All I want is access to a blog by Maxwell Kivi, a Fulbright scholar in Peru.
I guess I set up an account which I have no use for. I paid $4.00 something for this. I will never blog. I have nothing to blog about. The grandma to Max Kivi directed me to WordPress so I could read Max's blogs. I have been to Peru and am interested in his experience as a teacher of English to students. At&t blocks urls with ssl's
I own two other word press accounts that are hosted by iPage. AT&T blocks them as spam even though they have SSLs. I attempted to contact Word Press to see if these sites had security issues that are not evident to us, iPage or AT&T. It would be great to find any security issues and resolve them. AT&T blocks EVERY PERSON WITH AT&T INTERNET FROM OPENING MY WEBSITE. No one available by actual phone who knows what to even look for. I look forward to having access to my website in my actual house. - And it would be SWELL if every other person with AT&T internet could access it as well. Dont you think?

Theme/plugin creators refuse to refund money

WordPress is the worst script to run your website with. Unless you are very tech savvy and know coding don't even bother with this product to run your website as if you ever run into a problem there is zero customer service or technical support. They do not police the people who write scripts/themes/plugins so therefore if there are bad apples ripping people off there is no consequences for their bad behavior. Be prepared to lose your money and a lot of time chasing down theme creators only to get the run around and never get a refund.

I took out my domain with wordpress and setup my first website through them. Immediately I recognized that this company isolates themselves from authors. no phone contact.no email response from them.

This company, in the opinion of this psychologist for 36 years, is egregious, avaricious, and pernicious towards authors and patrons!!!They advertise that they are the worlds choice for authors and websites a prevarication (lie)

As an author I originally had my domain and website through them. The domain worked fine, but their posting my website was wrought with a cacophony of nightmares I will state as follows. To do a simple edit on my articles at my site, they required that I go off the page I had called up for the simple edit and then use their editing program system which took me away from the section of the page I was trying to edit at my website and looped me back to the page I was trying to do the simple edit losing the place on that page where I was trying to make that edit. I contacted the company through their email system of support with no support response X5! I contacted my webmaster who suspended all of my website at through their site but kept my domain name through them since that was already paid for. They continued to bill me for an email I never used and that my webmaster had suspended more than a year ago. Something like $4.00 per month they kept charging me with no response from their billing or support departments regarding their error and repeated billing that my webmaster had informed me of. Today I received an email from them that my email (that I never wanted and never used) had been suspended...so at long last they were not billing me for that now, for over a year! Both my webmaster and me agree that this company is not friendly to authors, like myself, as they claim in all their advertisements/website promos. In our professional opinions they are neither friendly nor have support services to meet their patrons need. Simply put, in our professional opinion, the company isolates themselves in support, does not respond to emails, and continues to bill for services that were requested of them to be suspended, all in the name of saying they are the choice of authors around the world and so friendly. They never refunded my money for an email I had asked to be stopped, nor communicated with my webmaster or myself about the same!!! Fraudulent activity
I have WordPress and the plug in jet pack was added once I got my site up and running. You pay for the service and if you you dont want to continue to use their service then its automatically cancelled. Thats what my understanding of it was. I have not been working on my blogs on WordPress for a long time then all of a sudden I get this random charge from my bank account.

Despicable customer service
Tutor LMS is a WordPress plugin. We purchased the pro version to enable us to access support however there is no support provided. We have been having multiple problems with the plugin including the fact that lessons and courses will not save. This has wasted massive amounts of our time and cost us money. We were previously with Learndash which was far better.

A year trying to get problem fixed!!!
You can use the plugin forever. It won't stop working after the first year of membership. They have a database of Domain names and it stops working fully after you. If someone else registers a domain and you cannot make it work with Users Ultra Pro Plugin because domain is already in their license database and it won't work. I have spent about a year and the many tickets I posted were never answered. Don't buy this plugin as the support is crap after buying the enterprise edition Igot no support.

Locked out from the get go.
I can log into my wordpress account, but it refuses to accept my email or user name upon admin login. I am trying to get my blog up and can’t even access it. And since Wordpress doesn’t provide direct customer service, I have to depend on the generosity of other users. This stinks!
