I, Digvijay Singh Rathore, yesterday on 9 March 2023, I purchased sports shoes worth Rs 8770 from your company's showroom at Gandhinagar Infocity, from which I received the logo on 29 May 2023After I noticed the defect of logo and solve, I visited your showroom at Gandhinagar, regarding which your employee told me that sir you came after one month to collect your new shoes.After that I visited your showroom again on 29 6 2023 in which I was told that sir your shoes will not be changed then I told your employee that the damage inside my shoes is due to me.Leave the existing sur and change it to another idea. I want to check how are the services of your company, then those people told me that sir, you have spoken to our manager, then I visited your Gandhinagar showroom.When I spoke to the manager he assured me that sir it was our mistake you should visit our showroom again after 5/6 days we will complete the work to your satisfaction then I visited again and yourThe employees completely denied me that sir the problem is with the logo of your shoes, the logo will not come off, so I told them, if there is no logo, how can I believe that these shoes are from Woodland Company.I am sure that you will give me a satisfactory answer in this regard so that I do not feel the need to take any further action

I have called on the customer care number more than 50 times and sent more than ten emails since 6 days. What type of service is this. I cannot Re order the boots which I ordered on 29th of May because now there is no size available. My order was to be delivered today but I am not even getting any response for my mails. This is *** I used to buy woodland products since years and this is I m getting in return for being a loyal customer of yours. This is my order which was placed on 29th May. I m not getting any response since days. We didn't expect this from Woodland.
