Canceled membership and still paying fee

Nobody ever called me back and still being charged. This has been over a year and I didnt notice. The manager isn't bothering to reply

Wow in brockton has every tv volume up to 100

Hello, I often work out wow in Brockton, and every morning I have to complain about every single tv and the volume up to 100 this's every single morning, it's annoying when I have listen music and people talking and loud TV's. thank you yamir guichardo

Cleanliness and staff

The Fall River WOW is filthy the staff never cleans the gym. Between staff and the manager they are always on break. You even see the manager being a personal trainer on company time..ridiculous.. that gym needs change: bathrooms and showers are horrible.

Uncertified instructors

It came to my attention that the Director of Fitness in West Hartford has never had a second of training other then the director that was there before. He is not certified in any aspect. The sad thing is that I feel bad for those that are getting injured because of this. even worse, they are not certified to perform CPR. None of them. The owner does not care nor do the managers of all of their locations. Truly dangerous and careless. The last time I was there, I saw someone get injured and they basically told her to go to the doctor and let her leave the gym. I saw her faint. That was not cool.

Criminal enterprise

Had no idea how difficult it would be to cancel a membership for my 14 year old daughter... she went 2x. Truly a disgusting company

WOW policy is criminal

JOINING THIS GYM CAUSED ABSOLUTE STRESS AND RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE FOR 7 YEARS!!!! I am not exaggerating. Total stress, and hosed my credit score. Want to join our gym, step right up and give us your John Handcock. That simply to join. Years later I try to cancel my membership IN PERSON, with full identification. NOPE. Not allowed. They prefer to make your life living *** to cancel something so small in your life. Literally drive you bonkers because naturally this whole thing seems so illogical. Writing a letter and certifying it ($7 dollars, by the way), for them to cancel. Are you kidding me. It was The principle for me. I disputed the charges because I was fed up. Next thing you know, my bank files a charge off which absolutely destroyed my credit. Even though I immediately paid them. I had a 3% apr on my mortgage, to put things inter perspective as to how good my credit WAS. Now it is *** All because of this damn gym and their absurd polices.. Avoid this gym at all cost!!!! Please!!!!!!

Complaint.

I arrived at work out world in east providence. I usually come in early around 8:20 or so because of the baby sitting program they offer. They open at 8:30am I’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes and no one was there my toddler was starting to get agitated because he had to sit and wait. The lady at the desk was no help and I’m very unhappy with this service. I pay $10 a month extra so i have have a baby sitter 2 hours a day to so my work out.

So my account has been charged to much. I generally pay work out world 10$ a month and now they just took $50 off my account

Really unhappy

Was in Newpark Mall location to purchase new clothes due to recent weight loss. Asked girl how much Wrangler jeans would shrink. She scrunched up her face and said "I don't know", then looked at coworker, rolled her eyes and sighed. Coworker guy was very helpful and not on HIS cell. Went back today and was treated even worse. She was alone, no-one to pick up slack. Been shopping there since they opened. Didnt purchase anything today and I'm never going back. Fire this girl if you want to save your buisness.

Incompetent company handling memberships

The reason I am cancelling is because abc financial is not able to resolve a billing issue with my account. After at least 5 phone calls with ABC financial and 1 with DCU credit union whom insist they have not blocked any payments. I am extremely disappointed with your inability to resolve this issue. I have a family membership all with the same debit card. My membership was fine until I added my daughter to the plan. Now my payment wont go through but hers does. I'm beyond angry as I've paid and annual fee that I will not benefit from.

Payments

I called to cancel my membership the representative told me several time that she will put a note on my account and that I will not be charged anymore and I have 30 days to write a notice. 3 weeks later they charged my account and when I sent them an email they told me that I never cancel it I know they recorded their line and I ask them for prove but they just ignore it. This gym have the worst representative this is like the 4th time I call to either update my address or my payments and they never do I have to chase them down So please be careful with this company all they care about is making money.

Worst management ever at Methuen Wow

There is this Receptionist ever (I don't want to be rude but I don't know her name - she's a little overweight). She is very rude. I am a platinum member for years. I went on 11/13/17 with my husband as an 'invite'. When we decided to leave, she hold my 'husband's drivers license hostage' until I can sign him out. When I checked the sign in book, nobody was signing; people were given their IDs and they were leaving. Next day, 11/14/17 was the same situation. I asked her why and she didn't hit me up because there were people there. I stopped going because of her and last night 1/2/18 we decided to give it a try, and there she was. She did the same 'sign in/out' thing to us, and again, the book was empty; people leaving and everything. There was this other hispanic dark skin person that is another staff member and she started to talk back to me and told me 'if you didn't like it , it was their rules; like it or not'. Sad because I cannot go to another WOW because they are either closed or too far away.
