Never received order
Stay away from this company. They take your money and never send your product. I have filed a complaint with BBB and my bank is working in trying to get my card refunded. This place is a scam. Read the reviews and the BBB complaints before ordering!

Wrong item sent
I ordered Sentinel for heartworm/flea prevention and they sent me something for the TREATMENT of worms. Totally different medication. My dog does not have worms. Company refuses to refund my money!

I ordered Revolution and paid for Revolution and received some generic brand.
THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I ORDERED AND PAID FOR REVOLUTION AND THEY SENT ME A GENERIC BRAND. WHY WOULD A COMPANY BE SO DECEITFUL. THAT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. $200.00 WASTED.

12SEP21It has now been 264 days since I requested my refund for their refusal to ship me the medications I ordered.We have had more than 100 emails back and forth, we've had more than a dozen phone calls, and these people continue to cause problems, delays, and more issues.They continue to refuse to answer my questions, to send me the refund check, or to resolve this issue.I have blocked them from calling me because they are incredibly rude and nasty on the telephone; constantly talking over me, ignoring any information I provide, refusing to answer any questions, lying about almost everything, and leaving me on hold for extended periods of time.

* On December 19th, 2020, I placed, and paid for, order # 380****, $560.95 * On December 21st, the company made it clear they would not process the order. * They refused to ship in 2-3 days, as promised on the website, saying instead it would take 10-15 weeks. * I requested the order be cancelled and I be refunded immediately. * 24DEC20, the company has refused to provide a refund. I began dispute process with my bank. * February 2021, my bank closed my accounts as a result of this transaction, citing fraudulent charges from this company.

Ordered and paid for name brand heartgard plus. Received kiwof heart some generic stuff that costs a fraction of what I paid for. They refused to send the correct product and tried to convince me I had ordered the generic by mistake, even though I sent them screenshots of the invoice.

Heartworm medication
I kept seeing all the bad reviews and was worried that Id be skimped out on the medication I purchased but it came. It took 12 days from order to receiving the medication. They called 2-3 days (I cant remember how long) after I ordered the medication to confirm my address. It shipped the next Monday and got here today (Friday). So there may be bad reviews but I had a fine experience with them. Happy to have the medication for my dog to match with the flea and tick medication.

They took my money and never shipped the product

Ordered Medication in March. In April was advised part of the order shipped. May 24th and still no medication. Will not refund because they claim it shipped and is held up at JFK.on't use them.D

Items similar to what I had ordered eventually did arrive--three months later--but it was not the exact product I ordered, and the packages were quite damaged. I discarded the product because I don't trust it. I won't be ordering from this site again.

I called the number in the latest email from their customer service and finally was told my requested refund had been issued and would take 3-5 business days to process. A refund did process, but it was for the cost of the item only--it did not include the shipping...

I placed a $150+ order that was immediately charged and shipped a few days later. It has been 40 days since it shipped. I have contacted their customer service several times. Each time I am given the same line about how rare it is that an order is delayed, that they've checked the status, and they give me a new delivery date. Four times this has happened. They ignored my multiple requests for a tracking number and ignore my requests for a refund, as too much time has passed and I need the medication so made a vet appointment to get it. I returned a call from them and asked for a tracking number; the one I was given ended up being invalid/not found (I was suspicious because I was told it was a USPS tracking number, but the number looked nothing like any USPS number I have ever gotten). Now they're telling me they are reshipping it and it will be 10-20 days, basically starting all over. They flat out ignored my insistence that they address my refund request and not the shipping issue because I no longer want the product. Their customer service practices are very disturbing. Filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

ordered sentinel i emailed 3 times no response. Called today they said they had to verify address which is bull. Now anorher 5 weeks for delivery. They said to late for refund. I can see by other reviews they use the same story to everyone. They should not be in business. It is a scam and you need to look into this. I paid 111.00 for medicine. Im sure this will be overlooked like all the other complaints. Pissed off.

More of a Praise
I wanted to write something positive about them since most are writing negative reviews, but I had a different experience. I was a completely new and first time customer. They have great customer service and I spoke with Jo, she was such a big help! I am grateful for this company especially during the pandemic. I rescued a kitten from outdoors, then realized she had fleas, but I couldn't get to the vet. Received my flea meds in about 2 weeks. It was coming from another country. At first, I was skeptical, but my product came right on time, like I mentioned, especially since we're in a pandemic. I had no problem, it was reasonable time, and I was patient. When I called them again, they were quick to respond. They were reliable, professional, and surpassed my expectations. I'm glad this company exists and will be using them again. They saved me from having to go to a greedy vet, just to get flea meds vets charge ridiculously, especially during Covid-19 I wouldn't be surprised if vets rip people off even more now, since they lost so much business. I trust this company, and will be using them again in the future, and glad I did try them and gave them a chance, otherwise I wouldn't have known. No regrets. World Pet Express is a great idea, realistic, useful... incredibly valuable for out pets, and their health.

Didn't get Product
Ordered Heartgard Plus on November 29 and now January 12, still have not received it. I have ordered from them before with no problem. This time the dog was due for pill on January 7. I am disappointed in this company now. They should have tracking for the customer. Calling credit card company to stop payment.

Horrible company
When they told me that it ships from overseas I told them I needed the meds earlier and to cancel my order. I was shocked to get my order about a week later and was charged. It's a foreign container and I know better than to buy anything for my pets from overseas, ask your vet about that. The meds went straight into the trash.

Very happy, fast shipping!
I'm really pleased with my order! I was able to order generic heart worm prevention without a prescription, at a lower cost, and with free shipping as a first-time customer. I received my order on time and I was very pleased with the experience. Shipping was supposed to be 3-5 wks and I received my order within 3 wks. I will definitely be ordering from Express Pet Meds again! *Some reviews say that the customer never received their package - keep in mind that the company ships internationally and that customs officials may have prevented the package's delivery.
