Debit card

No way to contact the 24/7 number they gave me and they charge me money just to call and check my balance I can't log into my online banking account I can't ever check my debit card they lock it all the time for whatever reason and I'm just sick of having to go through the trouble to know my account information or balance

Card is locked

I'm a truck driver and my card always seem to get locked when I try and pump gas. I travel all over and expect to get gas whenever I need it

Checking account issues

I made a cash deposit into my account and they still put a hold on my money and I need to pay for things but can't because of this.Then I call and the person at my branch didn't enter help me at all with this,Said manager would call me back in 15min and still haven't called me and it's been over an hour now.Very very unhappy.Im close to just closing my account with them and bank some place else.

I have been with you a long time and and just over the past 2 years. You'll turned to *** I need to talk to someone.

I haven't used my card in a minattract. 3 different times a code and a lock. My card up, I need it unlocked. Also, I'm getting statements through my Gmail. I don't need to have Yo send me paper statements you've been charging me for months Please take off my charges. I've been homeless on the street, and all you'll care about. Is there charges What about when I had nothing to eat? And you're take money out of my account. That's Not cool, you gotta have online. You gotta have online never in my life when I was younger. My Granny Papa aunt's Uncle's never had to have online banking. They didn't have to have paper statements either. They could go to the bank and get them when they wanted them. Why you're forcing all this? I don't like it. I'm about ready to take a move from You're bank, you're used to be awesome. No, you aint. Stop with the charges, stop forcing people to have online banking. Stop sending paper statements. We'll get the moment when we need them. Please take the charges off. Because I pay enough. I paid 10 of all twice. I got $22000 down to 7000 child support. And then you all wan to take this out. Which leaves me less than 300 dollars a month. Thank you You're taken from a poor man

Will not let me have online banking

Tried to check on a check and come to find out it was fraud. I didn't know that it was fraud or I would not have tried to cash it. They took away my online privage and can not longer log into my account. Called the main company phone number and was told that I had to go back to the bank to get my online account back. The only problem is all the ladies that work there are stuck up *** and will not let me have my online access.

I had two checks one via my phone and one in person to deposit and i was told that they were fraud I did not even deposit it and because they thought that it was fraud they cancelled my online account?? I did not lose any money and the bank did not lose any money account why ban me from using the woodforest app

All employees think that every deposit is a fraud

I received 2 checks at different times, and they were not deposited into my account. It was noticed that the checks were fraud. Never got deposited, and yet they took away my online ability as due to the bad checks. I had no way to know that they were fraud, so it is not like I knew that they were fraud and tried to deposit them. How is not letting me have online access to my account doing anything ???

Lying customer service

Filed a dispute over 3 fraudulent charges to my account from eBay. Bank refunded money but 2 months later (today) charged my account back for the money. Said the dispute department received confirmation from eBay that the charges were made by me and were legit. I called eBay and they have the charges marked as fraud and have no record of ever talking to anyone by email, phone, fax, or postal mail about my account and those charges

Predatory Practices

My Bank of 20 years is in collaboration with APPLE and MICROSOFT to steal money from customers. They refuse to help stop these 2 companies to halt extracting money from my account; unless I pay $35 to them.

Unfair customer service

Went to deposit a check and they checked on the check and said that it was a fraud and are holding it against me when i never knew that it was not good. Then i deposited a check using my phone which they said was a bad check. They have taken away my online ability to check my account. Do they think that i was stupid enough to try to deposit a check knowing that it was bad ???

Deceptive practices for OD fees

Deceptive overdraft practices. I'm sure they are getting sued again and will have to pay out millions to customers and The FEDS again. They are structuring their posting purposely to charge OD fees. Closing my account permanently after several years and suing. Look at your accounts closely and gather all your statements because a class action lawsuit will be happening soon. I've never had this issue until 3 days ago and they actually kept running the same ACH over and over. This is illegal and goes against The Federal Treasury OD rules. They are purposely holding credit deposits back to keep processing debits for profit.
