Being charged when not using
Did not sign up for WPT. DO NOT WANT WPT. Was charged on my credit card without my permission. Nothing left to say except I don't want anything to do with WPT.

This site is NOT like playing a real tournament game. In almost every game, an Ace hits the board. Pocket pairs, especially pocket Kings are f...k...g WORTHLESS !! It's a JOKE !!!
Aces More than half the 'FLOPS' feature an ACE. And, if an Ace is not part of the 'FLOP' there is still a high percentage of times that an Ace will hit the board on 4th street or the RIVER. VERY...VERY...VERY FRUSTRATING because all pocket pairs (like KINGS)...are rendered WORTHLESS !!! It's a f...k...ing JOKE !!

Played for several years
If looking for free play for the funsies of it all, this is not your place. Frustrating. After you get to a certain level, say 15 million chips, the service turns on you and makes you lose on every single river, lose on kickers, etc in an attempt to get you to buy chips from them. Their algorithms are off badly. When given daily missions, if one of the requirements is, for example, win with three of a kind at pro tables, i will guarantee you will never even sniff a three of a kind hand. Just cross off the possiblity of ever seeing the hand. Same with if it says to get a straight you can sit there and never see a straight. Again, their algorithms are wonky as ***

Clearly the online game is rigged to rush players through. Constant 4 cards to straights and flushes . Never spend money on this crooked game.

I have ask your customer service why I have to pay for your mistakes???? No answer..... I have asked why some players, which seem to be bots can have their time expire an rejoin the hand.... No answer.... Also why your algorithms allow certain players to win hand after hand. Also, I have ask why players are allowed to join a 200 thousand buy in table with 500 hundred thousand or more chips? Still no answer.... Also how can I be beaten with hands that have a 314 or more odds of winning hand after hand? Still no response.....It would appears you have little or no willingness to talk to your customers???? Well, GG poker does and I will be putting this out on social media and telling people how to spot your bots.

I was refused a refund after I cancelled my free trial before it was even finished and never played the game.
I signed up for the 2 week free trial and was unimpressed mainly because it was difficult for me to understand (I'm an online poker newbie) and it kept freezing up. Less than a week into my free trial I tried to cancel online and was unable to do so and instead I called and spoke to someone at the company who assured me my membership had been cancelled. Then 2 days ago I was charged $27.95 and when I called I was told that my membership was now cancelled but they could not issue me a refund for this month although they said I could still play until February 21, 2022 (after I had told him that the reason I had previously cancelled was because I couldn't play). I was very disappointed by this company and will avoid associating with them in the future.

The better I play, the more WPT freezes my screen, and takes my money. I'm assuming they put me all in when they froze my game. But all bets aside, WPT could be totally innocent, and it's just a glitch. Lol.

Game time problems auto fold is triggered before hole cards are dealt
Before the individual hole cards are shown the automatic fold ring is activated taking you out of the hand

An employee very bad misconduct
I have multiple messages from one of your employees. Danielle Ruiz she threatened to kill, she bragged about doing drugs while in rehab and the best is someone tried to take there life she told her to try it again it wasnt done right. All these messages were sent to my daughter. I have all her messages with her number on top as well as her profile pic. I would like someone to please call me this woman is a danger. I will forward all the messages. Not acceptable to have this person represent your organization

They do as they want, they actually cheat on their free site with nothing to gain actually funny but if you complain they refuse to let you login again...Man I actually would think twice before I played for real money with them on their site..Its gonna be handled by higher up...Mr. Brooks

Want to cancel membership
I have not been able to logon to my account you can look at your records and see that I havent played for months Ive been trying to cancel this membership but I cant get anyone to answer the telephone and speak to anyone to cancel it

They aIts a rigged site....Software is rigged ...and the people who run it are dishonest.
They have a guy named Jeremy Clemons running private games over on TWITCH....he also has a thing called 'Discord" which only HE has the secret code to get in. He gives this to his buddies and they hold private Tourneys there where the prizes are THOUSANDS of Tournament Points. (Which are just House Money) Look at the Tourney held on Jan 18th.....all so called 'Stream Team' members and all who won those T.P'S over on DISCORD. Why is he allowed to give away house money as if its his personal slush fund? He and Cavin Casino also give away WPT Shop 'SWAG' like candy to anyone they want...while everyone else has to PLAY for these prizes in large entry Tournies...while he is holding little 9 seat 'Sit N' Go's giving away t.p.'s by the thousands.
