Card won't work

We have called the front desk since 12 at night, its now 1:21, someone answered around 12:05, and she said she would be down to help out, and here we are, still locked out, exhausted, and need to be somewhere in the morning.

Stolen items

Working employees at thos locations stole 70.00 from my wallet. Which was left in my room. I was told outside agency comes in to clean our rooms. I told him he's lied. I watch employees go in/out of rooms. I also had extra key cards placed inside of my wallet. I already had my two room keys on me. Where did these other room keys come from. And I had insulin in the refrigerator. The packed this up in a garbage bag with my clothing on top. It Was FOUND on third floor in a outside closet. My insulin was hot. Insurance with not replace. Complained

Not received my deposit the guy in the front desk said he will release the funds again when there is no such thing because he had just released the funds then not the day of check out!!! So they try to rob you, and hope you forget about the 100 dollar deposit!!! And now I have to wait when my banking doesn't make me wait!!! never had this issue before and all the bad reviews that are on the website is so sad Gary Bruce Kyle that run and own these hotels need to step up and do there part on investment in training or look and see why there hotels are so run down!!!

Complaint on Michelle

The front desk Michelle locked my key card bc she felt I didn't need to come in and out being sick. Regardless she doesn't have the right to do so the room is on my name and I feel my rights have been Violated.

Scamming people for money

The woodsprings in Denton tx is scamming Money from guest. Including disabled veterans pay checks. The rate goes up by 150.00 every month until the person is homeless. There is no customer service or corporate office number to speak to anyone about these situations. It's just happening to people. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Question about my rates

They refise to do price matching which o totally don't understand wvery day people priceatch I don't see the difference in price matching a hotel fee u would probably get more residents and plus the front desk clweks are very freaking rudw every one of them except the night desk clerk who needs a raise she goes above and beyond for the customers

Bad customer service

Mgr at WoodSpring suites in Monroe la,was very rude and hateful to me concerning our checking in and checking out next day.we are in Monroe Lagos a family funeral on Friday Apr 28.Funeral is at 1 pm.In website, it says ask about extended checkout time.I asked the mgr about checking out at 1230 or so,and she said IF YOU CHECKOUT A MINUTE PAST 11am YOU WILL BE CHARGED AGAIN.I left to come back later to checkin. The more people thought that about the madder I got.I know I lost my 106 dollars.but we decided to checkin somewhere else.I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT A WOODBRIDGE SUITES OR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH IT AGAIN

I was switched to 3 rooms. All rooms were dirty with liinen stains. Towels dirty with stain s.

Dirty /rooms/beds. Broken blinds. Bad smell. Transferred to 3 rooms. All were dirty. The towels even had stains.

Customer service

The customer service that you have at the hotel in Wilkes Barre PA is terrible. As a customer, you call to talk to the front desk and they never answer the calls, so there is no one to solve the problem right away, they charged my card a lot of extra money or no one can solve my problem

Need to speak with corporate

I have received no response from Woodspring Suites or the parent company Sandpiper. I have reached out several times. Again, they illegally charged my friends disability debit card and they refuse to give a refund. He is a senior citizen and cannot pick up his monthly meds. This card was not to be used without authorization. He really needs help in getting these funds returned. Any ideas on how we can recover these funds would be appreciated.

Illegal activity

Woodsprimg illegally used a credit card to charge $250. This charge was not authorized. I was never informed as to what this was for. The General Manager at this hotel (Frederick Location) is on drugs. I would recommend this location is investigated.

Dirty!

This place has cockroaches running everywhere! Uncomfortable surroundings. Didnt feel safe. Wouldnt stay there ever again!

Because they canceled my room

The manager got mad because I told him that my room was paid for and he said no its not we just keep your card on file to reserve your room I then told him no my room is paid for then he looked at the system and say oh we need to fix this so the your lady was finishing checking me in and I said oh no its my last time coming here and he said well Ill make it better for you Im going to cancel your room so have a good day

Manager at woodsprings inn and suites san antonio wont give me my stuff after i was late 8min.on daily rent and is charging me for it being there eben though hr kicked me out 2 weeks ago

Two weeks ago the manager at your woodsprings s.a.tx 78218 came to my room211 at 9: 45pm told me to get out cuz i wad 8min. Late on rent night before they were in office when i went down and would not take payment so told me to move out .i couldnt take all my things he said " be here before 11am the next day to get belonging i wzd there by 10am he said dont rush me om not ready i said ill be back when husband off work wr came nack to get everything which would have taken less than 30min he said you cant have it tell we pay for the night before and that day.noe mo d you we've lived there over 7months and im 61yrars old on oxygen which would not let me get and i still font have it or all my meds.he is still keeping my stuff and trying to charge me for it i have no clothes one pair of shoes my oxygen tank. Everything i owen is in that room i came with the police an gal in office would not open the door fot me to get my meds or oxygen he has abuse me for the last time this is not the first time he has done this to me.im pressing charges against him for abuse of the elderly. He never got us a phone charged 25$ a week for towels 2$ aroll for toilet paper i mean come on and wr never DID NOT PAY we paid everyday YES we were late at times but we paid everyday sometimes lots of times went without food to keep our room he's abusive and vulger not nice ever his top employee Deseray sales drugs i know for a fact cuz my son has bought them from her right in my room. I want my things and i want them NOW!!! Its been 2weeks i wont press charges if i can get them in the next 2days if not im calling the bbb san antonio press osha and human resources for the elderly i promise i tried to get my things when he told me too and he wasnt ready at that time i tried with an officer he wasnt there now im writing you so hows this going to go are you willing to help me??
