Bought a bike but the owner forgot the code
I bought a bike from a person who had a wordlock with it but the owner forgot the code and I would like to keep it but want to know how to unlock it and reset the code

Lock stuck open

I can't use my 1995 wordlock bike lock bc I forgot the word and and can't reset it I called the number. The recording said no one was there to help.

My word word will not unlock
I purchased the word cl-739-BK and its supposed to unlock with the password shed but to no avail. Can you either send me another one or what do you suggest I do with this lock?

Bought used bike has wordlock can't open. As default what I search there is no S in first letter combination.

Lock won't open
We called repeatedly and were either forward to some other area or disconnected! We had our bikes locked and werent able to open the the lock. To summarize customer service was non existent! We finally contacted someone who arranged for someone to come out and cut the lock. An example of how to not provide customer service.

Lock code forgot
Called to see if they could help reset my lock. Took forever to finally get someone because I kept getting hung up on at 30min mark. Finally a lady listened and sent email to supervisor and asked them to call me. Unfortunately the next day I missed the call and had to go back through everything thing again and got lucky and got the smart lady on the 5th try. I didnt get the supervisor who called me because the lady (Carol) who took my call was super rude and was very short. My question was answered but for all I went through she could have been a lot more professional and respectful.

Lock not opening
I have a wordlock alphabet code lock on my storage building and I cannot get it open. It seems as though the mechanism (thumb tab) will not open the lock when I put in my pass code...thoughts on how to unfreeze this mechanisms? I am using the code I set for the lock.

Lost instructions for resetting moon lock
Nothing. I'm not pissed, just disappointed that I have to throw a brand new lock away. I can't remember the word that I changed it to.

Upon purchasing the password to my lock was bolt. I attempted to open and close it twice before putting it on the walker. And it worked. Now when Im trying to get my stuff out and put in the word bolt its not opening so I need help opening this lock because I never change the password I left it as is and now I cant get to my stuff please advise I cant find my instructions either.
