half a page of numbers. And far as my complaint my complaint is I have been talking about this on World Series poker to the players World Series poker games need to be shut down and reboot it up againNow whats going on is when one player makes a bet in the bed comes around to me in the player bits 7 million win the bid comes around to me I dont touch no button and nothing deep the computer snatches my chips right out of my bank and put me in a pot and has been doing this all week thats a snack for 7 million 8 million 10 million right out of my bank without me touching the button. I have lost probably 100 million with the computer just snatching my chips right out of my bank without me even touching the button in the pit player who makes the bet wins because he made that bet because he had a better hand than I did and I lose 8 million or 7 million or 10 million World Series poker need to be reboot it up again and shut down for 24 hours thats my complaint.
